I placed on(12-02-2020) order one lenovo laptop cost price of 1604,but they not delivered(15-02-2020) at the same price. The jollychic staff's are told me if u need give extra 200 riyal(1800 riyal) we will deliver Tomorrow, otherwise we can't deliver your order.i will asking one question why they didn't told me before delivery date,they are what the........ Is thinking about costumer.jollychic very bad experience with you today,..if u advertised one things asking other,it's thinking @ jollychic very alibaba.

Received a dress that I was not happy with but they did refund my money and shipping they did try hard to resolve the issue

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the product delivered to me. It is completely contrary to what is displayed online. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I would prefer you to refund my money because I cannot even put on the stupid dress you guys sent to me. It is either you provide me with what you display online or you refund my money. I have NEVER been this disappointed in my life with online shopping.

To me this site is a big scam .. I ordered from Saudi Arabia, and unfortunately, my first (And last) experience is that I've ordered many items, all with a delivery date claimed to be 1 or 2 days at max, and now it's the second week, with everything still being prepared. My kid's birthday has passed without giving him his gift, I ordered stuff for my wife that i wanted to cheer her up with, and still not received, I ordered myself sports equipment, and day after day is passing without being able to do my exercise as I counted on this big fake like of Jolly Chick. Although not mentioned anywhere, the delivery fees of some items showed double price of the items themselves. I didn't revise the total value, as I thought this site uses the normal delivery rates like all other respected sites, just realized the exaggerated amounts of delivery after finalizing the payment transaction.

I tried to reach to customer service, and failed many times to find someone to talk to.

Simply, you can never count on this platform, and I'd advise everyone I know in life not to even try, or they'll just lose money, time & nerves.

If my experience is anything to go by, DON'T BUY ANYTHING from JollyChic, based in Dubai. At best they are utterly incompetent and at worst, plain dishonest.

I ordered a top and a dress from them on the 29th of November 2019. Both items proved to be too big and I began the process of obtaining a refund. I managed to get a returns number and paid to send the garments back via the Royal Mail tracked service. Nothing happened. I emailed JollyChic. They said they had not received the goods. It transpired that the post office in Dubai was unable to deliver my package as there was no one there to receive it. (What kind of company has no staff manning its office?) A note had been left for JollyChic to pick up the package from the local depot. They couldn't manage to do that either, so the parcel was turned around and sent all the way back to me. It is now February 2020. To send the goods back again I would be required to pay again meaning I'd be picking up another bill for JollyChic's negligence. So, I am still awaiting my refund let alone the most basic customer service.

Hopeless. I will donate the garments to charity. Meanwhile, take my advice, buy locally if you can, but if you must shop for clothes abroad, DON'T TRUST JOLLYCHIC whatever you do: they are useless and effectively, have stolen my money. I trust they will think that the £45 they have extracted from me will be worth the damage to their reputation assuming they have a reputation they'd want to keep.

NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY FROM THERE.

By far the most horrible company ever. You dont receive any communication. I made an order, and didnt receive any confirmation email or whatsoever. Had to contact their contact center multiple times, to see where my order was. They said everytime they were working on it. After more than a week, I received a simple sms saying that my order is cancelled. No e-mail, no headsup no nothing. And then you have to wait for more than a week to receive your money back in USD.

I had got a bag and it was so ugly don't ever buy from this application because the delivery is so bad and the quality is horrible

Quick points:
-> DO NOT buy from this website.
-> If you decide to buy anyways, use Cash On Delivery ONLY and make sure the product is the right one before you pay.
-> Their website looks very polished, but underneath that, this shop, if not a complete scam, is close to one.
-> Don't believe that this company actually cares about customer satisfaction just because you see them respond to negative reviews here. I am fairly sure they do this to draw more people in and waste their money and time.

I ordered an iPad Pro from here because it was more than a 100 USD cheaper than in every other place. But alas, because it was taking days for the company to "prepare" my order, I started questioning it. On the 4th day of them "preparing" my order, I realized that the thing I had ordered had the product I wanted in the title but another, older and cheaper product in the "details" section. I wrote to the chat agents to confirm which product it was, but they were very unhelpful, not answering my question and saying that "the website has a some updates" over and over again. I called them out on it, saying that they were being misleading and lying, and the only response I heard was, "I'm sorry to hear that." Like any sensible person, I decided to cancel my order, with, again, an astonishingly insincere chat agent. Luckily, I had chosen to pay with Cash On Delivery. Otherwise, I do not know what would have happened to my money, judging by the other reviews.

had order 5 items and been following up for 4 days. I spoke with their team to change my contact details many times and yet they did not inform the courier. I contacted the courier service in Dubai to assist me to update my contact details, been forwarded to their branch in Abu Dhabi and spoke with their supervisor only to find out some miscommunication in their system occurs which lead my orders to be returned in their facility in Dubai. Tried to contact again their agent in jollychic apps thru live chat and they keep hanging me! I called also their facility in Dubai and they said they cannot do anything about it unless I re-order it again and need to pay for the delivery fee once again! Such a terrible experience to think im their regular customer! Jollychic agents are big $#*!s and they don't know how to handle such situation properly! This will definitely my last time to purchase with them and praying to get my refund soon!

made my first order ( and it will be the last ) , wrong delivery items ( items details showing on invoice upon delivery ) , so I did not accept to receive it , when i get in touch with customer ( chat ) the customer agents have only the name of customer nothing else , total careless and unprofessional , first while checking my order , did not provide the correct items details ( order ) and when I informed it is not correct ( color , material ) and I sent them my order details ( screen shot ) , they replied with ridicule manner " my dear it is the same items ( means when you order a specific scarf , they will send any scarf , maybe same brand but different color , material ?! ) , anyhow good I did not accept and paid ( as made payment in cash ) , next day , a lady from customer service called ,and what a professionalism ! she just said what she wants ( looks has a paper and just read it without interruption and finished the call , I wish I can post that call as it is recorded .
bad experience and not professional .

I will advice you all to not deal with this fraud company as I purchased from them a dress a week ago and after some days they sent me a tracking number which was invalid.
I keep contacting them they do respond without taking any actions, so my advice to do not waste your time or money
What that means to send someone invalid number to track ?
Can you explain that to me
This is my last time to buy from a such irresponsible company.

Thank you for contacting us. According to our records, the shipment with tracking number 789934636493 has yet to be given to us for transportation. The shipper created the shipping label on September 20, 2019 but nothing happened after that. We suggest that you contact the shipper to find out when they are planning to ship the package.

i order at 1st August and still not received, and on tracking they write delivery faild duo to customer mobile off, and in real no one try to call me or on tracking also nt showing my ordee out for delivery, they are lier, whenever i ask them simply said wait we will deliver you soon,

Irresponsibility people in qatar. 100 times contacted customer care & main office located in Saudi never considered as a customer. some items ordered for Eid celebration still waiting for it. Hope will get it on next Year Eid In sha allah !!!

They are frauds don't order from them. I bought items and didn't get them till now. They say to you that some problems are going on with the courier company and can't ship parcels. Big liars and very unprofessional. Save your money and don't order from them.

the customer service is very bad, delivery system is is horrible, i have ordered from the website 3 times first time i got my parcel however every item i got was either wrong,damaged or bad quality.
I didn't bother with returning them because the lamp i ordered even though i selected UK plug i received EU one instead which is not an issue because i have a universal adapter socket so i didn't have to return it, the rest of my parcel was cheap i didn't want to go through the hassle of returning them.

2nd time I ordered been waiting for 16 days + with no follow up what so ever and even when i try to contact live chat all they have to say is sorry for delay or please follow up with your delivery company in which they are busy 24/7 with no hope of reaching them
I cant help but feel ripped off with no satisfactory solution "still waiting"

3rd time ordered a JBL wireless Headphones and I wish I didn't I should have known its bad since 2nd order didn't come, still i'm to blame for this for not take the hint based on my 1st and 2nd experience, on checkout it clearly gave me date option on when i want to receive the item and i chose 26th of July which was yesterday so i contact support about it and all they say is this order is within the normal time period of delivery please wait patiently. and i'm like it is not, it was supposed to be delivered today but to them the date is not specified and i have to wait 4-8 working days for my order to be delivered.
i wish i could return all of my orders but i know this will be even be more horrible experience and its just not worth it i will just wait for my orders to arrive and i'm never to deal with JollyChic again its just intense and i'm not about to waste my time just checking up with them and waste my precious time

In conclusion, Just don't buy anything through them save yourself from the hassle.

I have NEVER visited nor heard of this website in my life. I just so happened to be viewing my bank transactions via phone app I scroll down and see MULTIPLE transactions in the same day (Jan. 23rd), from JollyChic in Dubai.

For: $199.98, $166.65, $166.65, and $128.27. This is obviously fraud,and I'm not sure how these people got my debit card information. I disputed all charges and opted for a new debit card.

Update: My bank refunded me. They also caught an additional charge from these ***holes. After they hit me 4 times in one day. They hit my account the next day for $135.34.

I would call and cuss them out. But what's the point. Won't be able to understand a dam thing they say.

I hope that site gets shut down.

I've been ordering from this website and mostly the things I've got were acceptable. Yet I would like to suggest to use COD rather than online payment. I used COD ever since yet one time when I used online payment, it has been already a week that I don't have any updates from my order. I just received the receipt and after that, no more. Unlike through COD, they are processing it faster. Will never order again from this site due to so much disappointments from my last order. I trusted them so much. -_-

I ordered a shipment of 430$ worth at least, and paid by card. However the next day I found that my order is canceled and my money is not back without even informing me of anyway. I call their call center which btw is of no help whatsoever, and managed to get a reply about my shipment that the money transaction was NOT complete I had to send them a screenshot of my bank's message and eventually they said that they will refund me within 8/15 working days. IMAGINE 15 WORKING DAYS that's IF they're going to refund me because I highly doubt it. Not only that I make another order of 150$ worth also paid by card and in the application it appears that the order is being prepared and it will be prepared maximum by the 3rd of March 2019. I call them to double check if it's confirmed their call center tells me that my number does not have any orders, I requested that they double check with the order number they said that it is available HOWEVER today is the 3rd of March 8:13 pm as I write and they did not SHIP my order. Which means that my order is not coming and they ripped me off AGAIN.

What they had posted on their wall is not what the dress looked like.Cheap material and the clothes has got this bad smell.Lucky enough it was a cash on delivery.After waiting for 3-4 weeks that's the surprise i got.Lucky enough it was cash on delivery so i refused to pay to that delivery guy who was supper rude.

I added an item to my cart that had a certain price, the day after I came to check my cart and the price of that item suddenly increased for no reason! It wasn't on sale or anything when I first put in the cart so I didn't expect the price to just go up...
Most of their sales are fake, for example, they say but 2 and get 20% off but what they actually do is increase the items prices a bit so the discount will look real when it isn't, I've been watching those prices and those so-called deals, honestly, some of them aren't real deals.

They are lying to the customers, there was buy one get one free offer on Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S and they only sent me one phone. I applied for return but they refused because they are saying that the offer meant "Buy one phone get one charger free", which is a lie, because I have snapshot with their customer service confirming that this offer means 2 phones for the price of one.

So disappointed with the product. The shoes I ordered arrived in a package with no box so when I opened the bag the shoes were misshapened. The smell of the shoes was so terrible I had to put them in the basement.
The shoes are poorly made and I will never wear them. Please do not order from this website.

We ordered some cool booking boots on their website. Once we received the boots they looked nothing like it in real
