Very easy to book, and very convenient for safe parking. Would have given top rating but the car park was a little tight to get into. Would definately reccommend though.

Everything was ok with the booking - nice and easy.
However the spaces allocated at the car park are too small.
I have an SUV and I managed to fit the car with my wheels on top of both lines on each side. I'd prefer to pay a little extra but to get a proper parking space that suits my vehicle.

Perfect location for Kew Gardens. Located off the road on the forecourt to a house
The satnav found the address given but it was necessary to walk round the corner to find the actual parking place. A sketch sent at the time of booking would have been helpful.

Very happy.
Would be helpful if the website flagged up (when choosing one's parking "window") that if you are planning to park for more than 4 hours on a weekend day, it would make sense to book for the whole day at no extra cost.

Taking family to the theatre in London. Just Park gives an easy solution when travelling to London as a family. Much cheaper than the train.
