Lousy front desk service. Rude employee who was dismissive and condescending. I was cheated out of time on one service and then rudely spoken to on another. I’m very disappointed. I will NOT recommended this company at all.

The staff are friendly, although I am not happy with my laser hair removal results. I notice they spend 5 minutes with you doing the procedure. I feel they rush you in and out. I’m spending over $2,000 to have the same results as I did on my 1st appointment, I see no results.

Got laser hair removal here and was supposed to have 12 sessions for a whopping $2800. I went in, just wanting legs and was upsold with a very used car salesman tactic. She made it seem as if I was getting a huge deal. Every time I would check in at the front desk there would be a 20-30 minute wait before my appointment. The appointments have to be scheduled at least a month in advance because there is pretty much nothing available due to the small office it's in in the strip mall. Multiple times I was getting laser done and the end of the laser kept falling off. Not even a year later and 9 sessions later (was shorted three)– I have just as much hair as I did to begin with.. it also made it much thicker in some areas, because you have to completely shave everything every time you go. Which makes the hair follicle thicker had I not shaved there to begin with. Will never go back here. They also overcharge for all of their expired fillers (Juvederm was $750).

Every time I go in for my laser hair removal treatment, I am greeted in a timely manner and the staff are always friendly. Although I would like to see better results of my hair removal, my hair is thinning in the areas I want to remove. I understand that I still have a few more sessions left and I am hopeful that the hair will be removed fully. At first I was put off by having a new person every time, but I love that it makes my service fast and I got over being shy in front of everyone, because they make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend LaserAway to my family and friends.
