I wish I could give a negative star (NEGATIVE 5 stars if possible). Ordered food from them but Rider refused to come up to unit and proceeded to cancel my order. Only after a complaint, the rider FINALLY came up to unit with an attitude.
This is not the worse part! After that, foodpanda completely banned my 'cash on delivery' option just because rider complaint that I could not be contacted. I have texted the man AHEAD of time on how to get in, no response from him. 3 times have I used customer service and each time I had to explain the situation. First 2 'claimed' they have sent an email to have sent the team an email regarding the situation and told me to wait 24-48 hours. 4 days later, nothing changed.
Finally on my third and final attempt, I had to explain myself again( Getting tired of explaining). They immediately took the ban off. It could have been done in like a minute, so why in the world did they keep delaying it?
I got screenshot prove to show how bad this service it.
Apparently I am still banned and 4th agent did nothing to attempt to resolve this issue. Poor services. Don't waste your time, money and effort.
2 agents told me that it has been updated and allowed me to use cash on delivery, yet, I could not do it. 5th (? Honestly I lost count) still told me the cash on delivery is still cancelled. Honestly, screw you all.

Such a scam! I ordered food from a restaurant that had a 35 min delivery time. Right after paying, the delivery time changed to 90 minutes, with no option to cancel the order.
I contacted customer support, that said it's not possible to cancel the order, because the order has already been processed (!!!).
I will never use this service again.

8 out of 10 times the driver does not read the note. Several times the restaurant cancelled my order 10 15 minutes after I made it. I spoke with support, they made promises and did not fulfull any of them. Terrible service. Not recommended. Use Grab instead

I ordered from foodpanda earlier and I always try to be considerate and give tips even on a tight budget however today i was a little disappointed because the pizza i ordered has gravy all over it so I couldn't eat it anymore.

Worst food delivery in the Philippines!!! its a modus business I agree! I paid and the cake was not delivered. Rider just called once and cancelled my order after not contacting twice and wasn't able to look for our address! Saying they can't find the location! Which is strange. I don't even know if he has the cake and made a prank call for us to assume that he will deliver. Omg I've never experienced this in my life. Pls don't use foodpanda again, such a ripoff!!!

I didn't get my money back from a delivery that didn't came to me. The driver didn't get the address and the application told us that he was late and then they canceled the order. The team support of panda food says that the driver was in the address but that is impossible because my boyfriend was there and he didn't saw anyone. They called me but I was talking with my mother, emergency call, so I didn't get the call. But that can't be a excuse because the driver wasn't at the address, my boyfriend was there waiting and he didn't see anyone, when I was able to call them back nobody answered me and in the application the order was late! And then they canceled just like that without a explanation.
We didn't get the food so I want my money back.

Foodpanda in the Philippines. Worst customer service ever. They don't hyperlink their 'livechat' on their website's 'Contact Us' page. No chat feature in their app.
Ripped off 4 times on orders. Average 1.5 hours of emails/phone calls, to try to fix.
Grab PH will take their market share

Always take so long! The customer service can't even track my order all they say is sorry but do nothing! It is already 2hrs and half but still my order did not arrive yet. I'm trying to cancel my order but they are threatening me that I won't be able to use the COD again in the future if I cancel my order! This is ridiculous!

I wish I could give negative stars to this scam site. Just placed an order money got deducted and whoop the order gets cancelled for some so called technical difficulties. What about the money taken from me? Previously, I had stopped ordering from this site because a similar thing happened twice and mind me, YOUR MONEY WILL NEVER BE REFUNDED EVER! 5 - 6 banks days eh? more like NEVER!!! You bunch of scamsters might have gotten me again but wait and see how I shall make a special youtube video speaking about how many people had been affected due to this. Its a whole mafia stealing money and the representatives are trained pretty well to convince you to approach this site yet again. BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!

FoodPanda (in Malaysia) is a total shambles, a piece of unworthy organization that's good for nothing. Delivery service is crap while their biggest competitor (GrabFood) thrive in the same country using the same business model. We can all hope FoodPanda will go down in the drain and hit bankruptcy ASAP because they are built upon a foundation of shittiness and their riders are absolute lunatics who deliver disastrous services. Shame on them, Shame on the organization.

Horrible coustmer support team I placed order from foodpanda platform I make the payment online I got confirmation that my order is confirmed after 2 hours I got email that they cancel my order same day I emailed them to refund my money back if you people cancel I got emailed that your problem will fix in 8 hours now today is 5 days and I email 4time but no reply
Even there is no number for coustmer service I called the restaurant I place the order they give me one number I called them they take all information check my account after that he said he can't do anything you can contact with our online team where no body is there for support
I asked him what you guys are doing in this number they said we are only for restaurants to making new account
Very unhappy if this thing happened in other part of country same day money will refund and they add more money in your account to use over here they are not even replying the messages

The drivers are braindead. Period.
Even after calling me when he wasn't able to find my location, I had to explain how to use Google maps. Yes that's right, I as a customer had to tell him how to do his job. However, that was too difficult for the peanut-head to understand and after 15 MORE minutes he found my place and told me that I should go back to the country where I came from.
Turns out when he used Google maps he entered the wrong name of the place after I specifically told what it's called.

today we ordered 2 burgers & 1 chicken suslick from golden spoon, khulna.. But alas! There is no sauce, no meyo, no tissue.. Just 2 dry bread & a piece chicken.. How funny order.. & the suslick was 3 piece non boiled chicken. What is this???? Rider should be more alert ..
