I didnt get all the red tape answers like well "I can't really advise you on that without seeing the dog" stuff and the answers were directly appropriate useful and thourough. Answered relevant questions I hadnt known to ask regarding medication for arthritis. Well worth it! Thanks

Watch out for JUST ANSWER! This company made it nearly impossible to cancel and took my money. I tried to cancel twice, they said I did not, then they just took my money anyhow without a refund. I will never go to them again and will tell everyone to be careful. They are thieves.

I am down sizing and had a number of art and antiques I had collected over the years that I wanted to sell but had no idea of their value. The appraisers that assisted me were awesome. Early Sunday morning I contacted the vet online to get advise regarding Jazzy upset stomach. I was up all night with Jazzy my 10 year old shih tzu that suffers with dermatitis and was just placed on antibiotics on Saturday from her vet. The online vet recommended Pepcid 5mg. I was so grateful because I had Pepcid 20 mg in the house but was unsure of the dosage to give Jazzy. To date, Jazzy is doing better. Thank you for all of your help. Sheryl

I wasn't able to sleep due to post nasal drip. Had gone to two doctors and tried everything I could on the internet. I was getting panicked that I would ever sleep again. Doctor redommended Loratadine and Flonase. Slept thru the night. Thank You.

This week I got Fios 1 with voice remote. It is an upgrade to allow me to access Fios 4k channels. After trying many times to change settings from 1080p to 2160p, I called Fios tech support. Again after many attempts to change settings they told me they would have to do further research and recommended I call Vizio support. I was connected to a technician who asked some basic questions including the TV model # and age of the TV. He then told me I had plugged the HDMI into HDMI1 1 & to move it to HDMI5 for 4k. I did that and then ran the settings setup and it went right through. I was able to access Fios 4k channels. I'm sorry I don't recall his name but would like to compliment on a job well done. I am looking forward to watching the Super Bowl.

Was having problems with Microsoft on a new computer in programing it to function as it should. Am 78 years old and not very computer literate and terminology is still being learned. These folks were able to get me up and running with minimum amount of my effort. Do recommend.

On June 5, 2019, I signed up for their $5 Trial, good through June 11. I cancelled the membership on June 12 at 4:40 am. It would be nice if they'd refund the June $53 fee they charged me, but they've continued to charge me for 6 months. UPDATE: I received a nice note of apology from them and a refund of the 6 months I'd been charged. I'll probably use them again.

I tried canceling the service a few days after I subscribed so I would not be charged for the $50 but a few days later I see that just answer charged me for $50 ! I looked through my emails & I never received a cancellation confirmation. So the service (Just Answer) ignored me canceling the service & still charged me $50 So I went again to the Just Answer website I completed the cancellation AGAIN! Then I received a cancellation email confirmation. Then I called the customer service number and they said that it was too LATE !!! because on there record it shows that I canceled right after the 7 day free! So Just answer purposely ignored my first cancellation so it would be too late! And that's there trick to charge the $50
