I placed an order on Nov 18th, 2020 and was supposed to be delivered in mid February, then Mid March and now mid April, I called and they put me on hold while they inquired with their Texas warehouse on the where about of the sofa, but even that simple response could take up to 3 working days, this is beyond frustrating, I canceled the order, it's just not worth my energy, it was my first and last order with them.

Purchased Ceiling Fan, Head, Footboard and Dresser.
Ceiling Fan cannot be operated. The receiver for the remote does not fit in the base of the fan.
Tried everything it is a non-operative design. The dresser drawers have been installed on metal slides
That require pulling them hard enough that the dresser falls on you.
The worst thing is that customer service could care less and is non-functional.
They have the shipping receipt that proves it was delivered and your credit card company has nothing else to go by since they no you can't ship it back.
Rediculous!

I recently ordered from joss and main. What a hassle but I found out they are owned by way fair that explains it. They are not going to last if they don't treat customers better. I tried to get a discount added to my order but customer service said they couldn't do it. They said I would have to cancel my order start over and add the discount which was a holiday discount so customer service said it should be available after the holiday a few days, wrong. I cancelled the order it took Them till after the holiday to make the cancellation. Guess what the discount was not available. They got what they wanted. Stalled till the discount was gone.

At the end of May I order the bedroom so true way here. It took about a month before I get my merchandise. When I receive my bedroom said it look like it was made from a secondhand store The quality is not good. The drawers were messed up, it almost looks like it was a return and then sent to me. I did however call Wayfair I did get a replacement for the nightstand, but I did not want the double dresser one it took too long and I just canceled it. But for the amount of money you guys charge for these products the material you use is terrible. I will never order from you guys again.

Even tho wayfair and joss and are the same branch they do not offer price match. Price did not indicate it was un USD BE CAREFUL.
Customer service are very bad. Do not recommend this shopping site. Stay away.

I was told when I ordered my bathroom vanity that it would be delivered between August 3 and sixth. After checking on it's status Joss and Main sent me an email stating that it would be scheduled for delivery sometime after August 19. This means I have to have my contractor return toward the end of the month for extra money to install fixtures etc just because they couldn't deliver on time. Something tells me it's going to be even later than that the way things are going. Tired of places thinking they can pull this off just because of the Covid thing which really shouldn't I'll be an excuse for miscalculating delivery dates. Not happy!

Doing a bathroom remodel and our contractor ordered what I wanted from this sight, because it said delivery would be by July 30th, 2020, it is now August 4th and we still have nothing and all we are told is that they will notify when it ships! Don't trust anything they promise! First time buyer and most likely last!

I would give zero stars if it allowed me.
Joss & Main ( Own by Wayfair)(Which I never done business with either) Took 1/3 of the cost on a return on a item I never even saw. The item was returned back by them before I ever saw the item. The delivery was so bad that I had to cancel all the order. This was the first time I ever done business with them and will be the lasted. They last an order that was around $1400.00.
Place the order with someone else and had no issues. Plus they other company was a lot cheaper.
Very very upsetting and disappointing.

After a dispute, their employee said we will refund your money and it will take 7 days. two weeks later, the money is not in my account so I email again and this time, they say 2-3 days. Still, no refund! I emailed them again and now they want someone to call me to talk about the issue again!
They have literally taken my money and will not give it back. ILLEGAL and DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the Milan bed and it arrived with scuff marks on the linen. After several attempts to contact customer service, I didn't receive a response or resolution. They also did not post my review of the bed. I would avoid Joss & Main and will never purchase from them again. All of their merchandise is sold on other sites - just pick a different site.

We purchased a bed in June and received it July 3. On July 23 my account was charged by Joss and Main 2 times. When I called them I was told that for some reason they voided the first amount they took from my account and were NOW 1 month later going to take 2 transactions out! Worst experience I have ever had in my life! All they would do is give me 10% back, ridiculous!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 Boyce Outdoor sectionals. The shipping was delayed do to Covid -19, I had no problem with that. But, when I finally got my order, they shipped just the frames without the cushions. No big deal, right. Two hours on wait with customer service, I was told I would have my cushions expedited shipping. Great. Or so I thought. NOPE! It was going to take another 2 weeks. Two weeks came and went still no cushions. Tried to call customer service and there was another 45 minute or so wait. During this whole time, which has been over a month, I had been charged for the items. Now, I get an email canceling the first order but they are going to send me a new set of sofas. A month and a half in I still don't have shipping confirmation for these pieces. I am still being charged for a item I have not receive.

I ordered a porch swing about 1 month ago. It arrived several days ahead of schedule...this is the good part! Once opened, several slats were undone, everything held together with skimpy staples, wood slats not even 1/2" thick, cost just under $200! Very disappointed. Doubt it will last through the summer. UGH

I ordered some rugs online and then 30 minutes later changed my mind on the rug and color so I cancelled my order. The second order was 300.00 more but both charges showed on my bank account the next day. I went back online to make sure the first order was cancelled and it said it was in process of being cancelled but I got an email saying the order could not be cancelled because it already shipped. I find that hard to believe since the shipping date isn't for a couple of weeks due to covid and they are delayed. I tried to call them but was on hold for over an hour so I hung up and tried to call again this afternoon and was told the hold time would be more than 45 minutes. Long story short my account has been charged for over 1400.00 and if I get the first order I will have to return the rugs with shipping cost on me! Pathetic service! Save yourself the money and go elsewhere!

Ordered a comforter from this website. Very cheap quality and scratchy fabric. It's supposed to be washable, but after only two washes the filling has completely bunched up and the stitching is coming out. It's very difficult and time consuming to find out about writing a review on this site. After spending a lot of time I wrote a review on this product, but it never showed up on their website. There were 14 reviews on this item - all but one were 5 star. I don't believe this for a minute and have to assume that Joss & Main pay people to write their reviews. Terrible!

I am trying to return 5 damaged products that were shipped to me last week. I called customer service yesterday and today and was on hold for a total of 9 hours. I finally had to hang up. I'm very frustrated that I can't even set up a return online. There are no options requesting a full refund with no replacement wanted. I don't want a replacement, I just want to send these products back to you (with you providing me shipping label) and a full refund.

I found the most beautiful sofa (leisure sectional) after looking through tons of other furniture sites, did a crap ton of research, reading over 200 reviews so there would be no false expectations or undesirable outcome. After 3 days I finally pulled the plug and ordered after speaking with a customer rep. Ordered 4/18/2020 with an expected delivery date of 5/15/2020. On 5/11/2020 I receive an email saying it's on backorder, I reach out to customer service with an hour wait time to speak to someone, I was working so I had to merge the call to my husband's line, at which time he was told that backorder in this case did not mean out of stock, but that they were backed up with getting orders out of the warehouse and the new expected delivery date would be 5/28/2020, we accepted that and moved on as there is so much going on with Covid-19. On 5/14/2020, I noticed that the charge just keeps withdrawing and deposition to my account every 7 days, so I call customer service again to get some insight. After waiting 52 mins, I ask about this practice and the status of my order which at this time I am told it is out of stock after my husband was told it was not. I explain to the rep my husband was told that it is a warehouse issue, and I need definitive information, at which time the line just goes silent after having been on hold for 52 mins, the rep did not hang up the line was still active, I had to grab a second phone and place another call while being on hold for another hour.

Still waiting on "replacement parts" or otherwise known as ORIGINAL parts that were never sent. I cannot get through to anyone to correct this issue nor have they responded. Not only delivered partial shipments, damaged items their customer service is far less than satisfactory. I do not recommend ordering from them.

I will never order from Joss and Main again. In a short time span, I ordered quite a few items from Joss and Main. Of everything that I ordered, only two items were not falling apart, stained, or musty smelling. One was a bedside table, the other a leather pouf. Everything else was terrible-an ottoman, rugs, toss pillows, lanterns, vases, all defective.
