Book our holiday over 2 years ago with Kenwood Travel and they have let us down big time.We are here now and they changed the villa 3 times before we got here, once the location and villa was change twice the villa was change, there is 20 of us in total but 10 staying in this villa and 10 staying in another villa,

Well this villa is not up to standard to many problems to go into. Have been on to Kenwood Travel and the management company but both have been of not help, Kenwood made out the villa move were an upgrade but alas no very old furniture very and I mean very dirty couch one couch was brought over from the club house games room, they did offer to clean it but it would have been quite damp when getting back for our day out there is a lot of stuff missing like lamps it the bed room you know what I mean the finishing touches, they say this is a deluxe villa we have stayed in standard and deluxe and executive villas this is far far below that.

We are staying at the Solans Resort off highway 27, I will never book with Kenwood Travel again. Rant over

Do not deal with this company. I paid for virgin flights which were confirmed and on the day the balance was paid they rang and told me they were switching me to budget flights and sending me to Tampa instead of Orlando. They said if I wanted the Virgin flights I would have to pay another £1100 pounds. I switched (Under duress) to British Airways for which they charged me an extra £300 so that my children still got a holiday, and sort legal advice. Kenwood claimed that they were allowed to make these changes and demand extra money under their Terms and Conditions.. This was also investigated by the credit card company who said that I should report them to ABTA for breaching the code of conduct and to Trading Standards for using Bait and Switch tactics which are illegal. During my investigation I found numerous other people who have had the exact same experience with Kenwood Travel. I have finally got the extra £300 pounds back with help of the credit card company but the whole experience with Kenwood has been exhausting. Stay away from this company and use a reputable firm.

The advisor was so professional and explained everything clearly. She helped us with our decision explaining our options. Original choice of hotel was swapped for.a cheaper and family friendly option as well as having all inclusive deal.

Just been to Langkawi at The Andaman Resort & Spa, and it was just beautiful, the staff and customer service were some of the best I've ever experienced.

Very helpful on initial phone call but took the wrong deposit. After-booking service was unhelpful.
