Horrible horrible company, and even the website. Every time I use it it somehow messes up and cancels, or tells me it has arrived then cancels. Earlier it TOOK MONEY FROM MY CARD, said food was delivered, then THE FOOD NEVER CAME. I was given a refund however which will take 5-7 business days. I have barely any money left in my account and will avoid this app from now on. How can it suck this bad? I even heard about how the drivers have bad and inconsistent pay during the pandemic. I guess this company is inconsistent and confused in every sector. They need to fix themselves or erase themseves from existence.

I want to register my restaurant in Foodpanda. For registration Foodpanda is asking Rs. 5000 as a registration fees and after that 30% commonssion from my Income thru Foodpanda. This is totally unexpected. Then its easy to say that Cheety Foods is batter than foodpanda.
This is not acceptable. If Foodpanda need 5,000/- registration fees then waive off 30% commonssion. My all friends are using Foodpanda but they did not paid any registration fees. Why you are asking registration fees now.
I would request to pls waive off registration fees and only work thru 30% commonssion. This is enough.

Foodpanda sucks.. their rider tells me to come down from my apartment building to collect the order and won't come up from an elevator. Their riders are ill-mannered, always super late. The food gets cold and soggy everytime. If you cancel order the payment you made from the card reflects back in Your account after like 40 days. Never use foodpanda all good restaurants have removed themselves from foodpanda because it sucks!

App is mediocre. Service is bad and broken. My order got cancelled at the very last minute and the system blames me for canceling it. My kids and I waited 40 mins, and this happened immediately after the food was picked up by the rider. No food, no refund, just left me with 2 starving kids and $32 poorer. I think their pipeline is broken somehow, allowing dishonest vendors or rider to cancel and blame the customers. I contacted customer service, they won't listen, just reply with generic lazy responses.

Terrible service. Terrible help center that sounds like a robot replying to you and the replies don't help. They screwed up my order delivery timing for the 5th time. I have to wait for nearly 2hrs for something that can be delivered 20mins by foot. How ridiculous is that? VERY.
I don't even want to give any Star to them.

Not only they might not always follow how from your special requests such as NO ICE or EXTRA KETCHUP PACKETS, they still won't listen and another issue I am having with the service is the weird habit why Food Panda would sometimes remove our favorite places to eat without any warning or notice! Grab Food always have everything and has more better selections than this load of crap service! Food Panda couldn't even recognize my damn location. I tried copy and pasting my address again and again, I always end up telling the drive where I live as the site couldn't seem to read or understand my exact location as I already put it in the search. Everyone, PLEASE MOVE ON TO GRAB FOOD! THEY'RE WAY BETTER THAN THIS!
Grab Food has more choices and can read my location better than Panda. I am not very happy with Food Panda. Sorry if some of you think it's a good service but this is the truth about the service and why Honest Bee should have more demand for a comeback instead of this USELESS unreliable service. 1 STAR! I WILL NEVER USE FOOD PANDA EVER AGAIN!

One star is too much for just fulfilling the delivery on time all. Food panda just doesn’t care for the customers at all. I have waited for the order to arrive more than a hour more than once. So if anyone says they are the best you must be kidding. Here is what happened, The order is not packed properly the gravy packet is open. I have the pictures of help centre chat, driver chat and the package too - how bad is their explanation for how they served me. I ordered at 19:06. Arrived at 20:20. When I asked the rider he said the shop made him wait for the order. What is this ?

I had several issues with the orders and even cancelled. The customer support did not help at all or even answered. After the last order cancelled i received a small cupon on mail for the cancellations and it was not specified you have to pay by card to use it. I contacted customer service that responded in a bad manner. This are our policies. They were rude and that gesture and all other issues made me delete my account. Never using foodpanda again. Service and especially customer support is very bad. Was not even offered apologies or tryed to be helped. Customer service response was "ok". Basically a f... of.

The last 3 times I ordered with Food Panda, I have missing item. They offered me voucher as refund.
On the last time I ordered with them, I ordered 5 pcs spicy chicken mcd, 1 burger ala carte and 1 spicy chicken value meal large. Only the value came, and even that was a regular chicken value meal instead of the spicy like I ordered. The delivery guy said MCD made a mistake and that I should lodge a report for refund.
The customer care personnel offered me a RM12 voucher for my RM65 order!!!. I said no more voucher, I want my refund as this is absurdly poor quality service.
Does Food Panda not have any checking system in place to verify the order correctly?
After speaking with customer care, she said she has processed my refund. A few days passed and I have yet to receive my refund so I contact customer care again. Now she says that my refund has to go thru investigation and someone will call me. This is horrible business practice.
The 1st customer care said refund processed and to wait for a few days. Now says need investigation.
Furthermore, if there is an investigation, shouldn't they have contacted me already? Rather than needing me to check and contact them back in return?!!!!Ver

If there is zero stars, I would rate it zero. Restaurant was ready with food but no rider available to deliver. I collected the food myself after waiting for more than 1.5 hours. They still charged full fees including their portion and the delivery fee.
Extremely difficult to contact customer service and when they finally contacted me on the phone to verify the order, the CSO hung up on me when he could
not find a solution about how customers can get in touch with them through live chat. It seems impossible to contact them from the app. Very disappointed and will never use them again.

We ordered for a cake via FoodPanda today. The rider didn't inform us if the specific flavor we bought and paid is available or not. When it was delivered, it was a different flavor of cake. It could have been fine specially if what we chose is not available yet he/she could've informed us first. It is just rude not to inform the customers that they chose another flavor for them(for us in this case). And I was trying to browse the app if I could send a feedback regarding this incident to the FoodPanda riders or the company itself, yet the app doesn't have any option of checking the rider's history nor the transaction details itself. It only has your order history. Sad. Maybe they could improve the app and let the customers know after the transaction who they dealt with (to thank or to complain afterwards).

The worst experience ever I have with online ordering service. Their customer service is useless they don't solve any kind of any problems but only give you a stupid voucher and want you to order more. I said I don't want any of their vouchers I just want my money back or at least give me my food! That's all I ask for! They told me to wait for a week until the refund will be done but I have waited for more than a month and requested for help 3 times and they still haven't solve anything!

Couple of days ago one the food panda drivers in Ploiesti Romaina nearly drove over my wife and I, driving down a 'one way' street the wrong direction. I told him to be more careful, he couldn't give a shot and told me I'm not the police. Ordered a take away today and the meal came cold. Absolutely no responsibility from the delivery service or food suppliers. Perfect business. No one takes any blame, no reporting, no training, no manners. How tf is this allowed?

I ordered and paid using my debit card. When it said the driver is on his way, I went down to right away because I don't want him to wait for, I'd rather wait for him myself. While waiting for almkst 10 minutes (the store is only 5 minutes away from my place), it suddenly said "Enjoy your meal" but no rider came. I checked my account and it was debited.

You obviously do not know what " Duty of Care " means.
For a customer who regularly orders and pays upfront, it is so clear that you do not value your customers however quick to debit my account.
Thank you for not making any effort to investigate.

The Worst customer service ever, I used to order every single day, today half of my order was missing, I ask for a voucher because they made me miss my lunch and I didn't have time to order again before going back to work, and they refused.
They lost a good customer today, will never order again, don't make the same mistake, never order on Food Panda!
