Never received product never received any response to any of my six attempts to contact this company. I had to go through the claims process with PayPal to get my money back. This company is fraudulent

NOTE: Not even a one star!!! As my title says, they sent no return label. So, in order to have this item returned from Ontario Canada, it would cost me $22.00 Canadian dollars, so it is not worth sending back! The material is thin, cheap, and this item hangs like a bag!!! This item is the worst item I have ever ordered online and this company is the worst company also!!! I have tried to contact them, and they keep saying they are reviewing my order / complaint! Like other reviews are saying, do NOT purchase from Keen and Social unless you want to ripped off for your money. GARBAGE ITEM!!!

When I revived the item it was misshapen; way too short in the front and way too long in back the collar was about 3 feet wide and it had several stains! It looked like it was made for Halloween as the grim reaper. They charged $49 and called it a discount from $65. I wouldnt buy it for $1

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT IS A SHAM!! I ordered a hoodie which took over a month to receive. When I received it, the quality was so cheap and the product looked terrible. NOTHING like the picture. I requested a refund three times and I have been ignored each time. I cannot even file a dispute with my credit card now. STAY AWAY from this Horrible company!!

I'm so very sorry that I ordered anything from this company. But I'm glad I only got 1 thing from them! I ordered 2 sizes up & the hooded high low sweatshirt fit horribly. I wish there was a way that I could return this item & get my money back! SHAME on INSTAGRAM for allowing SCAMMING COMPANIES, such as this, to advertise their products on their website, without fully investigating them & denying their false/scamming company to be allowed to post on their site! Just like they check the content of whatever we (members) post before we post anything that they consider inappropriate before actually posting & even if it's already posted, they delete it. Lol. Sorry for the long message.

My worst ever online shopping experience. I can only echo what everyone else has said about this appalling company. Waited 2 months for the londoner hoodie to arrive before sending emails and facebook messages that were routinely ignored. Tracking info was also non existent. After emailing again telling them they had 7 days to respond before I pursued a claim through PayPal and still getting zero response I made a claim. They still didn't respond to me but when PayPal stepped in they responded saying the tracking info showed my item had been delivered. WHAT TRACKING INFO??? There wasn't any! The number given to track my parcel wasn't recognised. Almost 2 weeks after escalating my claim with PayPal I received the item this morning. It's ok but nothing like I expected... the material is extremely cheap and nasty. Certainly not worth the over $40 paid for it but I can't be bothered pursuing an item not as described claim and will just take it on the chin as a LESSON LEARNED.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
If you need to rerun something, you have to contact them to get the return address & they do not reply to your inquiry. Then the 30 day window for returns passes & youre out of luck.

I should have known better having seen this "Londoner" product advertised on Facebook - The page suggested it was a US product/site but when shipped it came from China and that explained everything. I bought this early as a Christmas present for my wife but the material quality, cut and everything about it was so poor I couldn't give it to her. Made an attempt to contact the customer service department but no response so rather than embarrass myself or insult my wife it found its way into the bin - Avoid this company at all costs

Purchased a sweater for my daughter in November 2017 for Christmas. When it arrived in December, there was a hole in the back side of the sweater. I emailed Keen and Social several times to ask for a refund or exchange and only received the initial message of that Customer Service will review your message. It is January 2018 and I have not received a response from them and don't think I ever will.

I would highly recommend not buying from this company unless you have a lot of spare time to waste chasing your order. I wish I had read the reviews first, too many other great companies doing it 100 x better. Never again!

I am kicking myself that I didn't do more research on them but I really wanted the item. It came super small even though I ordered up and it was cheaply made. I've been trying for over a month to get the to respond and have gotten nothing. Tried to call the number on the FB page and it says it's down for "maintenance." Total scam.

I ORDERED AN ITEM AND IT TOOK 2 MONTHS TO GET IT AND IT WAS SO HORRIBLY MADE AND WAYY TOO SMALL THE SIZES ARE NOT TRUE TO USA SIZE. THEN I TRIED TO RETURN IT AND ASKED FOR 2 MONTHS FOR AN ADDRESS AND FINALLY GOT IT, THEN IT COST ME 24.00 TO RETURN TO CHINA!!! Received my order, looks nothing like the picture on Facebook!! I have emailed many times, got a standard "we have received your email" response back, haven't heard anything since. This company is a total scam. But hey at least I got a halloween costume if I want to go as a Dementor!!!

I was shocked that it came from China considering their blurb. it is quite thin material and as noted in some reviews I used the size chart and rather than looking sleek and cool I look like I am wearing a huge black bag - the only thing I like is the hood part

I came on here just to make sure that I was right and that this website and company is a scam. I always like to believe things I see on Instagram are not but whenever I look on reviews, they are. I have never written a review before. I think it is funny that I have not even ordered from here and I am writing a review because of the awful customer service I have read on customers reviews. i am sure that Lily J's response will be rude but I just have to say something. If it is too good to be true and too cute, it probably is. Especially in this case. Whenever I come on here for reviews and read what people have written, at least the customer service rep is nice in their responses back even though they are scamming people. So basically, all I am saying is that Lily J, please consider your responses back to people and how it comes off. Did you really believe that "Its your fault" and "you bought a cheap item and expected high quality" was an appropriate response? You are not in any way helping your company.

I orders two Londoner hoodies that I saw on Facebook. When they arrived, from China, they look nothing like the picture. They have yet to respond to my 3 requests for the return address, which is not readily available.

I ordered the londoner long tail hoodie. They placed an order for a second one. They sent both, but in the wrong size. Lily, their customer service rep (or lack of customer service rep) is exceptionally unprofessional and unaccommodating. She refuses to acknowledge their return policy, and when questioned about it she went dark and will not respond to any inquiries. What a waste of time and money.

I bought what was supposed to be a long hoodie sweater type deal, it looked good on the site, but, when I got it, it's kind of a baggy, sack type, long, weird old man style pajama dress? I can't even explain it, the 'hood' part, is basically a long tube like turtleneck with a drawstring, it's a thin as a tshirt, I can't wear this sack in public. 9 weeks to get here, definitely from china. Not worth anything, just another piece of junk.

I cannot say anything about their product because it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received it. I am disappointed and feel I should have stuck with Amazon, where not only can I get a response to an email, I can actually talk to a real person who tries to resolve my problem.
