I've ordered about 6 boots or shoes from Just Fab and I have been very pleased with the quality as well as the service! A pair of boots that I ordered were too small and the process to return and exchange the boots were so simple and fast! I have no complaints! I especially appreciate the option to skip any amount of months if I'm not ready to buy any shoes or products for the month! I appreciate not being forced into purchasing if my finances don't allow me to(especially during the pandemic).

They will take your money in exchange for cheap merchandise and cheat you out of a membership "so called fee" refund requests for membership refused. Shame on Just not so Fab! Sad way to do business these days.

I got a really cute jacket and it was stolen so I went to order another one and there was for the same price only they wouldn't let my order go through for 2 days I couldn't get my order to go through on the third day my order was going to go through but the jacket was instead of $19 it was 53 now I think that's a little bit of a jump in price so we're all the other items around it!I'm unsubscribingthat's a ridiculous raising of prices from unde 20 2 50/

I ordered items from justfab on 5/12. They show items as shipped but when contacting FedEx, items have not arrived at fedex for shipping. Did an online chat with "customer service and the agent keeps sending the same answer to me! I trust FedEx in this regard as I have ordered other items from other stored on the same day and the are being delivered or have been delivered! They are using the pandemic as an out for horrible service and substandard assistance! I find this disgusting and dishonest!

I ordered a pair of shoes that should have been the right size (the largest the company made). They were still too small. Then I noticed I was being billed again. Apparently, if you buy anything from them, yo're taking out an ongoing subscription for shoes. Good prices are not so very helpful if the product doesn't fit, and I wouldn't want more merchandise under those circumstances. While I eventually got an explanation, and a refund, I'm not fond of this way of doing business...

The whole experience hasn't been good from forgetting your password they email you a link where not where to change password, I called so far twice for a refund never received it shall I go on? It's a joke sad because some of their low quality stuff is okay for use occasionally quick a disappointment. So unless you want to spend a lot of time dealing with issues I would not sign up with them !!

1st order came box was empty called comp. And told them . They sent me the wrong pair of boots, said they would refund them , never sent me a label , witch they said was going to be in my email . So, I'm stuck with an ugly pair of boots that I paid for . I called customer service a few times all a lie. I will never deal with this outfit JustFab and the other one, all the same co.

My girls love Justfab, their ages 14,18 and 20. The site has things for everyone it is truly a blessing that we can go to one site and it has everything. Thank you

I am so disgusted with this company! I was a member for a couple of years and I placed a order we're the whole shoe came off the sole of the wedge. I called a month ago and they started that they would replace them with the shipping label a month later no shoe or shipping label. I called again and they stated that I had to ship back the shoe before they could replace it after waiting on hold for 30 mins to figure it out. I am beyond disgusted and cancelled my membership and replacement!!! Worse customer service I have ever come across

You can not check out using the money that has already been collected monthly. I hAve tried to cancel my account several times only to be reminded that i have money still in my credits. Its a pain in the butt. I look back at my transactions and they have used my credit card to pay for transaction I thought were being taken from the $39 you collect monthly from me.

JustFab is a wonderful company. I love their products and am always getting compliments on my boots. If something doesn't fit correctly, there's no issues with a return or exchange.

I absolutely is always satisfied with my purchases. Returns and exchange are so easy. All items are well made and look fabulous. Thanks for continuing to provide quality product at affordable prices that make you look like a million bucks!!

It's a pure scam. Every bad review you read is absolutely true. They trick you into a £35 per month membership system and charge you when you cancel / don't refund for money they've taken from you!!! It's just purely the snakiest, most horrible rip off system you can find online.
Additionally, they don't let you change your address of delivery even if the item was not yet shipped.

I really like the products even though often the things I like sell out in my size very quickly. They have a great return policy which is great for online ordering. The only issue I think could be better is I never get reminder emails that I need to make a purchase, I get one after my credit goes thru. I'm very busy and can never remember what day I need to make a purchase by so I almost always miss the deadline.

You will be billed £35 a month if you sign up! All I did was sign up for JustFab and i bough 1 pair of shoes for £10. They then proceeded to charge me £35 a month for a subscription fee that I didn't even know I had agreed to as it is not made clear. They would not refund this when I called to cancel this subscription and the sales woman on the phone was RUDE and talked over me when I tried to say I wanted to cancel! She was not respectful and continued to ignore what I wanted.

As a broke 19 year old girl, this site really screwed me over!!!!! I had purchased a pair of sandals NOT KNOWING that I would be charged a monthly fee of $39.99. You guys are very sneaky. Would not recommend buying their products to anyone. And when I tried to cancel my monthly subscription on the phone with a person that works there, he was no help at all. Very disappointed overall.

I bought a pair of shoes and 2 dresses back in December, you get what you pay for. What I did not realize though is that apparently I signed up for vip membership?!?! I was going through my credit card statements today and noticed that they've charged me $50 CAD every month ever since I ordered from them ONCE and did not intend to order again. I DID NOT KNOWINGLY SIGN UP FOR THIS $#*!. THEY ARE ROBBING ME BLIND OF MONEY I DO NOT HAVE. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

From a person who can't stop buying shoes, I wanted you to know how satisfied i am with your service. To date, i haven't returned any merchandise since everything has been terrific but as far as ordering and delivering, you guys are doing a great job.

At first I thought it looked too small but they are very stretchy and everything fits great! So many compliments! Will be ordering more for sure!

Grabbed me a great pair of boots. JustFab has great quilty products that are reasonably priced.

I absolutely love JustFab and I get so excited to place my order every month! It's great to have new options and accessories to style outfits differently. The items are great quality and they always keep up to date with the latest trends. I highly recommend joining JustFab!

I think JustFab is f*ing great! I could see how most people would think they're getting scammed since they probably didn't take the time to learn how the site works.
So far the quality of the products has exceeded my expectations... Sometimes you do have to wait and browse the site because yeah, the selection of stuff is sometimes bland. But if you're patient enough you will find some super trendy stuff.
This site is NOT a scam it's just a complex system. You do not have to be charged every month if you don't want to.
It is true, they won't tell you upfront that there's a monthly fee, but that entire fee turns into credits which can be used towards products. OR you can "skip" the month meaning you won't get charged.
They also don't tell you that you can't use those credits for any of their sales (which are usually great!). So in that sense it can be annoying. If you choose not to skip the month and you get a credit, AND there's a sale, you have to choose one or the other. The key is: just skip every month!!!!
Then you won't get charged but I believe you can still shop the sales. Also, if you shop the sales BEFORE the day they charge you (the 6th of every month), they won't charge your monthly fee!
It's really only a good deal for those of us who like to shop often, if you just want a one time deal don't shop here. You also have to be diligent enough to keep up with skipping the month or shopping. If you're not, you'll end up being charged monthly and then POed that you can't even use your credits for the sale. This is how JustFab gets a bad wrap.
It's a sales tactic and it works, because you keep going back to their site. In my eyes everybody wins with this site.

Charged me for the VIP monthly even after I "skipped this month" on my account. Not the first time either. I'm no longer a customer!!

I ordered these in November and here in Alabama it hasn't been a super cold winter for us. So I only wore these a handful of times and the sole on one boot cracked completely on the bottom and they are ruined. I've had another pair of boots from just Fab that u got atleast 5-6 years ago and they still are great, these I had within less than a month and they are ruined. The quality is horrible now and I know it's not me.
