Stay away from last minute travel. I used Last Minute Travel to book a stay at the Crowne Plaza in Dallas. There were issues with the stay so the hotel manager said no charge for our stay but since it was through Last Minute Travel I had to contact them for the refund. My stay was in early February 2021 it is now near the end of March. They gave me the run around for weeks before saying after the 6th phone call that they did refund me. However they did not. I even provided them proof from my bank. The customer service person Juan wanted became aggressive and when I asked to speak with his supervisor he said he is the supervisor then later in the same phone call he said his supervisor isn't taking phone calls. They are located overseas in Spain. No one will respond. I would not recommend anyone book through them because if there is an issue and the hotel itself says they won't charge you and to contact lat minute travel for a refund your money, good luck getting it back from a company located in a foreign country. If I could rate them a Zero I would.

The worst experience. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I had to fly to LA, and was supposed to stay for 4 nights. I got there in the evening and within a few hours, I had an emergency and had to fly right back to NY. I had no problem with the rental car, airline ticket, which flew me back away, with no extra charge. Holiday Inn stated that I should contact Last Minute Travel to refund my credit card. I have not been able to reach anyone and at times stayed for 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone until I hung up. Meanwhile, they charged my credit card for the full 4 nights, when I only stayed a few hours at the hotel. WORST COMPANY EVER. STAY AWAY FROM LASTMINUTETRAVEL.

Google Travel directed me to "LastMinuteTravel ". It is incompetent at best and likely a scam operation. When travel plans changed I cancelled a reservation within the allowed window and made one in a different location. My card was charged for both, not refunded for the cancellation. When I arrived at the second hotel (at midnight in an ice storm no less) they informed me that my card was declined although the charge already appeared on my statement. I was lucky that I could still get a room by paying the hotel directly. I have of course disputed both charges with the credit card company. After disputing the cancellation they did refund that, I'm still waiting for resolution of the screwed up reservation. Reading reviews for LastMinuteTravel I see this is a common occurrence.
I have contacted Google encouraging them to end their affiliation with LastMinuteTravel immediately and issue an apology to customers who trusted the Google reputation.

Its like a trap Please don't book with last minute travel to save 5 bucks because they're scam and you will go to the hotel and find no reservation

Got to the hotel and the clerk confirmed my reservation, however, when she tried to charge LastMinute's credit card, it declined. So I had to pay an even higher amount out of pocket. They suck‼

Had to cancel our trip due to hubby testing positive for covid. Tried to cancel our hotel reservations before the "non-refundable date." However, was not able to access my account on LastMinuteTravel using my email address and the reservation number they provided. Kept getting errors. Tried calling customer service, but the company appears to be based in the UK. Completed a customer service ticket advising them of my issue but was told "they couldn't help me with my issue because they didn't handle that portion of customer service" and was told to seek a "get help" section on their website. On that website, I had to select my country in order to get the right info, but the UNITED STATES is listed--it's only European countries. I call the hotel directly to cancel, but was informed that since I booked through a 3rd party (LastMinuteTravel) that I had to cancel through them. UGH! Got the complete runaround and now we're out $202. LASTMINUTETRAVEL is a SCAM!

We made last minute reservations for a hotel we wanted in Santa Barbara. This company charged us and simply assigned us to a different hotel nearby without even asking us first if it was ok. We were already in the middle of traveling so had no choice but to accept the inferior hotel they assigned to us and stayed there. But beware, they just randomly assign you to whatever hotel is available even though your booking is clearly for a specific hotel. This should be totally illegal and this business should be shut down. I attempted to contact them for a refund but have not heard back from them. One of their reps repeatedly hung up on me!

Couldn't go on our flight as Poland was removed from our travel green list - we had prepared for this as because of the pandemic anything is likely to change.
Was in a party of 6 with flights totalling over 600 euro, lastminute would not give us a full voucher or change the dates, (I contacted the airline LOT and they said lastminute should change dates) they instead will refund 144 euro ! 19% of the original price, that is an absolute scam - where in the world would you buy a product or service and when looking for a refund be offered one fifth of the original price!
I rang the customer service and they said that we had insurance on this purchase and they would be happy to refund some money, I misheard the lady as I thought she said 90% but turns out it was 19%. They were very quick to initiate the refund process as no doubt now they have 6 free seats that we paid full price for, which they can sell to someone else for full price. Buyer beware!
All we wanted was the dates changed!

Please avoid at all costs. Our tickets were cancelled with back In June with no explanation. We rebooked direct with the same airline as the flights were available but now 13 weeks later still no refunds. All we are getting is your refund will be issued soon. You are risking your money and your trip being ruined by booking with this company.

They cancelled my holiday in April and it’s now September and I’ve still not been refunded my money. Any time I call customer service agents are extremely rude and just tell me to ‘wait’ despite having waited 5 months when by law I should have been refunded within 2 weeks of the cancellation.

Scam and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and sued into oblivion. Booked a hotel through lastminutetravel.com, received confirmation number for booking,, only to show up at the hotel and they don't have my reservation because LMT never sent them one. Called LMT's "emergency line", only for the first person to hang up on me. Called 5 more times and was left on hold for hours and noone ever picked up. Stole $180 from me. Stay far away. This company is an absolute scam.

Booked a hotel. I got to the doorstep of the hotel after traveling across the country and it was closed. I called customer service and they "graciously" waved the cancellation fee and told me that I would receive a full refund. Never received a notification of the hotel closure and received no apology. I was livid, but had no time to argue as I had to make an appointment. They told me it was Google's fault that I was not notified and told me to reach out to them. Dreadful customer service. Will never book again.

I have to say that this is the worst customer service I have EVER received!!
To be sure, I ordered my flight with FullFlex service, since I was not sure about the dates, and when I decided to cancel, I received a reply that they would get back to me asap.
Almost 3 weeks later, I contacted them again, and they told me, that I didn't reply to an email regarding my refund, so they didn't cancel my flight?? And I only have my own mails to prove them wrong, but I am so very disappointed with them and that you have no rights to get your money back.
Shame on you!!!

Daylight robbery.
We paid over £10k for a group all inclusive holiday. They cancelled our holiday and told us they would be in touch within 2 weeks to refund. Over 3 months later we are still waiting with no communication. When you do wait over an hour on the phone to sometimes get through they contradict themselves and tell you conflicting information each time. Basically they have stolen our money.
I wouldn’t use them again if they were the last travel agent on earth.
**Update... I’ve now been waiting over 5 months. Lastminute have now claimed that they are a ‘mediator’ between myself and the airline/hotel. I didn’t pay a mediator for an all inclusive holiday!

Garbage service from scam company, made a fully refundable hotel booking. went to cancel and no where on their site is there an option to cancel, try calling them for 5 days on different times and no one ever picks up their phone. Opened a ticket on their support site, twice now, and still no response. Never experienced such a shameless stealing tactic.. how is this scam organisation let to operate?

I booked 4 seats on flights on February the 27th to Barcelona on Last Minute.com. Less then 60 minutes later I cancelled as plans had changed. Last Minute.com were given the refund by the airline on March the 5th. It's now June the 12th & still waiting. Gave it two months due to lockdown etc but when I called they said it will be a week. Called 6 times, once a week & nothing. Awful company. DO NOT USE!!!

DON'T BOOK YOUR FLIGHT TICKET IN Last Minute Travel. Ever.
I will strongly recommend all customers NOT TO USE Last Minute Travel (& BravoFly) from buying flight tickets.
I had booked my flight from SGN to CPH which was cancelled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. I have been trying several times to contact BravoFly Customer Service to refound my ticket without luck. They will NOT inform any phone no. none whatsoever.
The best advice is to book your flight ticket DIRECTLY (if possible) from the recognized flight companies such as Qatar Airways, Emirates, Lufthansa, KLM, SAS, etc.
Another advice is to CALL the Customer Service to get a dedicated phone contact no. BEFORE finalizing your booking.
