Still haven't received our chairs! Paid for and ordered goods in June. Still haven't received them over 2 months later. Have repeatedly tried to contact company via phone and email to at least receive a refund and have had no response. Do not use this company!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely no return calls after two weeks, no delivery date confirmed, impossible to get answers from anyone. This is a complete scam. Reporting to VISA as fraudulent.

I have been informed this company has gone into administration along with various other names they trade under.
Our office (a charity) has received no goods, contact or refund. Fair Trade informed me this morning after making a complaint.
Be sure to contact your bank and Fair Trade if you haven't received your order!

This company has had administrators appointed 5 September - no back orders will be fulfilled as there is no money in the bank. As a business customer it's very disappointing.

We ordered a credenza in August, did not show up. I've emailed no response. I've rung and the number is always engaged. Yep, like the other reviews say, don't bother and especially don't pay for anything in advance - it wont show up.

Placed order (for two office chairs) with payment via emails a month ago. Emails were replied to very promptly at that stage. No response since. As others on this forum have done, I too have lodged a complaint with Fair Trade and informed Bank. As a small company, cannot afford to lose hundreds of dollars, we are so careful with our spending. Had purchased from this company before and thought I was getting reasonably priced products this time too. Alas!! Hope I can recover my money.

I'm pretty sure they're out of business. I've had no reply! And looked into it, and confirmed my theory. I ended up using dannys desks and chairs and they beat their price by 10%

Absolutely no communications or customer service. The desks we bought are good, but took forever to arrive and despite many calls and emails no status updates were obtained. They eventually arrived.

To whom it may concern
We are very unhappy and frustrated with our experience. We have not received the correct item and have tried to contact the company to resolve this and have not had a response. I have tried to contact via email multiple times as well as 2 phone calls and using the contact form on the website.
It is very unprofessional not being able to contact someone as we would like to resolve this issue.
Is someone could please contact me as we would like to organise for the correct item to be delivered or a refund of the additional money we were charged.

Terrible... Purchased a chair but never received it - nuff said. Cannot contact the main office because the phone number provided goes through to a messaging service. Always told that you will be called back but it never happens... no replies to emails either.

Your website advises 5 day delivery to metro areas. It's now been 2 weeks and my order is still yet to arrive. I have called 3 separate times to check on my order. The first 2 times I was told they would investigate and call me back. They didn't. It was only the third time I called the person(Rhee? or Rei? I can't recall her name) finally advised me that the order wasn't coming from your warehouse but from the supplier and was scheduled for delivery on the 24th. She also told me she would investigate and confirm this for me. She hasn't contacted me back.

If they are trading whilst insolvent then it's a criminal offence. Possible jail time. Contact your bank and report them and also Fair Trading.

Ordered and paid for a chair 2 weeks ago.
Followed up yesterday to discover person handling my order 'left abruptly'
Still have not got a firm delivery date.
If I had not chased up I am wondering if my order would have disappeared into the ether. I have no evidence the order would have been fulfilled if I had not followed up.

Absolutely Appalling , This company is a Fraudulent Company we Purchased 2 Chairs and have had no notice of Tracking after 20 Days, I have tried to call every day for 2 weeks and received a Messaging service but no return phone calls what so ever, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

COMPANY MUST BE GOING UNDER - 50+ calls and at least 20 emails. NO response after over 2 months. We are submitting a fraudulent transaction through our bank to get our money back! NOT happy at all.

We are a business who ordered a few chairs (a simple order, but important to us). We were promised 1-2 weeks delivery, it's now been 2 months! We have received very poor customer service, I have to chase JP weekly, only half the time do I get a response, and when I do it's more disappointment of further delays.
Their issue seems to be poor tracking of orders and the fact that they drop-ship direct from supplier to client so they clearly have no idea where any of their stock is. They seem to think that this is a valid excuse and have passed the blame onto their supplier.
Very poor management and service - DO NOT USE!

Very poor service and communication. Very happy to take your money and promise you the world - unfortunately nothing to back any of it up. Reception desk ordered 7/6/18, still no ETA on delivery. This company ignore emails and do not return calls. I will be contacting my bank regarding a fraudulent transaction and I have reported them to the ACCC.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
