They intentionally cancel my orders after charged my card and never answer emails and calls. Credit Card Fraud here!
on May 11,2020 I placed an order the total amount of 144$ paid by credit card. I made a FBA order which must be shipped directly amazon warehouses, after I was charged and placed the order number #100128344. the sales rep said me; we dont give prep services at this time, then i asked that there is upc barcode available on the item. They said: no. If there is no barcode on the item, you can not ship products directly to Amazon warehouses. Then, I wanted them to ship my order to my place (Texas). They said: we can not, but we can cancel the order and you will get your money with in 1-3 days. Its been 30 days. I still cant my money back. Because, my bank rep there is still available a charge request from Kole Imports and the order status on Kole Imports website, still appears "processing" not "cancel". Then, on June 4,2020, I placed an other order number #100130875 which was also paid by card and same shipping&billing addresses. They delivered me the order (but 3 pcs of them came with defects. They never care about it) and on June 5,2020, I placed one new order too (#100131050), again paid by card and it has same shipping&billing address with the previous one which was delivered to my place(Texas). Even, all information is same with the previous one #100130875, They cancelled my new order #100131050 because of having different billing and shipping addresses. #100130875 had also different shipping and billing addresses and I asked them "why did you accept and deliver the previous order?" They still didnt give a reply for this. Its been 5 days. Nobody from this company answer my emails. They only said: "place a new order with PayPal" and I placed my last order with PayPal on June 6,2020 right after the cancelled one for just trying. The order number is #100131101. Its been 4 days. They didnt ship it too and never replied to me. I just sent an email to Jason and Ryan Kole and one of the rep emailed me by saying "Due to the new policy and current government ordinances, our office and warehouse are currently working on a partial crew And it would take us longer time than usual to process orders." I`m really tired of their ridiculous excuses. Some legal parties or organizations must take this company under investigation. On the other hand, there is a norton shopping security company which give gurantee to the customers but actually they dont give a care about your any complaints and on that system the total amount of my orders seem more lower than the real. KOLE IMPORTS is committing FRAUD
