These guys are real jerks. Poor customer service. Avoid!

I recently purchased a joomla component from these guys having previously used the Gavick templates and addons.
Initial paypal purchase was painless and the module performed as expected, but I decided not to pursue the idea further and asked for a refund under their 7 day refund policy.
On day 7 itself I raised a ticket to request a refund, less than 24 hours I had a response asking if I needed tech help with the component or had any other issues, but confirming my refund would be processed if necessary.
I explained the situation and they didn't argue or try any funny business and true to their word my refund is now showing as pending in paypal.
Based on this I will happily shop with them again if I need anything and will recommend them.

Terrible - ZERO support besides a completely screwed up web based ticketing system. Nickel- and Diming with their different subscription models and even with a paid JATC membership, the download of the templates is not possible because their frigging useless website does not remember your login credentials.
Utterly pathetic and I highly recommend staying away from them!

Joomlart develops webpages and other solutions that may be good enough in itself.
But their promises and customer service are unfortunately incredibly bad.
They have a "100% money back guarantee - No hassles, no question asked!"
This statement is not worth the "paper" it is written on.
Hours after I placed a purchase, I regretted and submitted a refund request, and as far as I could see, I fulfilled the requirements for refund.
Got after about 1 day refusal without any particular good reason.
My recommendation is to stay away from Joomlart.com!
