When you have a problem, there is no support. waited 150min for my pizza. It was saying 40minutes average delivery and I am 5 minutes walk from dominos. Had to call dominos after 90min and they fix the problem for me. Lieferando just offer you to email them...
Not using this app anymore, there are other apps that are way better.

The worst of all delivery services. Literally everything that is good about Deliveroo, Foodora and others, Lieferando is not.
- Restaurants that are not part of it being displayed, then disappear when you want to pay.
- Search and filtering doesn't work properly.
- Bad restaurants having high ratings (when you compare with google they turn out to be terrible) - they are also 'recommended'. coincidence much?
- restaurants are marked as open when they are closed (you have to go through the entire payment process to find out)
- customers service sucks, can't be reached, not discount for failed deliveries, nothing
Avoid at all cost, if you can.

Super slow reply and extremly bad customer service. My order was delayed 45 minutes when on the website stated it was already delivered. The food was cold and definitely not up to standard. I had to call the restaurant to ask where my food was gone.
The reply from Lieferando customer service was, that they couldn't reach the restaurant for clarification and instead of providing a full refund they suggested to deal with it on my own, calling the restaurant over a week after the order and they offer a mere 10% off on my next purchase, which will obviously never happen!
I replied them back explaining my disappointment, and more than a week later I still haven't got an answer...
I assume they will ignore my complaint. I find it extremely unprofessional and the sad part is that in Germany right now Lieferando would be the only food delivery service :/

As far as I can tell, Lieferando delivers reliably and on point. The only thing I have critique about is, when I order from City Pizza. Oftentimes the delivery was too late, occasionally even 1-2 hours too late. If I perfectly knew this was City Pizza's fault and not possibly Lieferando's, this would easily be a 5 star rating, but I have no way of telling which of the two is to blame for it, so I'll go with a 4 star rating instead. All in all, very recommendable though.

I sent them an email complaining about the food that didn't come. Its been a week now, i still have no answer and no money back. It looks like the restaurants can do whatever they want and they wont get any penalty from lieferando and the clients dont even get messaged back let alone their money for the non received order.

I have ordered with a naive trust in this app. My order time was around 18:30. After 40 minutes, I saw that my order was delivered. When I tried to reach customer service, app asked me to write an email. I tried this old fashion way then I contacted their facebook page, but the only thing they were able to do was "forwarding my request to their colleagues." So, facebook customer support cannot support but just forward to those who doesn't reply back. after 2 hours, they decided to refund my money at least..

Scam of a company. Didn’t deliver my food on two desperate occasions. Didn’t try calling or contacting me and the number of the restaurant provided was out of order. Didn’t respond to my multiple emails regarding this issue until a month and a half later and refused to issue me a refund. I warn you DO NOT USE.

Please bring Deliveroo back
I am not sure why Deliveroo exited the market of Germany but Lieferandoo is of very poor quality due to:
1) most of the high quality restaurants are not registered there
2) i regularily get delays (30 to 60 minutes) with my delivery
3) The food tracking links often do not reflect where the driver is. Often I get "0 min, The delivery guy is close" but the link still points to the restaurant but then there is no delivery guy.

Customer service access from the mobile app is extremely poor! Lieferheld’s was far superior! Having bad customer service or access to it, only says that you don’t care about your customers! We frequently experience problems with restaurants, and require full refunds... this should be MUCH easier for customers to request and receive quickly! Focus more on improving the customer experience, instead of your bottom line!
I would also like to see more voucher codes made available from time to time. The loyalty scheme is useless, as we don’t often order from the same restaurants and travel a lot to different cities!
Also, the app usability should be improved! For instance, if I save favourites in one city and then travel to another, the restaurant no longer appears under my favourites! They should ALL be listed, grouped by location, so that I can still view their menus and order in advance of my arrival on my travels, view their contact details, or remove them from my favourites.
Some features are very difficult to use, like the scrollable food types navigation! Lieferheld did it better!

There is nothing to complaint about the Lieferando experience. The app is superb, the user experience is good as well.
However, my only gripe is the restaurant rating system or the lack of it. Most restaurants are not great for all dishes they serve. We need to have a dish based review system that help us in making our choice.

In general everything works smoothly. I think it would be great if the tracking link always worked.. (where you can specifically see where your order is)
