I found the most beautiful sofa (leisure sectional) after looking through tons of other furniture sites, did a crap ton of research, reading over 200 reviews so there would be no false expectations or undesirable outcome. After 3 days I finally pulled the plug and ordered after speaking with a customer rep. Ordered 4/18/2020 with an expected delivery date of 5/15/2020. On 5/11/2020 I receive an email saying it's on backorder, I reach out to customer service with an hour wait time to speak to someone, I was working so I had to merge the call to my husband's line, at which time he was told that backorder in this case did not mean out of stock, but that they were backed up with getting orders out of the warehouse and the new expected delivery date would be 5/28/2020, we accepted that and moved on as there is so much going on with Covid-19. On 5/14/2020, I noticed that the charge just keeps withdrawing and deposition to my account every 7 days, so I call customer service again to get some insight. After waiting 52 mins, I ask about this practice and the status of my order which at this time I am told it is out of stock after my husband was told it was not. I explain to the rep my husband was told that it is a warehouse issue, and I need definitive information, at which time the line just goes silent after having been on hold for 52 mins, the rep did not hang up the line was still active, I had to grab a second phone and place another call while being on hold for another hour.

Still waiting on "replacement parts" or otherwise known as ORIGINAL parts that were never sent. I cannot get through to anyone to correct this issue nor have they responded. Not only delivered partial shipments, damaged items their customer service is far less than satisfactory. I do not recommend ordering from them.

I will never order from Joss and Main again. In a short time span, I ordered quite a few items from Joss and Main. Of everything that I ordered, only two items were not falling apart, stained, or musty smelling. One was a bedside table, the other a leather pouf. Everything else was terrible-an ottoman, rugs, toss pillows, lanterns, vases, all defective.

I had to call via phone and change our shipping address since we had recently moved out of state, and could not get the website to work.
My Customer Service Rep was Devin and not only was she delightful to talk with, she also was very knowledgeable about lots of questions I had.
She is an asset to your company and should be commended for being someone who can help with difficult issues, but also convey warmth and caring about customer needs!!

I purchased a 60" ceiling fan on Monday. Tues received a canceled order email. Due to "pricing error". Looking at other reviews seeing the same issue. WTH is this company doing? I'm extremely upset to be treated this way, as in the past we have had good transactions with this company. What can be done to stop this deceptive practice. Very upset!

This is a negative review of Joss and Main. I bought two paintings on sale, both of them 23" x 23". They were sent in two separate deliveries. I got the first one and hung it up. A week later I got the second one and then realized the two pictures were not the same size. The first one was too large.When I called Joss and Main to exchange the first one for the right size, they told me the price had changed and it would be $30 more! Outrageous! When I made a big fuss, the customer service agent finally said He would apply a credit to the price. Then he came back and said the system would not allow him to place the credit, so finally after realizing that I was really angry, he offered to credit me the entire cost of the second picture. Also the customer service agent did not order the exchanged picture from Joss and Main. He ordered it from their other company Wayfair which was five dollars more then Joss and Main. By then I had already thrown out the box from the larger first picture and had to buy another one for $15 at FedEx plus the price to print the return label of three dollars. The whole thing was a great big inconvenience. Would never buy from Joss and Main or Wayfair again! They couldn't get a simple order of two pictures the same size correct! Unacceptable!

I ordered an ottoman on January 21 and I still have yet to receive it. I called on January 25 and was told there was plenty in stock so the rep will have it expedited for delivery on Monday. Well it’s been another 10 days and still no delivery. I would not recommend this company. Stick with Amazon!!!!

Bought a rug on the site. Proceeded to then by additional chairs to match the rug. A few days later the rug was cancelled due to a "pricing error." Fraudulent advertising to get you to purchase other items.will NEVER use again.

I placed an order and then tried to cancel it within a few minutes of placing it. It took your company three days to address my request, by which time the order had, of course, shipped. This is dishonest! You can't advertise that you allow order cancellations when this is how your system operates. I have a health issue that makes it difficult for me to get out and about, so driving to the UPS store/USPS is difficult. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. First my simple item (a nightstand) was delayed 3 times. The third time I asked them to refund me and they issued it and then cancelled the refund because the item was already being shipped. I was sent a fedex tracking number which never issued a delivery date due to them not receiving the package. Then I called them and the representative told me it probably got lost and would reorder it. Today (7 weeks after I ordered it) I called to ask for an update, the reorder had not been issued. Absolute incompetency, will never use this company (or Wayfair by association) again, and will go out of my way to make sure as many people as possible don't use this redundant platform.

Twice have had my order " left on the dock" and not delivered as stated. First delivery the order sat on the dock, had to wait another week for it to be delivered and the furniture was damaged. See picture. Called customer service, replacement piece ordered, was supposed to be delivered today. Guess where it is? Yup sitting on the dock again! So I am wondering if the reason it is on the dock again because the next piece again is damaged? So again I have to wait another week for this furniture to be delivered! Oh my order was placed six weeks ago! So the saga continues as wayfair/ Joss and Main continue to deal with shoddy logistic companies... now on the bright side both the customer service and the delivery service were both extremely patient, gracious and both women very concerned about the shoddy delivery service. Though they can only report the issues, someone from corporate needs to look at the impact this shoddy service is having on their business, Fire the logistic company and hire a group that is as reliable as the energizer bunny. So for now I would recommend not to purchase any big items to avoid the disappointment, frustration of undelivered furniture.

I ordered item which was at great price the company cancelled my order.. on 6th day of ordering when i was tracking my order then i knew that my order being cancelled and i have to call them to find out why?... they said when they were about to deliver they saw wrong miss priced.... so they have to cancelled the order.... how they didnt knew about the wrong price for so many days.... at least call the customer and apologize... waste of my time and money and the effort i put in...

I purchased a 13 piece outdoor furniture set back in 2017. I also purchased the 3 yr. warranty. The furniture was delivered mostly complete with the exception of the mis-sized ottoman pad, which was promptly replaced. However, many of the cushion covers have now fadded and begun falling apart (zippers falling off, material seperating at the seams). When I called for support, I was handed off to a 3rd party Uniters to manage the claim. After waiting 2 weeks for an email response, I was told my product was not covered....why? Because of a manufacturer defect??? Isn't that what your covering? When I called Joss and Main back I was told they could not help because it was out of the 1yr. warranty that they support and I would have to call the manufacturer. The quality is poor and the service is worse....stay away!

Everything they sent me stated all rug returns are free, but then when I wanted to return a rug, I bought 4 and the colors were not as shown on one of them, they are charging me to return it. Even the email with the return slip states they offer free returns. Very disappointing and deceptive. Buyer beware!

This scumbag company has chosen to do buisness with the Trumpass government to provide I'm sure, subpar, rejected product for children held in camps. Please stop doing buiness with them, stand up, and be a true, welcoming citizen. Never ordering from them or related companies again. Sleezballs. My second large purchase from this company has been nothing more than a pain, at 1st I couldn't track it then customer service never fixed then 2 reps hung up on me I finally get someone that could fix it he tells me its sitting in a wearhouse 24 miles from my house on Monday that I would get a delivery call did I get that no I get a email 3 days later saying it won't be delivered until the weekend I could have drove 24 miles in a matter of minutes so that doesn't take almost a week. It's just not worth the hassle to save a few bucks

I ordered a few area rugs and pads. Joss and Main took the total charge for my order from my account and in addition charged me again for the pads. Customer Service said because the pads didn't ship at same time as rugs, they reversed the charge for them, and then immediately charged me again. NOT in my bank account were any charges reversed. I was charged twice. They said they will reimburse the extra charge in 5-10 days. Really? Wish I could charge my customers extra and tell them I'll refund them in 5-10 days!! How is this an acceptable practice? I won' t use them again.

My wife is in love with Le Creuset cookware and when she saw a pot that is averagely priced around $600 for the price of $125 she quickly bought the cookware & funds were taken from our account. The company and website tried to say they made a mistake on the price & that the product was not available now. You cannot change the price of something after a customer has made a purchase or remove it after the fact. This company & their customer service sucks. Don't buy from them & I'm reporting this to the BBB.
