In short, they made me submit a business application 3 times only for it to go unnoticed.
A man emailed me almost immediately after submission and said I was missing a detail in the forum, I'm certain I didn't but submitted a second one. Days later I was emailed by a woman that said she hasn't received the second one. At this time I'm contacted by phone about my 1st application and told them no need, someone on email is handling my case, "ok".
I send an email to the woman saying I'll wait to receive another call for my new submission so it will be seen, so I submitted a 3rd one.
Nearly a month passes and I hear from no one, I have a dialogue with chat support who tells me to just reply to the last submission so he can see it and forwarded it to the person responsible.
He forwards it, I asked for an estimate till I get a reply about the application as it's been nearly a month. He tells me "you'll get one when the time comes"
Time passes, giving an employer 1.5 months of uncertainty (during the tender time of relocation) that progressively worsens leaves me without trust for this bank's service. Goes without saying, but I still haven't been contacted.

Seriously the worst bank experience ive ever had. First and foremost they do not reply to your emails and if they do, they do not reply to your questions. I made a complaint a week ago about their horrible service and lack of response i also mentioned that i would be moving bank so i asked how much it would cost for me to move bank, i still havent gotten a reply. If your bank lady is called Ellen M. Brogberg in Herning, expect horrible horrible service!

I have been customer in many years in Jyske Bank, and I'm very impressed with their service and their support of new technologies. They where on of the very first banks to support Apple Pay, joined the MobilePay collaboration and later supported Google Pay. Their concept of Total konto is great and very fair towards customers (why should I pay interest on one account while having money on another account).
In all contacts with the bank, their attitude have always been friendly and helpsome - they are not a discount bank, but I believe I get value for the money.

I bought something online that has turned out to be a defective item. The seller refused to cover my return postage, so I turned to Jyske Bank for help, hoping that in this case they would reimburse the purchase (the case was further complicated by the fact that the seller was very rude to me and had used virtually every obscene word in existence in his correspondence with me. But it's perfectly fine with Jyske Bank, apparently).
The level of incompetence and unwillingness to assist their client that I was met with is hard to describe, despite the fact that I had filled out a lengthy indsigelsesform and enclosed a bunch of relevant documents with it.
Needless to say that no help has been provided, no money has been reimbursed to me and needless to say that I am leaving this bank as soon as possible.
The worst place. NOT recommended.

Awful attitude towards new small companies. We tried to open a business bank account several times in Jyske Bank, and all we got was a rejection wth the most ridiculous explanation ever: they required one year financial report from our company. When I asked how we are supposed to provide it if we don’t have a BANK ACCOUNT and it hasn’t even been a year since we opened, they just repeated that we need to provide one year financial report...
We even lost some potential clients because they would only pay invoices to official business accounts.
Moving on to another bank and closing personal accounts too.

They are not interested in anything....consultants can give you NOTHING that you can use in your daily life...a total waste of time...even if you have money!!!

I have only been a customer for a few months since moving from the UK but I have to say it is my worst experience of banking I have ever had. They have messed up almost every single things they had to do. The have sent money to wrong accounts, refused to execute instructions because they felt it was "fraud" although it was to buy a house and they had no grounds. They did not allow electronic payments from my account without informing me (standard in almost every country) so my gym was not paid. They did not inform me and I ended with a huge fine. They only issued me with a card that can be used in a few businesses in Denmark. Thoughout this I have maintained a large cash balance. I have had to log a formal complaint with the head office but after 2 weeks I still have no response. I will be moving to Danske bank as soon as I can. They worst bank I have ever seen and I am sure they will go bust with a lack of customers given the feedbank.
This has been going on now for 4 months... STILL UNRESOLVED. Now Jyske bank are lying and refuse to comply with EU law .... this bank should be banned from operating.
