Hid the Free Trial Stipulations and charged me full price
I ordered a skin cream for wrinkles for what I thought was their promotion of about $20, but nowhere did I see that it was a trial and that if I did not cancel in a set time I would be charged full price of over $200. I called them and asked for the money back saying I did not authorize it but they canceled my "subscription" and then hung up on me.

"Free" samples leads to being enrolled in Monthly over priced subscription
In May of 2017 I ordered 3 samples for the cost of about $22. Two weeks later my credit card was charged around $230 for these samples. I could not reach anyone by phone (kept getting a message that they are not available or have a high volume of calls) so I called my bank and filed a complaint. On June 14th, Jou Joulei tried to charge my credit card again for $94.95. Thankfully my bank declined the transaction and the fraud division contacted me. After reading the reports here I realized that by ordering free samples I was enrolled in a subscription club. I could not find the site I ordered from, but I think it was through Dr. Oz. At the recommendation of my bank I cancelled my credit/debit card and will apply for a new card. Buyer Beware

Can't cancel further orders, (cream not working)
I ordered one jar to try product. I don't want any more. It is not working as described. They list a customer service phone number. The number gets you to a recording saying they are not available or have a high volume of calls. I have called every week several times a day, various times a day. for the last month. Do NOT want further charges for a product I did not agree to buy.

Exclusive Trial (Terms and Conditions) Not Explained or Evident
The "Exclusive Trial" turns into recurring monthly $180 charges for a product you do not authorize. Packages are missing any helpful information to get in touch with supplier. If I had not sent the site link to my email from where I initially purchased the so called trial, I probably would not have been able to contact them to cancel a subscription I did not authorize. They say the "Terms and Conditions" clearly state what the future charges would be. That link is at the very bottom of the page and no one would ever click on that to see it. It may as well not even be there. I was able to get a partial refund of the 2nd shipment, and dispute the charges through my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE!
