Previous reviews, completely true! They switch you off from case manager to case manager. Nobody EVER and I do mean EVER knows what’s going on with your case. This law firm is backwards as hell. They always call you with the same dumb stuff. Just checking your “pain level”. The accident was going on 4 - 5 years ago, what do you mean you’re checking my pain level? I had somebody call me and ask me for pics/videos because they were in negotiations, alright cool. I send those in, (nobody ever confirmed that the info was received), the very next call I got was about going back to the doctor after I’ve already moved to a completely different state. No sir! I’ve been as patient with this law firm as I’m going to get. I’m in the process of reaching out to other lawyers to complete my case. So all in all, save yourself the trouble! Don’t even call for a consultation! Don’t even accidentally call the wrong number and get these Mfs! I am posting on ALL review sites, the people need to know the truth! *STAY AWAY!*

where do I start? ok so I was told it would take 3 to 6 moths to settle my case! . was passed on to 4 different case managers had to do my own research for them and provide info that they should have done never had contact when asked they told me I had would et $7800 I was put off on numerous occasion ALMOST 2 yrs later MICHAEL THE CEO FINALLY CONTACTS ME TELLING I Get $500 for my outcome 1 please do no give these thieves your I /////THE N ONLY REASON THEY GETV A 1 IS FIR THE GIRLS

I was rear ended while sitting still and waiting for a passing train. The other party accepted liability and the police report indicated the same. I hired this firm and was not allowed to speak to the attorney until I posted a negative Yelp Review. I was then contacted directly by the attorney and asked to remove the review and I did because I could not have him working on my best interest while I was reviewing him negatively. He promised to do a better job and I believed him. The Managing attorney of the firm did not speak to me for nearly an entire year after this. I did everything that the Law Firm asked of me with one exception. I refused to continue treatment after I felt that I was no longer injured. I informed the firm, that I was feeling better and wanted to settle my case. I was told that I needed more treatment to make this, "Worth their while". I was further informed that if I did a bit more treatment that the firm would get me more money. I informed them that I had reached my goal of healing. On September 21st 2017 I spoke with the Managing attorney about the filing options on my case and he indicated that he would file a lawsuit if I wanted. I affirmed that I wanted a lawsuit filed. He blew my statute of limitations (November 8th 2017) and then doctored up paper work and sent me unsigned documents as though he had dropped my case legitimately. This office indicated that it had paid my medical bills on December 4th of 2017 and indicated that he would prepare a settlement offer for me to put the matter behind us. The settlement offer was for $400. In March of 2018 this company mailed letters claiming to have dropped my case back in September of 2017. I am now receiving bills from the medical vendors he was supposed to have paid even until this date. As I look at these sequence of events I see that this amounts to the poorest service I have ever received in anything I have ever been involved with in my life. On my current review the attorney stated that,

"We're sorry that we couldn't handle your case but unfortunately, sometimes there are cases where people are listed at fault and have no case, which we cannot help out."

The central suggestion is being that I was at fault. Why else would such a statement be made? I was rear ended and my damage was paid for by the other insurance company. Why suggest this then cover it with

"This may or may have not been the issue in your case." The firm knew this was not the decision in my case when they accepted it.

These people are liers and deceitful. My check never arrived they said it was sent it out on 3 weeks ago still haven't received my settlement. I'm going to call the bar of associate. Don't trust this office.

Typical lawyer CROOK! Will not take your case unless he's sure he can win. He will procrastinate and take his sweet time the whole time claiming he and his office are working hard. Sends you to to many Dr. appointments claiming it's better for your case and will get you a larger settlement, but fails to tell you it ALL comes out of your pocket! Straight up taking advantage of your traumatic situation to fill his own pocket!!!

By far the worst Law Firm in the industry, inconsistent liars. I've been a client since February 2015, every few weeks there's a new case manager Gabriel the legal assistant never has direct answers. My case was supposedly settle with AAA for $5200.00, Michaels office sent me over the release forms to sign, I signed then shortly after I called to check the status of my disbursement I was then told They discovered medicals totaling over $4000. I sent an email to them letting them know I have started an investigation do to their poor business practices shortly after i receive a phone call saying there's a new settlement amount of over $8000.00 (of course). I then asked for the new settlement letter Gabriel sent over a document which is likely a template and he told me I would have my pay on in one week this was 10/04/16 I have yet to hear from this office, This firm is a fraud the doctors they use are also fraud.
