So, I understand running a cleaning service can be difficult, but you can't imagine just how difficult it is for Julie Bardenfleth Rengøring.
We hired them to clean every two weeks. After a few minor incidents - a sticky dining table, dusty floor, streaky mirrors, etc. - we finally got a cleaner we liked. However, Julie Bardenfleth would frequently call to cancel. Aside from scheduled holidays, and the time they lost our keys (no cleaning for two months, and expensive key replacement for them), they asked to reschedule about 20% of the time. Usually, they told us the day we expected them, and asked to come a week later.
After a while, we asked them to simply skip the cleaning if they couldn't follow the schedule. This is when their parking troubles started.
Suddenly, they couldn't find car parking near us. Further, they wanted to charge us 104 DKK for not cleaning because they couldn't find parking. This happened twice in a row.
I really wish I could post a picture of our apartment building here. Right above our front door, in 50 cm tall letters, is a big sign: "Free Parking - 140 spots". We live in the same building as a big supermarket.
I am annoyed at their service, but impressed how boldly they lie. In short, I would highly recommend them for the Trump Administration. For the rest of us, however, we are better off looking elsewhere.
P.S. Oh, oh, oh, I forgot the best part. They screwed up their own contract. They claimed that we had gotten a list of fees and penalties. We did, but it didn't include the "parking fee" Really. They made it up, and told us to look at the contract. We pointed out the absence of it. It took a few months of arguing to finally get rid of them. I don't think they know how contracts work, either.
