Very disappointing! Their customer service is horrible. Copy and paste answers and food not deliver and didnnot even compensate. Try to find ways to look for them but they keep closing the chat after don’t knw how to reply

Just no. They canceled my order 1:30 hours later, even though the restaurant had 1hr delivery. Just a plain simple "we're busy so we canceled your order" kind of message without anything else. Awful!

The app is faulty and doesn’t register the order. It help centre also doesn’t provide the necessary assistance. I will not recommend any user to use this faulty and defective delivery service app

Wrong order received, the driver drove off.. Contacted the service help and was told to reorder new and the previous driver would return the money but needed to pay the new delivery.. Ended up with one wrong order, one correct order and no compensation for hours of waiting and chatting for no solution. Use Grab ... I am told they are legit and no middle headaches of chatting to representatives that have no idea what's going on. Foodpanda is using a Troll service provider.

I started using this site as i was told it had a cheaper delivery fee compared to other food delivery services, and yes it does.
I had a good start with it, if i received a wrong order, customer service gave me a voucher which i am fully satisfied of. One time, I received a wrong drink, and they gave me a $40 voucher, overpaying me by alot.
However, thinks started to go bad when i ordered at 2am . I placed an order, got a driver, and after 50 minutes the status of the order was the same, the restaurant has not even prepared the food. I contacted the driver which got me nowhere, so i canceled and went to the help center. I expected a voucher or something but instead it was all “we are sorry and all that crap”
20 mins later i decided to order again, which had me waiting for 15 minutes and then i found a driver, THE EXACT SAME ONE. I contacted customer service and the same thing. Useless

I honestly can't believe how bad this business is run! They never get anything right and when you contact the customer service nobody knows what there doing!! It is so frustrating. I am finished with this company.

Just ordered sandwiches from O'briens. Rider only picks up after more than an hour. Messaged food panda to check and asked to cancel before the prompt "rider has picked up". Threatened to not be able to use cash payment in the future.
Way to go. Thank goodness there is an alternative. The screw ups of Food Panda is significantly higher based on my experience for the past few years.
I ordered Nando's a few times. Refund were not given when there are missing items. Sent them an email they did not reply. All swept under the carpet.

Should be NO stars. I had to give 1 in order to be able to submit a review. Worst customer service ever. No way to reach a human being and had to wait 30 minutes for a chat response that was completely unhelpful! Another example of hiding behind technology and refusing to provide any customer service whatsoever!

They did make it right after a couple of days with a voucher. On average with my experience, the drivers are showing up in half the time expected of a bit late. Its an average gamble but works out in the end.

The sh***est service ever... they give you the wrong estimate time, they don’t cancel your order, even if you tell them right after giving it!! And the customer service is like there are 20 people waiting list.... worst experience!!! SHIFT TO EAT MUBARAK, it is better... might turn to sh** after being popular, but currently working great 👍

Food Panda is a great service. I can get lots of food from there. But, the thing that I really hate about food panda is that it can't order 2 different items from 2 different restaurants. I hope that there is an update to this.

I put an order for berbuka puasa at my office around 11am expecting the delivery at 4pm since the restaurant is closing early. At 3pm the order status is still at "we received you order". I tried to contact/chat with foodpanda and I couldnt get through (worst customer service EVER). Then i called the restaurant and to my surprise they havent received my order! I had to liaise directly with the restaurant.

Food was delivered - spilled drinks and meal sets were wet. Could not eat the burgers/fries. Complaint to the platform. They only gave a 60% partial refund. I asked why only a partial refund but the customer service agent "Nazish" quickly ghosted the conversation.

Badly designed web site, lousy service and poor systems. Too many errors, too many cancellations; too many support folk who don't understand issues. Clearly, poor management. And the negative reviews keep coming and nothing improves; customers are being ignored.

The Food Panda's service has gone from bad to worse. There were already a few occasions orders were delivered wrongly. The Help centre is like a Robot centre who responded with standard template answers not only slow but lacking of initiatives or half-hearted services. I am switching to other service providers.
