Too bad I can't give 0 stars. I will start by saying I have been a Neiman Marcus customer for over 20 years, and an occasional Last call shopper. I ordered 2 items from last call.com, but when ordering, the site kept going down, and I had to reenter my information 3 times. Somehow in all of that, the delivery address was changed. iRealized the mistake after checkout, and called in to have a customer service tell me it was my fault and I should try to get someone at that address to forward it to me. Finally, after much discussion, she agreed to reroute the items to the correct address. They did not arrive on the day she said they would, so I called back to find out the items were not rerouted. One item was delivered to a home I sold as a summerhouse 1 1/2 yrs before, and by the way, not the default shipping address either. I explained that I know the people who live there and they use it as a summer house, and this being January, would not likely retrieve the package for several months. As it turns out, this was the address I used the last time I placed an order with last call.com, but my Neiman Marcus account shows the correct address. The second item was till out for delivery, albeit to the same incorrect address.. I asked for the items to be reshipped, or a credit issued. Again, I was told the problem was my fault and there was nothing they could do. After asking to speak with a supervisor, who never came on the line,they said they would try to retrieve the items, but would not reship them and would not issue a credit. What???This is not the Neiman Marcus I know. I think Mr. Stanley would roll over in his grave. I hope it was worth it, because this 20 year+ NM customer will now give all of my business to Saks.

Ordered a very expensive beand name piece of jewelry. Received item all tangled up in a regular plastic bag without documents and oeiginal packaging. They offered for me to return tge package and prior to that I requested refund check which I confirmed with several reps in writing. Returned it as per requirements and I confirmed it was received and that they'd send me a refund check. Days later, I write regarding the status, the confirmed the mailing address, etc. Fast forward a week after that, they are refusing to and aren't even responding to my emails. Wow, soend nearly $5000 on a name brand necklace and receive nothing but trashy customer service. Not what I expected of Neiman Marcus. Lost my business for good.

They incite you into their website with great deals and then never deliver. I returned a jacket to Saks because I found the same one listed on LastCall for a huge discount, they took my order assuring me it was in stock!
Now its backordered with no delivery in site. Customer service is INCREDIBLY RUDE. Stay away at all costs.

I have purchased from Last Call many times over the past 3 years. Sometimes I am so pleased (purses/travel accessories/scarves) that I feel I have really secured a GREAT DEAL. Then there are the necklaces that lose their finish in 3 months, or the earrings that are simply cheap and fall apart before they are out of the box. After my last shipment, I blocked their offers because I felt like I spent a lot of money (always gotta get over the $99 mark for free shipping) and did not get Neiman Marus quality on most of the items I was buysing for Christmas gifts. They no longer deserve 4 or even 3 stars. Careful.....

I needed a simple black knit dress with sleeves for an evening sit-down dinner reception in a city, so I ordered one from Last Call. It arrived in beautiful packaging, is elegant, is better than described, is comfortable, wrinkle free, and I wore simple undergarments with no bulges. I forgot to apply a discount code, so I emailed their customer service which promptly rectified the situation, applied the further discount and corrected my credit card charge. I would order from them again in a skinny minute. Lovely quality and great price!

Opened a new account and went to make several online purchases. Received confirmations that the orders went through fine. Later on I received emails stating there was an issue processing my orders?? Called the number provided to be met with VERY RUDE Reps stating I could only make my purchases in store with ID. No further explanation!!!! And then she hung up on me?? I wish I had her name to file a formal complaint. For Neiman Marcus to be a so called top of the line store, their customer services sucks and I will close this account immediately. Obviously my business isn't valued!!!! I am very insulted on how I was treated.

Thought I give it a shot. First time purchasing from these people, order came in different shipment but none had invoice. Went on chat to ask about exchange, and was told had to pay for shipping. Also, won't give credit for purchase that had a price change within 7 days of purchase like everyone else. UGH!!! It is the lastcall for me!!

I got some great deals on cashmere sweaters. But occasionally they send me the wrong items. It is long drive for me to return the purchase to their store. I will not use their online Sevice for a while.

I have never had an issue with Neiman Marcus Last Call and love the clothing I find there. I find it really difficult to shop for clothing I like in stores, so I come to this site to find items that I would likely not find in a store due to my level of impatience. My favorite designers to order are XCVI and Young Fabulous and Broke as the fit is always great and the clothing is very comfortable. In my experience, sizing recommendations and quality are above average and my 3+ orders shipped very quickly. I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews here as I have not had an issue yet. The only reason I gave them four stars and not five is that I have not had to contact customer service for any reason, so I am not really equipped to provide feedback there. I enjoy shopping at this site and have always had a really positive experience.

This is my favorite site for online discount designer shopping. The site is easy to navigate with useful filters for size, discount, designer, price, newly arrived. The sizing filter is super easy compared to other sites. The descriptions of the items are pretty consistent and the photos are detailed and can get enlarged. I use Shoprunner for free shipping and returns but they typically offer free shipping with purchases over $99. I have had some glitches during peak sales with purchases. Also, customer service seems very entry level and unempowered to make decisions. Overall my most frequently used site, particularly to send gifts as well.

I recently ordered from this Neiman Marcus discount site and was quite pleased with the result. I received exactly what I expected quickly. Materials were of first quality, exactly like those I have purchased at N-M itself. N-M is more expensive than the department stores I normally patronize, like Nordstrom and Bloomingdales, I had some trepidation paying close to Nordstrom prices for items an bargain outlet of N-M at similar, i.e., would I receive lower quality for similar non-sale prices? At least on this occasion the answer was no. (Purchased items included shoes, ties, socks.)

Further to my previous review, I would like to add the following. 3 bags were posted to me from China. The literature on the website stated that he bags were original and came with authentic tags from the designer. I can confirm that the bags were of extremely poor quality - much worse than the ones on display on the roads of Asian countries. I wish you could see them! Only one of the bags came with a designer tag. What was very interesting about this designer tag is that it had a shoe print on it! It was most likely fished out from a dustbin and attached to the bag they sent me. I have since followed up with the company to provide a return address so I can send the bags back and get my money back and the response I have received was that they would 'make another one' for me! I knew better and decided to pursue the matter through my bank. The bank kindly refunded the money to me and advised that they would take this up with the company. They asked be to keep the bags in case they needed to have them returned.
This whole experience has been terrible and I will never purchase from an unknown company again.
Things I have learnt
Look for the address on the website of the company you plan to purchase from. This company did not even have an address. I know, silly me!
Send then an email and see if they respond before you make the purchase
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is

I've purchased from LastCall before, but this time they I ordered a size 12 shoe and they sent me a size 9 shoe in a box marked 12. I returned it a few days past the 30 days and they would not accept it. What am I supposed to do with a size 9 shoe?! A normal store would recognize the magnitude of THEIR error, and refund the money but not Last Call - even when i called to correct their mistake. Nordstroms Rack is SO much better!

I made a purchase online and received the normal email confirmation, then several hours later I received an email that their was a payment error and the order could not be processed. I checked my bank and saw the pending purchase, so I called the number in the email. I was greeted by the rudest customer service rep who had an attitude that they were doing me a favor by helping me. We reviewed my information and everything was correct and I explained that I saw the charge was pending with my bank. The Rep. continued to ask me for additional information, I do most of my shopping online and have never been asked such details. I stated that I wasn't giving any more information and to cancel the order. After some huffing from the customer service rep I was told that I would get an email confirming the order was cancelled. After several hours and not receiving the email I called my bank to make sure this charge wouldn't go through. This whole experience left me feeling like I was dealing with some shady basement company, not Neiman Marcus.

This place is very sketchy. I placed an order online yesterday for an in store pickup and I didn't get a confirmation email. I thought that was weird, so I contacted a chat representative. During this process, I notice that they have charged my card. The representative insists that order didn't go through but I should check back tomorrow because they've been having "problems" with their system. I contacted them again today, and after spending a total of couple of hours at online chat, their resolution is for me to wait 3-10 business days to make sure the charge is returned to my account and then place the order again. What a joke.

Worst shopping experience of my life ( on several occasions). I try to give this online store chance after chance and i have never been more angry about shopping. I have placed order after order getting the confirmation screen stating thank you for your purchase with the order number. I wait a few days and realize i've never received a confirm email. I call them and they tell me the order does not show as placed... YET the money has come out of my account. This has not only happened to me 6 times in the last 2 months, but 3 times in the last 2 days. Their excuse is there must be a glitch with my system. Really? With my system? I have used different computers, i've tried my phone, i've placed an over the phone order, all didn't matter. Even though they tell you your order isn't showing as placed in their system, it still deducts the money from your acct in a pending status. I don't care if it is pending or cleared, if that money is showing it is out of my account, it is complete BS that i have to wait 3-5 business days to get my (2) $640+ order refunds. YEAH that's $1200+ that is showing removed out of my acct pending. But since their system messes up i wont have that $1200 for 3-5 days and i should just be okay with that. There online customer service people take 20 min just to answer a simple question and continue to tell you to keep holding while they research because really, they have 15 chat windows open with other customers. This site is the biggest crock of $#*! i have ever dealt with. Don't waste your time with the deceiving sale prices, you will end up wasting hours trying to get your money back or items sent to you.

I was so excited about the products I bought as they were quite decent prices.
However, be warned that you receive what you pay for. These items are in stock as they are returned/need to be removed. I bought two pairs of shoes online, both of which were faulty (right shoe of one pair had an oversized strap, other pair came with two left shoes).
As I am an international customer the shipping cost to return is more than the items themselves.
And given the reviews on the customer service, I probably shouldnt even both as I'll just be wasting my time.
Perhaps try in-store.

I am an international customer (Australia) and have recently purchased close to $1000 worth of items. The payment was made by credit card. After my credit card details were entered, the page got diverted to an alternative company and an error message came up saying that the transaction was not complete. I then got an email from a company called Pointsandnetwork confirming my transaction. This was followed by 3 emails from [email protected] confirming my order.
My concerns: 1. Who is points and network? 2. Why does Neiman Marcus have a ymail address? This does not seem very official. Furthermore, the language is the email from Neiman Marcu was extremely poor which has made me doubt that it had come from the store at all?
The whole transaction has made me feel so nervous that I have cancelled my card and got it reissued. This has taken time out of my day and has caused me unnecessary stress.
Perhaps Neiman Marcus should advise clearly in their terms and conditions that they are using a third party to process on line payments, advise who the this party is and what exactly will be the process of the transaction including confirming the email address they use for corresponding with customers/confirming orders. This will not only make international customers like myself shop with complete confidence, but will also attract more international customers through word of mouth.
I hope they take this feedback on board. At the moment (3 days after the above mentioned online transaction ) my credit card is yet to be charged (still pending) and I am yet to receive the goods. Overall thought - Was this all done merely to get my credit card information???

I returned an item that was too big. I used their shipping label and it took TEN DAYS to get sent to their store domestic mail. TEN DAYS. Once they received the package, I was not notified and had to wait on hold over one hour to their rude customer service before finding out it would be another 10 BUSINESS days before I even got my refund. This was a very significant purchase of over $500. You take my money immediately, but it takes a month to get a refund (which I still do not have yet). I will never, ever shop at this site again. There are too many other companies with the same products and better prices. I expected more from anything associated with Neiman Marcus. This site SUCKS.

HORRIBLE!!!! I used a Living Social deal and tired to return a dress that did not fit. The store only refunded me $2 for the dress and refused to let me exchange. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very Shady!!!!!

I ordered a Furla bag on lastcall.com, and received it without an adjustable shoulder strap and a padlock. I contacted the shop assistance several times, wasted a lot of time, eventually they told me to return it and only then they can send it back again. I tried to tell that the strap and a lock might be just left in a shop because they are not valuable without a bag and that seems like they just forgot to put it it my parcel. And that I want this exact bag and don't want to return it as I am not sure it will be in stock again and that I don't want to waste my time. It seemed simple - just to sent the missed items. They ignored and could`t help me. Will never shop at lastcall.com again.
