Everyone here is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There are closer Laser Away facilities to my house but drive to the MDR location because of the staff. I highly recommend!!

There hasn't been one visit where I haven't felt taken care of. The service at Laser Away Sherman oaks has been impeccable, from how I am greated at the door to the service itself.

They were so accommodating and really nice to work with. They really know how to keep you coming back because of how they treat you the minute you walk in the door.

The staff is caring and attentive and explains everything well.

Cherie Crabb was amazing, and easily outshined anyone there who worked on me. She was nice, knowledgeable, and very informative! :)

The reason I'm giving only 2 stars is because the amount of money spent does not equal the service received. The stuff is nice and the facility is clean, but I'm not coming and spending thousands of dollars just to see a smiling face and spend an hour in a clean room. The reason I come and spend money is to get rid of the unwanted hair once a for all. This is what their advertisement keep saying: forget about shaving once and for all. Wrong! They should have say: come, spend thousands of dollars and reduce your shaving to be not as often, as before. That's exactly what happened to me. I was told that with each treatment about 10% of the hair will disappear. Well, I purchased a package for 8 treatments for full leg, bikini line, underarms, and couple more small areas. After all of the 8 treatments were done, only about 50% reduction was noticeable. I purchased another package of 3 treatments. As of now, I only have one more treatment to go. I am not near the promised 90-95% reduction. I still have to shave regularly (not as often as before, but still! I spent over $3K already and still have to shave at least once a week, and if planning to wear a bathing suit, couple times a week!) Is this what I paid for? Is this what their ads say? Disappointed :( Once again, the stuff is nice and courteous but the service received is far less than promised for the money spent.

Some staff are a little passive-aggressive when I share what I didn't think something is right (which is not often at all).

Though laser treatments do hurt, they make the experience as accommodating as needed. They are professional and do not pry too much. The setting is quaint and extremely clean, which should make anyone feel calmer about the experience. They provide water and anything you may need before or after, such as cool wipes or Aloe Vera. Overall, they are great!

I opted out of text messages at my first appointment and received an email review and a text review. I do not want to receive text messages & emails. Just emails is fine.

I have had two laser hair removal sessions and both have been very good. I've had a different nurse for each appointment. I'm giving four stars because I felt the nurse for this second treatment did not spend as much time lasering as the last treatment. Which to me means I will not have as much hair eliminated this time. She was however super nice and made me feel comfortable so the experience itself was great.

The front desk staff and the buses are very attentive, patient and considerate. Thank you for making it a great experience for me.

Laser hair removal is great! It feels like pin pricks but before you leave the facility there is never any pain!

Laser Away Novato is clean, well-run, and offers a relaxing experience. I'm thrilled with the laser hair removal's results.

They are super nice, but they should take the time to laser away the entire area being paid for instead of rushing through. I paid for underarm hair removal, and naturally the procedure is quick but I feel like it's not being done all the way even when I ask and show where I am referring to.They all are very nice and inviting and helpful, but once you're in the room they seem too rushed. Great customer service. Great flexible payment options. I recommend them quite often actually.

Lovely staff that is dedicated to making you look and feel your best!! If your looking for somewhere where you come first and want to be treated like royalty this is the place. My skin has never looked so good since I have been going to Laser Away!!
