There are too many emails which is confusing. I cancelled a booking which I thought I had duplicated as it was shown twice and ended up having to rebook it.

Everything was ok with the booking - nice and easy.
However the spaces allocated at the car park are too small.
I have an SUV and I managed to fit the car with my wheels on top of both lines on each side. I'd prefer to pay a little extra but to get a proper parking space that suits my vehicle.

Using the Justpark app was fine from start to finish, no problems whatsoever. The location was excellent for where we wanted to go, and no problem with the space. The only downside was the grumpy parking attendant, who when I did as instructed to exit,and apologised for not understanding what he said, shouted down the phone at me to 'Get in your car and drive' . Totally unnecessary and not what you expect from either JustPark or at the hotel car park in Park Lane where we parked. If he was having a bad day then he should keep it to himself.
