I have only had one tattoo removal treatment, so I can only comment on the staff at this point. My experience so far has been fantastic!! From the front desk to the back office, each person was kind and made me feel comfortable right away!

I had my 1st IPL laser treatment. It went great and although I did not expect to really see anything with just one treatment, some of the darker spots on my face are definately lighter so I'm very happy with the outcome. RN Emily M. did my procedure and she is fabulous,. She explains everything as she goes along, always checking that you're not experiencing pain or any problems.
She made it a very easy experience for me, And I am looking for to my next procedure..

I could almost never get in which ended up spacing appts I could get far apart. “No appts available” or I would get bumped/ canceled at the very last minute. I’ve tried calling every morning and booking way out..the burden is on me and I’ve given it everything but can’t make close appts happen and have paid thousands of dollars for a service that builds on itself. Meaning, if you don’t get closer appts..you see no results. I was told from the beginning that weekly +/- appts would not be a problem. This is crazy and seems like an easy issue to fix. Very unorganized. I complained and complained and eventually they agreed to give me a fraction of what I paid..
I’m still out thousands (and a lot of effort and energy) for nothing.

Nice people but inconsistent care. The first time I received my clear and brilliant the RN didn’t give me the cooling mask.. I was driving home with my face on fire. I wasn’t told to put the numbing cream on my jawline and near my hairline...which was very painful. I kept having to move around to wait.. first on the couch by the bathroom, then to another room, then to move again since they needed the room for someone else. Anyway, I bought 6 appointments.. hopefully the rest will be better

Ouch!!
I purchased 3 IPL treatments from Groupon. I had my first treatment and they did not provide numbing cream. The technician said it caused the treatment to not be effective. I know this is not true. It hurt so bad! Lucky for me, she just did random spots on my face so I wasn’t there long. I’m not sure I will go back for my other 2 treatments.

Always had to wait for a long time in even though you have an appointment. Service is so-so. Especially don't like it when they take you to a room and try to upsell you hard. They try to persuade you to buy a package. Not coming back.

treatment works, nice place, great locations, clean facility but customer service not so good parking kinda hard for the the Hillcrest location
Most of all what was very disturbing is the front desk clerks are not courteous at all very rude every time present. The nurses very nice all the time but depending on what nurse you receive the quality of work isn’t perfect sometimes rushed. I have also gone to my appointments early every time but taken back 20-30 min later
