Honestly - the best customer service experience I ever had. I got a problem with the baby trolley which I ordered, the response from customer service was very fast, the order was replaced quickly and it was delivered within a few days. Thanks.

If you are looking for a low quality product with service to match, you came to the right place. I will share with you my Jollyroom experience
- purchased Beemo Baby carriage on Dec 22, 2018
- product arrived in early January, so far so good
- after cca 7 days of use, front wheel breaks
- called Jollyroom on Jan 16, 2019, emailed documentation, no response
- called many times, got reply on Feb 15, there is nothing they can do
- looked elsewhere for the spare wheel, one can not be found
- called again, heard from the service agent that my case is legit
- got a written reply on March 6, saying that service agent 'was not working in complaint department and had no say'
- in the reply the 'flat tyre' was the cause, although wheel is hard
- anyway, 'I was allowed to buy a spare wheel, and pay postage as well'
- the spare wheel arrived on March 16
- broke on March 20, with most careful use one can imagine, at exactly the same part of the wheel
- called and emailed on March 21, was told it will be handled and responded right away
- so far have not received reply, and will take the case to Consumer Authorities
All in all, I parted with 380 EUR 3 months ago, and have no usable carriage. Customer experience included wasted hours in communicaton and my wife carrying one baby in her hands while pushing the other in the old carriage. If you wish the same, go ahead

I ordered and paid for a product turned out not to be in stock. Subsequently part of my order was sent before the "out of stock" item issue had been addressed/resolved and Jollyroom advised me to return the sent goods. Jollyroom also refused after many attempts on my part to simply exchange my purchased item for a variant of the same identical product, which
virtually any other customer service minded company would have done. Instead they advised me to order the replacement product online, which they assured me was in stock. I have still not received a refund for the original order and I had to pay the same amount again for a product I was assured was in stock. The following morning I once again received an email that my second order was also out of stock. I have therefore paid twice for products that don’t exist. In the best case scenario this is extraordinary bad luck and abysmal customer service, in the worst case scenario it is intentionally misleading a customer and false advertising. Whilst this has been a terrible consumer experience and unbelievably bad customer service, I just cannot understand why Jollyroom would want to alienate its customers in this way. As a result of this experience, I will actively avoid this company in the future and furthermore encourage others to do the same. Totally unnecessary waste of time! However, on the basis of other reviews I doubt they will take any notice. Good luck Jollyroom!

Very bad experiences. This "fast shipping" is not fast at all, almost never. Have been waiting my stuff over 2 weeks (couln't say it's "fast" like they say) and if it takes longer than promised no one ever contacts me to say it, I have to call myself.
And had many more problems with them. Can't recommend to others.

Jollyroom is LYING to it´s customers. Made an order on 21st june and it´s "expected" delivery date is 4th july? You say on Your page "FAST DELIVERY"? Are you comparing that with snails? Wouldn´t say 13 days is fast (9 working days). I was in a hurry with it and trusted You but seems like You don´t care about Your customers. Even contacted You right after made an order that I need itfast and You spit on my face. And no-one has not even contacted me that the delivery is going to be late. I need to make all the research myself. But yet You write on Your page that if delivery will be late you´ll contact with e-mail or phone. No one has contacted me for telling that it will be late. Does NOT RECOMMEND this company for anyone.
