Joules has switched off its customer service phone numbers and is not answering emails. I know many retailers are struggling this year, but if Joules wants to sell products online, it needs to provide customer service.
I bought an item on the website. It ended up coming from a 3rd party (Friend of Joules). The return instructions said to contact Joules Customer Services; but Joules Customer Service no longer exists.
Steer clear!

This is the first time I have ever bought an item from Joules and the last! I agree with previous negative reviews trying to contact Customer Services by telephone whereby you are hanging on for 20 mins then cut off. Numerous emails sent with no response. Goods have been dispatched to Royal Mail and after a week no further forward yet they are happy to take your money and I am sure if you cancelled you would never be refunded. Yes we understand Covid but have to say other companies have delivered goods with no hassle. Joules service is certainly not recommended at this stage.

Not keeping stock levels so people can purchase, desperately wanted a new coat got emails every day with offers, coat was reduced but over the last 3-4 weeks there has been no size 16 or 18 in stock
So if no stock don't have it on website

Always love Joules. My order came quicker than expected and I love my new tops and hat. Always great quality and service. In the past if I have had to return something to store then they have always been very helpful. Joules is one of my favourite brands!

Love the quality that Joules has to offer. Their customer service is fantastic and you are always welcomed by a smile in the store. Staff are willing to help you in store, find alternatives and generally give advice. Joules is my absolute go to and I would recommend their clothing, accessories and homeware 100%.

They don't deserve even one star. They received my wife's returned items on 9th March and we have post office proof they received them. We have been waiting for the refund ever since. We have emailed customer services twice about it but they have ignored us completely.
We were patient to begin with as the recent crisis caused disruption to every business. However, they state on their website that their customer services team are answering emails and that refunds are taking up to 15 days. Total lies. The customer services team do not respond and we have now waited over 70 days with no response from them and no refund in sight. Their customer services phone lines are not answered.
This is the first time we have ordered from Joules - never again! We thought they were a reputable brand.

Followed other advice and went for standard dress size as the Dungarees come up big. Plenty of room for the third and fourth trimester :) Really happy with the quality and quick delivery.

Fabulous products, great service whether in store or click and collect. Good quality could do with some petite items as I find the coats big and long in the sleeves, I'm 5ft1in, so struggle sometimes. The staff are very helpful in our Plymouth store and they remember you (or am I in there too much ?)love it love it. Thank you
