If I could give this company one star I would. Can’t believe how dreadful their customer service is. Seems if they don’t make the product, and a lot of it they don’t. They don’t care.

I bought a Brabantia saucepan. After 8 months the knob broke. Fine I thought it's got a guarantee. NOT so. Brabantia informed me they don't make the saucepan and the warranty isn't with them. Talk about slippery and unethical. I use to respect the Brabantia brand not now.

Our Brabantia rubbish has been outstanding for the ~5 years we've had it. The lid latch recently broke off, and Brabantia was awesome at replacing it free of charge, even though we hadnt registered and didnt have the original receipt. Just incredibly good customer care and service on an outstanding product.

Outstanding customer service.
The lid of our Brabantia bin suddenly refused to open. I looked up online what to do, and found a statement that Brabantia would replace it FOC if less than 10 years old. I could hardly believe it, so I rang Brabantia and spoke to a very nice lady who confirmed that a new lid would be sent to us completely free. It has just arrived and I am so pleased. This is outstandingly good customer service,

Perfect, quality kit
Bought a bin off these people 10 years ago and after 10 years of complete abuse it finally give up a couple of weeks ago so I had no hesitation of purchasing off them again. Love the new bin with soft closing lid, sqeeks a bit when opening but looks lovely (stardust white or some such), easy to clean, easy to put in and take out bin bags with little tabs on the side to help. Once again a well made, robust product which I shall probabl have for another 10 years.

Not willing to honor warranty despite warranty seal in perfect condition
We purchased our Brabantia kettle three months ago together with a matching toaster. From one day to the next it just stopped working.
This is extremely disappointing for us as we had decided to purchase the Brabantia set because of our trust in the brand.
As the kettle was only recently purchased the warranty seal at the bottom is still in perfect condition. I was extremely surprised when the customer service assistance advised that they would not offer any warranty service due to a missing receipt. We do not keep receipts for all electronic products purchased and from our experience with other companies it is now common practice that the product code is sufficient for the manufacturer to accept the product as one of theirs.
Now we have to replace the 80£ kettle only purchased 3 months ago with a new one.

I bought two fry pans from Brabantia. Everything I cook in the pans stick to the surface. I have only had them 1 month. When I tried to return them to the store they said I needed to contact the company in which I did. Brabantia refused to refund my money. After supplying pictures of the pans they said this product had no manufacturing/material defects. I guess I should have supplied pictures of the food stuck to the surface of the pan. I will not be purchasing anything from this company. Poor customer service!

Had minor problem with bin lid and they sent replacement within 5 days; no issues and kept to their promise of 10 year guarantee - Others could learn from their example - highly recommend

We have had our bin for 10 years.
I had a replacement bin lid after 2 years.
replaced again free of charge after a further 8 years saving me around £40.00. I received the replacement bin in 3 days.
What a great service.

I never normally write reviews but I am so extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service I have received from Brabantia over the last few days. The replacement touch bin lid was sent out to me within days of ordering, completely free and without any quibbles.
I have always bought brabantia products over the years because of their extremely high quality and standards and have never experienced any problems with the brand and to see how the company has dealt with my very first issue is absolutely fantastic, I am extremely impressed . Thankyou Brabantia ❤

Our bin catch snapped (the bin is 4 years old and gets heavy use). I phoned the helpline as it has a 10 year warranty. I expected a lengthy battle and a scrabble for paperwork to prove when I bought the bin after holding for an hour or two. But the call connected straight away and they use took my name and address and posted out not 1 but 3 replacement parts which arrived a couple of days later and were easy to fit. I think this is refreshingly great service, thank you.

they may not be the cheapest company but boy are they best on the customer service front. Fantastic, no quibble guarantee honoured and some. Wouldn't consider buying touch top bins from anywhere else

I have always been a Russell Hobbs girl, and 3 months ago I decided to trade in my 8 year old Russell Hobbs toaster and kettle for a Brabantia toaster and kettle. They look lovely and I have always thought they are a good brand.
Well, from almost the first time I used them, firstly the toaster has to be pushed down 4,5,6 times before it actually starts toasting. The kettle also from about the second week, I would push the button down to start the kettle and it popped straight back up again. Then it worked fine again, and now in the last 2 weeks it is back to not staying down anymore. We have to hold it or put something on it for the kettle to boil. I know it is still under warranty, but when I take it back to the store where I bought it, they are going to take it for repairs which leaves me with no toaster or kettle.
I really am so very disappointed as I was really looking forward to my Brabantia set. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I will most definitely be going back to my old dependable brand.

I looked for a Just Brabantia Review site as since 5 May 2014 when I ordered my Lift-O-Matic Airer via PayPal (which payment is confirmed on my account) I have neither received e-mail acknowledgment of order or anything else. Reviews got me really worried now so will get on the case Monday.

I ordered an item on Feb 1st which was listed as "in stock" and available for dispatch within 5 days. 2 weeks later no sign of the item, I rang and was told it hadn't been sent yet, and was in warehouse. I therefore cancelled the item. Our credit card had already been charged (despite them assuring me it wouldn't be charged until the item was sent). No refund yet.
On March 6th we received an email saying the item was now in the warehouse and would be sent on march 11th! I've rung again, I was assured yet again that I would received a refund and that the person who did the refunds was in a meeting. Hmmm. I'm not holding my breath. Luckily we paid ona credit card and the item was over £100 so we have a way of reclaiming the money.
In short, DO NOT USE this company

I have bough 30L red Brabantia bin and i must say it is brilliant! I love the color and it suits my kitchen perfectly. The delivery faster then expected which was great as i could not wait to get it as my old bin has broke. Would recommend to my family.

Ordered a £122 ironing board and still not delivered after 5 days, 6 emails and 4 phone calls. They never call you back and don't care about customers at all. I even emailed the manager (or owner!!) twice and never got a response. The product increased in price by £20 n the 5 days!! coincidence?

My order is not yet dispatched after 21 days and they keep making excuses and promises. I requested a refund but said they can't do it because my order is being dispatched, but at the same time they can't give me a tracking number! This is a joke of a company!!!!

No progress,dispatch info for 4 days had to phone premium rate number off mobile costing me a few quid after 4 days i was passed around on phone then promised a call back after they check with warehouse call came over 6 hours later delivery promised for next day product arrived next day not happy as I arrranged for someone to stay in to take delivery for previous 3 days communication should have been a lot better not quite the promp delivery I was expecting

The rotary air dryer was offered at a good price, and the line was promptly delivered. When it arrived however one of the arms had not been assembled properly. Rather than go to the nuisance of returning it, I found a copper replacement stud to put in place. This has detracted from the product, however. It seems to show poor quality control.

Paid extra for 24 hour delivery so when it didn't turn up the next day I was told that it had still not been dispatched. I was given a refund of the delivery charge and the young man on the phone was very apologetic and polite. Thought it may have turned up the next day Saturday but it still hasn't arrived yet, Tuesday.

Easy to use and find way round the site. Biscuit barrel is great, but not the same model as on the box it came in! The only difference is the lid colour - mine is steel, the one on the packet was black. Other than that, its excellent. Packaging was unbelievably good - masses of bubble wrap around box, inside a huge box!
