Awful, ordered once and didn’t get the chip due to just eats system not putting them on the restraunts print out. Got a refund for the chips that was it!!!! Ordered again from the same place through just eat and it just never turned up

Totally Awful, ordered two meal deals and didn’t get the chip due to just eats system not putting them on the restaurants print out. I call Just Eat number and was told chips do not come with meal with Just Eat and that I should have selected chips as side. These guys are totalidiots as these no option to order chip/fry's as a side on there system.
How does these people get jobs at Just Eat....!
Clearly dont know there own systems. I did call my local KFC who did say meal deals come with chips and a side.

Okay where shall I begin! It was Friday I ordered and food never left the restaurant after 2 hours so they cancelled the order they offered me 25% off next order so on Sunday I ordered again and the food never arrived!
The Food never came, and it says enjoy your food, what a joke! the order meant come at 1pm and at 1:50pm it says enjoy with no food in front of me :-( really disappointed Just Eat and the KFC both appalling! And refund will get into my account in 10 days, seriously don't have any words to describe how disappointed I am!
I only Blame myself for trusting these people!

Spent 20 minutes deciding on our order only to go to check out and be told the restaurant is closed. It is 7:00 and the restaurant is open until 10. Ordered from skip the dishes instead and will never be looking back.

Unhelpful support team, delayed food from every restaurant and no compensation for time delays like 20-30 min.
The comunication it’s dreadful and they do everything they can to help them self not the customer. My last chat with Ruth #16321737 was unhelpful and the chat is the proof that she didn’t help me in no way and she didn’t answer non of my question.

Always, and I mean ALWAYS, order direct. If a restaurant is listed on Just Eat then they will take telephone orders - call them, don't go through the pain of the Just Eat site and wait 2 hours. Even the restaurants themselves will tell you to order direct, it will take a third of the time for your food to be delivered. Just Eat can Just Eat Sh!t quite frankly, and that's proper swearing.

Ordered from The Spice Room (amazing food) on Keele St Vaughan the other night and had to call the restaurant 3 times. The app kept changing delivery times and in my last call to the restaurant they said they were waiting on the driver for 30 minutes. This whole ordeal took 1.5 hours. In frustration I cancelled the order as I told the restaurant I dont want cold food. Then some guy from the app calls me that I could not understand and ended up hanging up on him. So many better choices than this app.

Waited 2+ hours for my order to arrive, I would've canceled but it was almost 12am and everything had closed at this point. The delivery boy didn't even apologize for being late. Had to throw out 2 of my 3 orders out because they were old and gross. I've been trying to resolve this through customer service for 2 weeks with no luck. They just bounce you around between departments until you give up. Worst customer experience all around, N E V E R again will I order from this sh!t company. Wish I read the reviews beforehand, would've saved myself lots of time and frustration.

Food was inedible and cold, horrible customer service from Just Eats. No responsibility from Just Eats with regards to the poor quality of food that was provided from their vendor. Minimal refund from restaurant and Just Eats, will not be ordering from either ever again.

absolutely the worst experience in a delivery service possible. the driver do not show,and the delays are never communicated. DO NOT USE THIS APP there are many others that are more effective. and to get a refund is a ridiculous headache.

Beyond bad, try horrible. They say they delivered, but they didn't. So we guess the driver stole it or left it for someone else to take. The chat support is incompetent and disingenuous. The worst! Don't go near them! And don't give them a CC#, which will only mean more trouble! They spoiled an evening here for us. I guess there are bad actors everywhere, sadly also in otherwise beautiful Montréal! Caveat emptor!

never order from this website. It is fooling people on the name of service charge. when they take no responsibility for anything at all. No complaints procedure either. If you pay cash you still paying a service charge which they say not out the problem. It is taking people money fraudulently and I don't know how many people are wasting their time and money by using this website

So i tried ordering from the app and yes everything works just until u go to checkout put in your payment method and then when u get throught the app freezes takes ur money from your acc and freezes it . incompetent people on the online chat telling me to call the bank on a sunday verry smart person anyways never using this fxcking app again.

It seems that this company is in serious need of changes... never saw an order that takes more than an 1:30 to be delivered. Placed the order at 7:50PM, 7:55PM the restaurant confirmed the order and received an email confirming that the order would be delivered at 8:35PM. Past the time, I’ve called the restaurant asking what happened with my order and they said that the driver would take another 30 minutes to get the food from the place... talked to one of the online chat customer service clerk and they told me it was the restaurants fault, but from what I’ve talked to the restaurant lady, they’re waiting for the driver to start cooking!
Never use this company for your deliveries, 21st century, globalization and digital age and they can’t even get your food properly.

For the third time, driver didn't bring drinks. Company offered redund, but doesn't help with us getting drinks. They should be called "Just Don't Care" i have removed the app, won't use them again.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I tried to place an order on a Sunday, and when my card declined, I got confused and tried to reprocess the payment. Decline again. I look in my bank account: I've been charged TWICE for an order that comes up 'declined'. I have a sturdy back and forth with the customer support agent on chat where she full on admits that Just-Eat has provided me with a poor experience AND WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I tried to order again a couple of days later, same thing, same response. Terrible company with a terrible value system. Business is about PEOPLE. If you alienate them, what do you have left?! I won't be surprised when they're finished.

Worst food delivery I have ever used. Our food took over 2 hours and there was no way that we could contact anyone to cancel our order. By the time our food arrived it was cold and our lunch hour was well over- this was from a restaurant about a 10 minute walk away. The time reported on their app changed constantly from 10 minutes to 45 minutes to 30 minutes.
I was very frustrated that we are charged for a gratuity for the driver while we pay for our food. I would not have tipped a driver that took 2 hours to delivery my food- in fact I would have cancelled- had that been an option.
I immediately contacted customer service through their online chat and after awhile was told I would be refunded the tip portion and 5$ which worked out to be less than 10% of our food bill. Not surprisingly over a month later i had not received a refund and recontacted them. They promised to sort it our and I never heard from them again- I made sure they had my contact numbers and order numbers but never heard a word from them now several weeks later.
Truly the worst customer service and absolutely terrible delivery service.
