Never buy from this company
Neither their Babboe nor their CarQon. This company does not cheat and pays their suppliers. If they can deliberately cheat a supplier, they can also cheat a consumer. NEVER BUY YOUR BIKES. This is a company that lives on deception and deception

Spent £2500 on a babboe big E which they did not bother to post! Within days of paying for it I knew something was up as I was informed in the initial order confirmation email that i should expect an email from a delivery company which i never received. For 4 weeks they ignored my emails to customer service until after the day of delivery when they finally replied to say they would arrange for the bike to be sent, and only then did I receive the delivery confirmation email, so obviously they had made a mistake and taken my money without processing my order. The tracking was terrible, I was told to expect delivery one day and stayed in all day - then delivery date was updated to a day in the past and nothing arrived. A day later I received a call stating my bike had arrived in the country and they let me know what day to expect it. It was very confusing and frustrating! When it arrived driver refused to allow a full inspection, let alone test drive before he left. We soon discovered that the battery was faulty and customer service apparently not only can’t communicate in clear English but are ignoring my emails about returning the battery. Warranty is invalid unless I somehow transport my bike to the nearest approved bike repair shop within the next 3 weeks for a service - this is extremely far from us and I am at a loss as to how to transport such a big bike without hiring a van and driver (we don’t drive) for a £300 or so round trip! I’m worried about letting my local bike shop tinker with it in case it also invalidates the warranty

Their customer service is close to non-existent. The company forgot to send me an item when I purchased the bike, mentioned it to them and never heard back from them. When my bike stopped working their communication is close to none - with no solutions in sight. My advise to anyone thinking of purchasing from them - go to a local supplier instead. And get some real service.
