I had a sub sandwich and wanted to ask a girl out. I didn't have the guts, so the Sub asked her. Get it. Subasta.
Time to update this review because I've been reading this publication more and more lately, now that I can properly read in Spanish (by properly read, very slowly indeed but I get there in the end, like your Pa), and it definitely deserves 5 stars rather than the 4 I originally gave it. You can't argue with free, and it has a lot of good, and fun, stuff inside it.

I thought I already posted this, maybe it got deleted or it didn't save or something. Here it is again.
La Subasta is the most famous Spanish language free newspaper in Houston that comes out once a week. There's a couple of other free Spanish papers in Houston, but I think this one has been around the longest. It's just like the Greensheet in Spanish. If you need to find a lawyer that speaks Spanish, this is the place to look because they all advertise in here. It has all the Spanish classified ads you could possibly want. It also has some cute cartoons. I like asking my friend to translate my horoscope for me, just for fun. I like that they usually have an attractive female on the front page.
Anyway, speaking of horoscopes... I have a horoscope right here to show you.
