We just received notice from Infusiosoft (Used them for 5 years!) now that they've been taken over by Keap - that we can longer control our list! Essentially if our customers don't engage with us by opening email, clicking, etc (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE EMAIL THEM OR NOT) they will flag them and Opt them out... sounds untrue right?we have 30,000 customers who sign up to know when specific events are coming out (they may not be coming out for another YEAR!) and now KEAP is saying we can't email them if they haven't engaged with us on some level in 30 DAYS!!! I'm enraged!

I found their service way too complicated, way too expensive, lengthy to get setup, difficult to keep running. You would need a full-time person to operate it. Not good for a small business. Infusionsoft's billing practices to be less than credible-they bill beyond their contract terms, without authorization, and do not have any place on their website to cancel the service. Not recommended.

I have been using Infusionsoft in my law practice for several years. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company. Over the years we've been using it less and less because it is cumbersome and not user friendly for my staff. I finally decided to stop my monthly subscription, but they make that process impossible. Before I can cancel my subscription, a "customer success manager" must first contact me, but that will take a couple of days . . . If said "customer success manager" is unable to speak with me (I'm pretty busy), they will literally refuse to cancel my monthly subscription. Infusionsoft must think I'm too stupid to make such a big decision without consulting them first. I would discourage anyone from using this product based upon (a) the cumbersome nature of the product and (b) the impossible process of cancelling the service.
IN RESPONSE TO INFUSIONSOFT'S REPLY: Regardless of "sensitive data," yada, yada, the fact remains that your longtime customer should not have to clear it with you before cancelling the subscription. The reasoning provided below is non-sensical, as it can be accomplished without the runaround. Secondly, Infusionsoft really needs a better user interface. I shouldn't have to have an advanced IT degree to navigate the site. Hopefully, the software will one day evolve to improve the customer experience.

A steep learning curve, but with a little willingness to learn, this program really does it all. Also, and maybe most important, their customer service (especially the Live Chat) is the best. Would definitely recommend.

The software is not bad, the only problem is that is very expensive and has lot of permission s troubles with the users.
However, the worst part is the support. I've been dealing with them for 8 months circa, in order to fix few things that are not on my power to control, and they rarely get back to my emails with "we are working on it. " or "Can you send me a screenshot?". Well, at the end of the day, after 8 months looks like they are playing around and not solving the issues at all.
It has been almost 1 year that I'm paying circa 600 USD per month and not even able to:
1) use 1 of the admin profile (which is locked and not able to see anything and needs to use another CRM to catch up the work of the other members of the team).
2) Still have permission troubles with at least the other 30%of the users.
3) Before to subscribe last year, they told me I would have been able to manage 2 bank accounts for receiving the payments. Apparently is not even on their plan at the moment.
4) 3 days ago we notice that all the users (except for the admins) lost all the configurations, photos, data, profile details and part of permissions.
Of course i tried to get in touch with them again but guess what? No answer yet.
Also asked for a discount at least meanwhile we are waiting to fix this issues but they have completely ignored my request.
Again, for less money you can find way better solutions. All of this is just unacceptable.
Today is the 28th of May and not a word/email/call from anyone.
3 days ago we lost also the ability to edit contact s field by all the users, except from the admin users.

Bought into the whole Kickstarter program for Keap. The agency they are using is excellent and the training great. The problem is the software DOES NOT WORK. The fundamental basis of this software is client management but since I started they have quoted a "known issue" to me. I cannot search any of my contacts. At all. In any way. So this is fundamentally useless no matter how good the automation process may or may not be. To compound the issue you disappear into the support void. No updates. No eta on a fix. No contact you have to chase them. I've wasted hours, literally hours trying to have virtual chat calls, phone calls etc and Keap make it very difficult to what get an answer.
I have a real issue with lack of disclosure on this. When it comes down to it right now it does not work. Will I get refund... Remains to be seen.

At first, was a little intimidated but after the first onboarding call, I was hooked. This thing is priced very affordably for a small business like mine and fits perfectly for our growing needs.

We have this product for 6mths now and have had the extra training to get it off the ground.
The problem is the software is cluncky (looks good and has all the features but unusable, if you don’t have a full time staff on it), it doesn’t integrate well with other apps well (to pull new clients into the system)
It’s expensive and the return our investment was NIL! We got feedback from our clients that were not able to be filtered to google either so all that work down the drain.
We have tried to cancel based on the service can’t deliver but they refused.
Do not waste your money!

Having talked on the phone with two of their representatives, I had an appointment/invitation with them for a demo of their software at the 19th of December. They never appeared on webex and never got back to me.
Once they sell a software that should not permit such things to happen I informed them by email today that this is insulting so I m sharing my experience.
I add this note at the 28th of December after the reply here from Sarah.
Dear Sara I guess your role is to make things nicer but in this case you don't.
If instead of thanking me for not publishing, the emails including the names of your employees, the screenshots and my email sent to the main email of your company informing you about it then things are even worse than I thought
The gentleman sent me a very sympathetic letter and apologized after my publicity and you still question my review ?
I was about to change the rating after his apology but after your reply the rating must remain the same.

Infusionsoft offers great tools for lead acquisition, tracking and management. Their consultants are great to work with and make sure they understand exactly what your business needs before proceeding with the build. Training is crucial and executed well!

I'm still working in setting everything up but I love how much the infusion soft team is working with me. I'm able to import key fields from my high end quizzes (it's what my company does). I also live the pipeline page and the amount of financial tracking and automation. We will see how the database management fees as I continue to build!

Pretty poor experience with the free trial. Was sold a paid plan during and it broke my free trial account. Also, the coach missed our first training session and our first campaign is so far so glitchy, we haven't been able to send it to anyone.
