Excellent perfumery, great selection of niche perfumes, good service

I recently bought a Creed Aventus and was very happy with the service, can't complain. 👍

Purchased 2 perfume, to get a bonus gift . Didn’t get the perfume I wanted out of the two as they had it as available onsite but it wasn’t, according to them they had a system error and I didn’t get the gift either. No option to get the 50ml, was refunded 2 days later for one perfume.

They sold me an expired perfume (Al Haramain Treasure), it was almost scentless, the only thing i got when sprayed it was alcohol.
I sent them a claim by email and they replyed that it was normal and, next time better to ask for a sample before bying.
Me vendieron un perfume como mínimo caducado (Al Haramain Treasure), porque no olía a nada, lo único que olía era alcohol.
Les envié una reclamación por email y me respondieron que era normal que algunas perfumes tenían un aroma suave y que la próxima vez mejor pidiera una muestra antes de comprar.
