I love the bike, but had a few issues which support handled rapidly. Now I'm waiting on support to help fix a torque sensor issue which I just reported today.

Cross Current S great bike, but some of the additional accessories placed on bike have problems not thought out well! Rear light especially, not able to change batteries because there is no room under rear carrier to get to release snap to change out batteries.

I purchased the RipCurrent S a couple of months ago and have about 1k miles on it so far. To be fair both ways, this is a price point bike so the components are not that great and, if upgraded, you end up spending more than you would spend on higher end electric bikes. As long as you go into it with your eyes open and willingly accept the trade-off, you are fine. The bike needed adjustments and it quickly became clear that paying a bit more to buy locally is more justifiable when dealing with slow responding customer service techs where you get a single instruction every other day. That is a decision you will need to make.
After several weeks of back and forth, I ended up requesting an escalation and being denied. That is bad customer service (they know that you can no longer return the bike.) To add insult to injury, I wrote an honest review on their site which was not published or was maybe taken down so I understand now how they maintain their high ratings.
I cannot recommend a company that deals unethically regardless of how good its products are so I recommend looking elsewhere.

I really like my Juiced Crosscurent X and have 400 miles on it. I bike in one of the best bike cities in the US, Minneapolis. I have had 2 issues with the bike. The first one was it needed an $80 dollar tuneup/adjustment. It wasn't perfect from the factory. The second one in still not resolved. My battery cuts out and I don't have power. I believe because of the larger battery. A bump can affect the connection. I now use a yoga strap to wind around the battery and frame and believe that helps. I will contact the company to see if they have any suggestions

Would have given 5 stars but they are still young and growing fast so I think their support infrastructure is struggling to keep up. But my inquiries have always been answered in a couple of days.

I love the bike and the quality is top notch. I would recommend one of these bikes to anybody . I bought the Camp scrambler i’ll be getting a lot of looks when I ride it around the Indianapolis 500 .

The bike is really great. It came very well packaged with no problems during assembly. The scrambler has lots of power and the controls work well once they are gotten used to. Controls well up and down steep inclines as far as power and brakes are concerned. This thing is a lot of fun.

Purchased a prototype and am having issues. I shouldn't have to perform maintenance myself. I should receive a complete replacement bike instead of trying to fix major issues myself. Not totally satisfied with Customer Service and lack there of.

My Ripcurrent bike arrived well packaged. Instructions to install the front wheel were weak and not matched specifically to the bike. Used Beeline bikes to install the front wheel. Then with less than 25 miles on the bike the on/off button on the battery would not shut off. Contacted customer service and sent them a video of the problem. In less than a week they paid for the defective battery to be shipped back to them and days later a new perfect battery arrived. Great customer service. The bike itself is fabulous. Very stable and powerful. Good for the older generation who need a very stable ride along with a fun factor.

Work of art? No. For that you have to pay $5000 to $12000 USD. But, my CrossCurrent X bike is the best value.
CCX is my commuting vehicle and it is amazingly stable at high speeds, 25 mph to 30 mph. Good brakes, large battery, fast speed, great tires, good components all round.

I can honestly say this has been the best investment I’ve ever made. This bike is so fun and it allows me to be on it for hours, despite living in an area with many hills. The pedal assist allows me to climb hills with no problem. I’ve also discovered a lot of trails in my area that I’ve never knew were there before. I haven’t exercised or got out like this in years. I LOVE this bike!!!

I love the bike and it is a great value. Unfortunately the bike had some quality issues with some of the components. The service team was good but the availability of replacement parts was not. I either had to wait to get a replacement and in one case the replacement was defective as well. That said, I would buy another bike without hesitation as the product design and build is worth the hassles.

Juiced Bikes has satisfied any needs of solving any problems I encountered very well. I must add there were damn few. If I had to complain about anything it would be that it can be hard at times to get anyone to answer the phone personally.

I took delivery of my Juiced Bikes RipCurrent S on 2/14 and while the packaging looked very solid and worthy of making the journey from California to Arizona, the bike arrived with many of the accessories featuring large chips in the powdercoating. I took pictures of the items (driver's side crank, seat tube) and sent them to Juiced Bikes to see if they would replace them.
To their credit, the customer service team was quick to respond. They offered me "touch-up paint" in lieu of replacement parts. I wrote them back to tell them that it was not acceptable for parts wrapped in plastic and surrounded by cardboard and foam to arrive that way, and more than likely it was a flaw during production.
The bike is fantastic otherwise, and while I have spent considerable amounts of time adjusting the cables and adjusting some basic things like crank bearing tension, axle tension and a few other details, the bike is otherwise a nice piece and worth the money. I just think that they either have some production QC issues or perhaps some issues with shipping?

We ordered 2 Rip Current s'es they arrived in a timely manner. One was perfect the other was damaged in route, not your fault. The damaged bike also worked at first then quit working. Customer service was friendly as we troubleshoot the problem, my only complaint is that the parts should of been shipped in a faster manner it took several weeks to get the bike parts and fixed. Meaning that we had 2 brand new bikes and we could only use 1 of them. Not the end of the world just a suggestion.

I would not recommend Juiced Bikes.
I brought a Juiced Crosscurrent S and have had nothing but problems.
The first battery failed after 150 charges, the second battery failed after 75 charges, both despite following all the rules when charging.
The control unit has failed twice and the chain falls off every time I ride it due to a poorly designed chain ring.
Juiced Bikes customer service is non existent, they just make poor excuses for what is a cheaply made bike.
