Bought several pairs of Converse sneakers on their website. Excluded from literally EVERY. SINGLE. DISCOUNT. Then they ship them in thin plastic bags so the boxes get all beat to hell. If you're going to sell a brand as a "premium" product to justify excluding it from any and all promotions, then package and ship it in a way that doesn't look like it's fallen off a truck in some back alley - before being run over 15 times.
Two pairs had stains as well - and NONE of the ones I ordered are available within reasonable driving distance, so I either keep them or send them back because I can't find them in my size now. POS website and company; definitely wouldn't recommend and won't shop at ever again.

I ordered SO jeans online and received 2 pairs with security tags on them. I called Customer service and was told I had choices based on how far I live from a store. I could bring them back and have the tags removed, throw them away and get a refund or get more pant shipped and the customer service rep apologized. They were AWESOME!

I am new to Kohl's and was excited to open a charge so I could shop on line and have items delivered to the store during Covid. My first item was a comforter that was clearly returned as it was stuffed into the original packaging and it smelled like perfume and body odor. Surely someone had to notice this before passing it onto me, the customer. Second item was an iron who box was so damaged that I was afraid to keep it as clearly it had been through a rough journey on the way to to store. My third item, a toaster oven never shipped but it was billed to my account. A month later and after multiple inquires, it arrived. Apparently I'm signed up for paper statements, but none have ever arrived, to which the company admitted there's been a problem sending them out. I forgot about a 22.00 purchase which is now $39.00 due to late fees because of never receiving statements. (I had originally signed up for paperless an never received an email either) Customer service agreed to drop the fee and charge me the original 22.00. The next day they charged me $39.00 after all! I call to have the error fixed and hey said I can only get a refund by a paper check. Paper in 2021... how cute! When I called customer service it took me almost ten minutes to reach an actual human. I was forced to answer a survey which was clearly tying to sell me car insurance. The menus are confusing and circular and I kept returning to the main menu. The products are fine, when not slept in or dropped. The customer service people are nice, but clearly have no clue. Shipping is not in ship shape. This company has a lot of work to do. Sadly, I'm cancelling my card and returning to Macy's. The same products on a one day sale are a better value/savings. Don't even get me started on the Kohl's cash! Time limited Monopoly money! Price is important to me, but so customer service and respect. Good luck spending your hard earned money at this store

Every order I've placed with kohl's in the past six months has been a problem. They send me a coat with the sleeve sewn shut. The replacement has a security tag attached and they expected me to go to the store and have it removed. Yeah, I'm going to walk into a store so I can get arrested for shoplifting. Every order gets split into multiple shipments and at least one of those shipments gets lost. The customer service reps lie and treat you like an idiot. To top it off, they send me a lousy 15% off coupon. I've been a loyal customer for YEARS. I'm done with kohl's, they don't care about the customer.

Peaceful discussions are how we resolve differences in USA unless you're affiliated with BLM, ANTIFA & other liberal radical groups as Kohl's is now. Thrust refuse to be the once proud ‘family friendly' store they used to be. When a retailer delists a product, they're essentially boycotting that company. What goes around - comes around! Keep up the Kohl's boycott brothers & sisters and watch as their stock and sales tank.

Well I'm not impressed with this store, I got something for Christmas and I went and return it for credit for the store the lady gave me store credit for $37.46 she put it on a khols card for the store when I went to use it in the vallejo store there was nothing on it and because it was a gift exchange I had to pay for it. People make sure your cards have the money on it and keep the receipt. Shady

When you remove My Pillow products just because corporate execs disagree with Mike Lindell politically or are afraid of the Left, you alienate MOST of your customers! This is a STUPID business practice!

I used to be a die-hard customer and my reviews reflected that, but little by little, my reviews starting going downhill, just like their service. I had finally had enough on Jan 2 and reached out to Kohl's with what I agree is a scathing message. I am attaching my message and their response for you. I definitely reached my limit after 10+ years as a big customer with them and experienced my first late payment by one day. How easy it was for them to send a generic message with the knowledge they had lost a customer.

Terrible Customer Service from Kohl's from Customer Service to The Executive Offices in Wisconsin
Regarding: Sony PlayStation 5
I bought 2 in two different transactions for my kids as gifts for the holidays.
No where when purchasing The Sony PlayStation 5 did they state limit 1 per household/billing address and they only gave me 1 set of Kohl's Cash in the amount of 180 but stated it is merchants right to cancel
That's bait and switch and should be spelled out on kohl's disclaimer but it's not
I would say stay away from kohl's and no wonder why they are closing stores left right center

Waiting for my 30 dollars kohls cash they owe me as they did not take the 15 % off my order. Called several times after being on hold 15 minutes a pop. Same story it was sent. Never have got it yet. Constant runaround on the phone. If the cash isnt here by tomorrow I will return your merchandise. Extremely disappointed. I worked for Yonkers for many years and we never let this kind of stuff happen. It was handled on the spot. We never let anyone go home unsatisfied.

I placed an order online and within a minute realized I had used the wrong card. They did not give any grace period to cancel the order. I instantly reached out to customer service and spoke to a Lovejoy which said they couldn't do anything in the system and they had no one above her that could assist. I have never had an issue shopping at their bam locations but the lack of customer support online leaves much to be desired.

Never shop at Kohls, they dont fulfill their end of the bargain, by completing orders. They will cancel your order even after it has been submitted. Poor management! They take your money and is highly unreliable! Dont buy anything from them bcuz they more than likely will lie about having something in stock.

Kohl's just tried a sneaky way to get our cell phone number into their database by cancelling our online order even though they sent a confirmation number. We didn't provide our cell because their "privacy" policy (tiny link at the bottom of their cart page) indicates that they sell our customer data to third-party marketers. When we called and refused to provide it (they wanted to send a verification code to our cell even after we provided verification of all our other identifying data), they would not let us place our order.
In addition to the waste of our time, and needless to say, a supervisor did not appear when we asked, Kohl's doesn't need our cell number or shipping address since we were going to the store to pick up our online order.
This is going to get worse people before we start reading "privacy" policies and saying "no!" to these online retail companies and online applications (GooglePlay, Applestore) with deceptive Terms and Conditions / "privacy" policies regarding their data collection and data selling practices.
For now, shopping in person seems a decent way to keep some of your PII private and from being sold or hacked. Don't forget the free security alerts and credit freezes with the big 3 – 4 credit reporting agencies!
PII or "personally identifiable information" is any data that could potentially identify a specific individual > address, cell phone number, date-of-birth, driver's license, credit card info, etc. This information is online gold, yet they aren't protecting your data, not at all. Some online retail stores even give it away to offshore companies who don't have data protection laws. California has some laws in place, but a lot of us don't live in California. Having a post office box address probably wouldn't hurt.

I was very disappointed with Kohl's cash. I ordered something online and Kohl's gave me 50.00 in Kohl's cash. I spent the 50.00 Kohl's cash. When my order came, I had to return it. I got all of my money back except 50.00. I was satisfied with that. When I received my bill Kohl's also added 50.00 for the merchandise that I had bought with the Kohl's cash. In other words, Kohl's collected 100.00 for the Kohl's cash. I talked to a representative of Kohl's and he said that he would email me 30.00 Kohl's cash. I've yet to receive that email. I will not be shopping at Kohl's again unless I get my 50.00 back.

I ordered two men large tee shirts. First delivery that was sent was a youth's size seven sweat pants. Called and customer service and they agreed to send the correct order. This is why one star. Second delivery was the two tee shirts but in slim fit. My order was regular fit. Called again to customer service to express my dissatisfaction that the wrong shirts were sent. Their reply was, "Well we can't send out another order with free shipping you will need to go to a store and exchange". So to the store at my expense plus the cost of $8.95 original shipping costs for the two shirts!

It is very disturbing to find out that Kohl"s is selling products affiliated with BLM. BLM is an organization that SUPPORTS racism, vandalism, criminal action, assault and hatred and violence toward whites and our law enforcement. A department store, online or in store should not be involved in politics and organizations that support racism and hatred. You just lost quite a lot of customers. Shame on you Kohl"s and your executive officers.

The worst shopping experience ever. My payment was delayed. Some of the items were also missing. I wanted to return all of the staff but wouldn't get any refund for that. I will not buy again here.

I believe the reviewers who have had bad experiences with Kohl's, but my experience has been completely different.
I have been a Kohl's shopper and card holder for almost 30 years. I have made purchases in every department and online. I try to purchase only when I have a 30% off coupon and the item is on sale. The Kohl's Cash is a great bonus. I am always confident shopping because I've never had a problem with returns. For about a year, they have set a new return policy to within six months, but that is still generous. The quality of some items has gone down over the years, but that is true of most retailers. That is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.
I have occasionally missed a payment over the years, but when I call account services they are always nice and take my payment while removing interest charges and late fees.
I wonder if the experiences some reviewers have written about occur in different parts of the country. I have lived in the metro Atlanta area for over 40 years.

As someone who pays all her bills on time and has no credit card debt, I am sad to say that after YEARS of owning a kohl's charge I closed it. They claim I was pat due on a payment by 2 weeks and would not allow me to purchase more items in store. When I shared the date of my purchases and that the due date should have been in September, the lady was straight up nasty and robotic. Fine - I will buy my clothing for myself and children elsewhere.

I missed a payment in March due to Covid breakout, earthquakes for weeks and rushing to teach 150 students online and missed a payment, they sent this to the credit bureau. I've shopped here for 20: years and they do this. I'm so done with Kohl's, beware. This is very pathetic and other businesses, from my understanding worked with their customers, not greedy Kohl's, shoot to ruin credit.

These guys are thieves. They send wrong statements to wrong addresses (bad addresses, some of which don't even exist) and then a few months later all of a sudden they ruin your credit report claiming you were late in payments and even after it's been settled and they discovered their mistake they never remove their erroneous credit report. They are thieves and scammers.

I recently made my first purchase with Kohl's online and it sucked. I was not notified of shipping delays and then when I called in to find out why I wasn't notified about the delays I was advised I needed to keep track of the order and call UPS. Really? What's your job Kohl's? Pay minimum wage to people and treat your customers like crap. That 3.1 might need to be a 2. I will not shop with you again anytime soon unless you make this right. You should at least notify customers on delays. I know my job do you?

If there's one thing that bothers me about Kohl's its something that they are not the only ones doing these days.
You'll get an email saying that your item has been shipped. No it hasn't!. A great example of this is I got an email on Saturday August 8th, 2020 saying my item has been shipped. It is now the morning of Tuesday August 11th and it's still a 'pre-shipment item.'
This item hasn't even left the warehouse yet so don't lie to the customer. Simply inform the customer that a shipping label has been created simple as that.
