The e-reader they sell are OK (except for reading PDF, which is very annoying) but service is awful.
You will have to activate scripts on the support page just to get their phone number or to chat with an agent.
They advertise "Free books" but those books are completely unreadable as they we were made from character recognition software and never hand corrected. Most books are DRM'ed which mean you are stuck with Kobo to read them, as you will not be able to read them on another e-reader, say Kindle for example (reading on a computer is not an option for a e-reader owner). And to crown it all, they collect personal data. HEY KOBO!: I gave you money, I am a customer, shouldn't it be enough?!!
