This (and similar companies) breaks the law in Copenhagen in terms of where they place their scooters. Law abiding local tradesmen (bicycles and such) can only look on in disgust as these "companies" does not abide the law and cost the local stores lots of money.

I tried it, you don't!
Their webpage says the price is $1(unlock)+$0.15(per min), almost the same as other operators in town(göteborg), but they charge sek10(unlock)+sek3(per min)! and claim it is just an example of pricing!
My family and I tried the scooters in total 4 times which was 69min, and based on their own "unfair pricing" I should have been charged for sek247! but they charged me for sek422. I asked them to pay me back the extra charges and close my account. They did close my account and paid me sek18!
I asked around and it seems this is the same for almost everybody. But people don't have time/energy to follow up such cases. and Lime knows it and takes advantage of the situation!
All the evidence is available if somebody would like to see(I took snapshots of my account before they could close it down!)

Used 4 of the scooters yesterday 23/6/19 in Malaga. I was very impressed with how easy the app was to use, the scooters were fully charged and although look well used, worked extremely well.
No problems with payment. All in all, a great service

Did not overcharge my account, when i lost my phone in Warszawa and could not tjeck out and park the scooter. A bit slow to respond on mail. 3 days. They gave me a good refund for the time I did not use the scooter.

80% of the times i m being charged more than i m supposed to or double charged. There are issues with payments which is a basic thing that should always work. i just stopped using lime it s a waste of time to always write to customer support to get your money back

So the award for the worst of the worst customer service of year goes to Lime which not only lack know how to run a successful customer service oriented business, but are also thieves and liars! I reached out to their support a month ago due to the fact i was charged on my credit card by them and no receipt! I had to reach out to them 3 or more time to figure out why was I charged! They claimed i parked in a red zone, even though the app didnt show it red!Anyhow long story short they said they would issue me one time refund as a curtesy and today i got another response from them saying they wont issue a refunds. Because i have parked in the red zone, of which claim I’m not sure it it’s true anymore since i read the other review in here!

Tried two scooters in Malmö, they wouldn't start.. Lime withdraw money from my card even tough it didn't work. That's some BS! Wouldn't recommend it. Try one of the others on Market.

Very innovative transporting idea. The only downside is that you need internet to connect and to park the scooter. While traveling that could be a problem.

I used a Lime Scooter in Vienna. When I ended the ride the map showed I was in a green zone, however, when I was billed it showed a red zone and a huge extra charge was added. I called immediately and was told someone would connect with me, I have had no response. I have emailed via Zendesk, no response. It's been two weeks now and I must conclude this company is a scam.
