I will never buy anything from karmaloop again, I live in the UK and ordered a jacket 11 dec, I am still waiting and constantly still getting fed lies, one customer service agent says it's in the warehouse and then another one says they are waiting for it to arrive in the warehouse, while another one says it would of been delivered by the 24-12 and still nothing, just lies, I am going to contact trading standards about this company as it's a complete joke.

If there was a "negative" star, that is what this company would have. They don't even deserve one star. Horrendous customer service. I ordered a wallet on 12/19/14 and still have not received this item. I called and emailed this company. No help whatsoever. They email that I received said that it was sent "UPS." That is total B.S. I spent over $7 on a wallet that was under $10 thinking foolishly that I would receive this by Christmas. I will NEVER order from them again. I don't know how they are still in business. Stay away, trust me. You don't want to have to call their customer service and listen to their horrible song that repeats the same verse over and over. Truly disgraceful.

Ordered 9 pairs of shoes a month ago for my upcoming wedding. Paid with PAYPAL and two weeks ago got an email saying payment had been returned. Contacted Karmaloop asking what had happened and they asked for the order number. They had never sent one but I sent them the invoice number from PAYPAL. After 6 emails over the last two weeks I have not received a reply. Payment has not been sent back to my account what I can see. Have tried calling their international service and was on hold for over 20mins, hung up as it cost a fortune to call from Australia. The customer service at this place has been absolutely awful. Seems to me (from reading complaints below) this company does not care about you if you get something on sale or for cheeper than it usually is. I had got a great deal and was very excited that I would save money for my big day but it has turned out a nightmare. I now have no Shoes for my groomsman and it is two weeks till my wedding. If you cant provide for the prices you are advertising don't have sales. Have always heard great things about this site but cant believe they have treated this situation with no care. Very disappointed!!

Ordered three items. Received two of Item B, none of Item C. Returned one of Item B & was expecting to receive Item C in the mail as was told, but discovered they'd refunded the money for Item C instead.
Item C is still in stock online so I could order it again but the promotion code I originally used has expired now. So if I purchase it, AGAIN, it would actually cost me more this time around

I guess I'm simply going to chalk it up to human error since this has never happened before

WOW! I have never in my life been more provoked to seek a consumer review site online. I will never purchase anything from Karmaloop ever again. I browse the site all the time and subscribe to all their deals, etc. but never decided to purchase anything until recently. It was a drop ship item (necklace) which I understand does take a while to ship from the manufacturer but this whole purchase is a joke. Karmaloop has a great site but would highly recommend setting new standards for the operations side of things.
Customer Service Feedback:
I have called/e-mailed in numerous times and received different drop ship information from each CSR. When requesting an order status the individuals who I spoke with seemed to care less about my situation. I was given one word answers, not genuine, inconsistent information or lack of. The e-mails I sent didn’t even address my main concern. I received the same drop ship canned response of, “It looks like your necklace is being drop shipped which means that it is being hand cut for the order and is being shipped from the brand.” I received this response multiple times and they never even addressed my question. On my last reply asking for my tracking and acknowledging this order is being, “hand cut” I never even received a response. Not to mention it takes about 48 hrs. turnaround time for an e-mail to be answered and you get this quality of a response. Come on.
Well, they were right, I did get my confirmation email on the 10th day that my necklace is going to be shipped and from there it is an estimated 3-7 business days for delivery. So, that was at about 9am on 9/30. It has been over 24 hours and the package hasn’t moved. Are you surprised? I’m not. There is absolutely zero visibility into these orders that are drop shipped and it is such a joke.
At this point, who knows when this necklace is going to show up. It will most likely be out of style by the time it gets here.
Ordering advice: If you order something from this place, be sure you don’t need it within a month.

I've been buying on and off from karmaloop for a few years now and have noticed all items having some sort of defect..The most recent was actually majorly unwearable..I contacted karmaloop and was suppose to receive an item for the same price or of lesser vaue!
Only problem is, is that they seem to shuffle you around between different people who work at the company and never actually do anything about situations like this!
Never supporting this crappy company again!

Last Tuesday I ordered a jacket from them, Thursday I got an email saying it was shipped. It hasnt been shipped. Every time I check the tracking order, UPS tells me that it hasnt even gotten my package at ANY of their facilities. Only the shipping label has been printed. Now. I have ordered from Karmaloop three times before without any problems, so I figured I would give the tracking number a few days to update. Well. Nothing has updated, when I called UPS to see if there was a glitch in their system, they informed me that they have no record of my package anywhere in their system. Super.. So I contacted the karmaloop questions email, the karmaloop shipping questions email, called customer service, even reached out to their instagram page, emailed the person THEIR instagram told me to email, and then emailed AND called the CEO Greg.. I'm doing the most to contact someone and get some information on my order. But sadly NO ONE is helping me. If I get one more "Hey Jocelyn, contact me at [some email i wont actually [email protected]] and I'll see whats up with your order" I will scream. The girl I talked to on their customer service line actually laughed at me. I am beyond disgusted with Karmaloop and their customer service line. All I want is what I ordered or a refund, and sadly it looks like I wont be getting either. Thanks a bunches Karmaloop. You've definitely made me want to warn everyone about your sketchy website.

Bought a jumper and waited almost 4 months for then decided to email karma loop, they were cooperative at the start but kept asking me for the tracking code of the item when they hadn't even given me one. They eventually shipped the item again and that was over a month ago now. Not pleased in the slightest with the service and delivery.

placed an order on Mar.6, never got my package,
i've been tracking the package with the tracking number they provided.
and the status of my package never shows En-route,but Electronic Notification only.
i asked them few times about my package,they just said it's on the way to me.
then guess what,today i got a email from Karmaloop,says that my order has been cancelled,becuz it was un-deliverable,how the hell it was un-deliverable?! don't they need to contact me first if they can't deliver by the time? but i didn't see any missed phone calls.
and i actually have sent a email to DHL Globe,which is Karmaloop's shipping carrier,
i asked them about the package with the tracking number Karmaloop has provided to me,
and DHL said, they didn't receive the package at all!
so i don't know what the hell they were doing with my order, i shopped from them many times,and always something's up,
3 times faulty item,1 time wrong size,and now is stupid un-deliverable thing which shouldn't ever happen and never happened before.
and their customer service is way worse than before.

be very careful...the quality of product is not very good!!! after my daughter tried on the shoe she ordered, and it fit fine, she did not wear it again for a couple of weeks. when she did, the zipper broke. she called to find out what she needed to do to return it, and she was told, she had to order another pair of shoes, and then return the original pair she bought for herself. we are talking about a 16 year old girl, who has very limited income and was being taken advantage of when told she had to order another pair of shoes in order to return the original pair. definitely would not recommend the product, or the quality of the customer service, because when i called to try and get some better resolution, i was told she was "outside" the timeframe allowed for their return policy...to me that means they know that their product WILL break, and probably pretty early in the lifetime of the product...

I placed an order a little over a week ago, two orders were placed for some reason. I called and they said one would be cancelled and to check back to see the status of it. i've spent LITERALLY an hour holding with very loud- bordering on disrespectful music before i hung up to explore the chat option. I can legit say i've tried the chat option and EVERY TIME nobody is available and i have to send an email. Emails which nobody responds to. Now apparently my package is available but there is another 21 dollars in taxes that i have to pay DHL after i already paid for express shipping in 3-5 days. I have yet to have any emails responded to and no money has been refunded on my credit card. It's super frustrating and inconsiderate. i truly do not recommend this site for anything the customer service is non existant.

I've literally spent thousands of dollars on this site, and well over $1000 just in the last year. Every single order has something wrong with it. It's either late, a no-show through one if their sister sites, or the clothes look used and smell worn. They also raise the prices on their items before having their "sales" to make the sale price reflect the original price. Customer service is non-existent. I spend MUCH MONEY on clothing; it's my vice. Karmaloop has cost themselves at least $25,000 from me with their deceitful practices, bunk sales, and crappy customer service. I'm not even going to get into the generic replies you get from them when you make a complaint. "Hey There, we farted and shat on your complaint and wiped our tooshes with your items. You're welcome". No thank you.

Seriously!? How can KarmaLoop get such bad reviews?? I KNOW they're a legitimate biz. My husband used to buy crap their all the time. The ONLY thing I hate about KarmaLoop is that they're so expensive...and I'm selfish so the less my husband spends on himself the more I get to spend on me....so yea KarmaLoop doesn't see me very often.
But their brands are legit, they've always gotten our stuff to us in less than three weeks, and everything looks exactly the way it did in the picture.
To be honest, I didn't read any of your reviews, I just don't mind this site and am really confused about the low review.
The point of reviews is to declare a businesses trustworthiness, NOT how badly you suck at online shopping. Remember that the next time you throw a fit. If there's a chance you might have to go through a return process with something you're buying online, then DON'T buy it. Returns are a hassle if for no other reason than the fact that stuffing the crap back in the bag, resealing it, labeling it for shipping, and then scheduling a pick up or dropping it off sounds like WAY too much work. Go to the store or get out the tape measure.
And if you hate their prices, go somewhere else. Nobody is making you pay $80 for a sweatshirt.

I will never order from this site again. I have ordered a pair of Jeffrey Campbell boots from the US site to the UK, for some reason Karmaloop decided to write on my delivery details that I was Merchandise, which immediately bumps up the cost of custom charges, not to mention they valued the item at full price although I got 40% off... again bumped up the customs charge to cover their own backs! Overall I had to pay double the price of what I would usually pay at Customs, it came to £60 when it should of been £20, £30 tops! Its a complete rip off, after a month of waiting for the boots to actually arrive and a very expensive customs charge I did confront them in an email asking why they had marked me down as merchandise instead of a normal paying customer, naturally they avoided that question and said there was nothing they could do and its out of their hands now!
Its the worst site I have ever had to deal with and I will be warning others so they won't have to deal with these scammers!
1 star is being too generous!

I was livid with the experience i had at Karmaloop. I ordered three separate hats. They all came in separate packages and although i already payed shipping, i had to pay extra postal for one of them once it arrived at my house and had to wait even longer. The third one never came in the mail at all. I waited 3 weeks and then decided to email customer service. The response i got back was that the hat was in backorder. The hat still never came. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM KARMALOOP. It is a complete scam.

If you can get a great promo code you save tremendously. I saved $106 total on my order. Shipping was a great experience as well. As for quality and sizing a whole different story. They advertise their tights as OS but when you receive them the sizing clearly states M/L. I ordered about 6 pairs so I was a little pissed about sizing. The Nameless, and Rehab brands are a product of China and run very very small I ordered 3 dresses size large and what I received could easily fit an American small standard even the models in the pictures wearing a small could easily fit those large labeled dresses. Overall I had a half satisfied half pissed experience. I would only recommend the site to persons who wear a size XS or M if you are bigger please I urge you to beware

i live in Toronto, Canada and ive been ordering from this site for 3 years. i dont really understand why theyre getting so many bad reviews here, ive put in about 15 orders from them and ive never had any problems with them. the shipping is pretty fast and obviously if youre out of the US you have to pay the duty and customs. The only thing is that the Kazbah site is from California, not Boston where karmaloop is so the shipping for Kazbah takes a week or 2 longer.

The WORST online ordering experience I have ever had - and before I begin I just want to note that I am not in any way have a personal vindictive agenda with this company. I am being 100% truthful in my experience that has happened with my 1st and LAST order with Karmaloop - I have never written a review for any site before and this is my first, and b/c this entire experience has caused me so much distress and frustration that I need to share this with the online community so people will understand what sort of terrible customer service company they are dealing with. Here are the highlights:
1) Discount I was given before my order was place indicated 20% - there was no confirmation page before placing the order and instead my order AFTER payment automatically turned to 10%. I wrote to customer service about this difference in discount two times, took them 1 week to reply and no apology was given IN THE VERY LEAST.
2) Delay in processing Paypal payment - took them 5 days to process my payment over Paypal - and for some reason I wrote them TWO EMAILS and waited an entire weekend (total length: Thurs- next week Wed) before they replied.
3) My shipping time said it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. It has now been over 1 month - this is not a huge deal as my order is during Christmas time. But my main problem is the fact that the CUSTOMER SERVICE team is TERRIBLE - they don't respond to my complaints, and one of their service members simply thought it would be enough to simply copy and paste what I know from my order tracking number to tell me where my package was - this was AFTER I wrote them a LONG AND DETAILED COMPLAINT LETTER - Customer Service Member: Monique.
Terrible, worst experience of online shopping ever. And I am not just saying this - I pretty much order most of my clothes, goods, and electronics online from reputable brands - eg. eBay, Amazon, Eastbay etc. And honestly, in over 10 years of purchasing experience, this is hands down the worst. So bad it forced me to log onto Google to find this website so I could express how pissed off I am. Hope this helps.

im honestly speaking of experience here.
just got my shirts that i ordered, new and not ripped or smelly (like some other reviews have claimed lol)
the touch seems to be of quality, again not like some china made proclaims.
although in honesty i was worried about shipping time the most, it felt like it was taking forever , but i checked the site , the shipping method i chose was estimated 3-4 weeks and it came on the third week exactly.
Btw if it helps i ordered from New Zealand.

I ordered a Gold Medusa CZ Medallion Style Ring in 16/12/2013 and now is 15/01/2014 but nothing yet, not package. I emailed them 2 times but no reply ? I read all the review about this site and I was thinking dis I lost my money ? This is the last time I order from this site. Next time, I'm going to order from River Island or some site like that.
