I ordered an iPad case through kaufladen.de and it did not fit the iPad as advertised, even after trying it on two different iPads of the same model. I reported this to kaufladen.de and they refused to provide return postage and demanded I pay to return the item myself. Then after some further emails they said they would send me a return postage label. But they never did and after some time elapsed they demanded I pay in full for the item.
