I bought 4 neon tetras and 3 penguin tetras on the Wednesday, the girl who served me called Kerry dropped the bag with the penguin tetras in, luckily it was tied, By the Thursday 1 of the penguin tetras had died and by the Friday a second of the penguin tetras were dead, this is not the first time I have bought fish from there that have died.

Always very pleasant visiting Plymouth Jollyes. The store is very well stocked, clean and well organized. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. Helen who advised me about changing my dogs diet has a wealth of knowledge and took her time explaining the best options. My dogs seem very happy on their new raw diet.

The staff in the Clydebank store are always wonderful. Polite friendly and very knowledgeable about their animals and products. Annmarie is a brilliant manager and is very ably supported by her staff. The store is clean and if ever I've had any questions they've been answered professionally.
Today we were served by Erin and she is lovely, friendly, polite and professional. We were greeted by all staff that were present including Annmarie, Thomas and Mai - this was a fabulous touch.
The change to the ordering process shouldn't effect the rating of the store however this does effect the running of it as occasionally there are things that they dont have i.e. today there was no gerbil food. Whomever changed the ordering system needs to seriously consider changing it back.

November stress, dog is in knots. Went into our Flint store and was asking for any other items that would take the edge off the panic my dog suffers every firework night. I was chatting with Charlie, who was showing me the regular products. Then she suddenly said "I wonder if?" Thank you Charlie, because the Barking Heads Nitey Night biscuits gave our Staffy a calmer evening. No sitting on my shoulder and she managed to do a toilet trip outside. Excellent service and such care. Much appreciated your time and care. Thank you.

Just tried out the new Dog Wash in Jolleys Waterlooville, great set up, the whole thing worked beautifully. I managed to bath 2 medium sized hairy dogs in 10 minutes. I took my own towels.

I’m a regular customer to the Eccles jolleys store and usually take along my dog, Ralph nothing is too much trouble for the members of staff, even when they’re rushed off their feet and have to deal with rude members of the public. They all work very hard and are a credit to your company. Well done jolleys Eccles!

my local store in Milton Keynes when you walk in you are greeted my rows of empty shelves.
The excellent staff are most apologetic but apparently this is due to a change in their order system. Whoever changed it got it so wrong.

Only ever use Jolleys for all my pets needs now, and we have a fair few pets now. Can always get what I need, staff are incredibly knowledgeable, especially Mandy (manager) and Hannah, nothing is ever too much trouble. They all take the time to explain things if needed.
The store is very clean and well stocked, if they don’t have something, they usually can tell you when it’s coming in.
I would definitely recommend this store.

Customer care is superb - I have a bad back and it is never too much trouble for staff to happily carry my sack of dog food out to the car. Their own grain free kibble is the only one I have found that suits my very allergic retriever too, so I can recommend that as well.

We have moved our allegiance to Jollyes Tonbridge after consistently friendly and well-informed support for us and our three guinea pigs! Each and every member of staff clearly love animals of all shapes and sizes and seem to want to be there because of their love for animals generally.
Today I felt compelled to write a review because of our visit. We are about to become the owner of a puppy for the first time and Emma spent time talking to me and my daughter about the first steps, with gentle (& excellent) suggestions, but without ramming product down our throats. We are going back this weekend (& no doubt every weekend after we have the puppy!). Thank you so much Emma (& Steve who patiently took our guinea pig order!) for your time. My daughter is eagerly helping me with this and offers a double thumbs up!

Called into the Glengormley store to buy some dog food. After collecting the trolley the first thing was a couple of the aisles where blocked by empty pallets. Having to go the long way around to the dog food I finally found what I was looking for. After struggling to put the bags of food into the trolley I made tried to make my way to the checkout. Once again having to avoid the empty pallets.
At the checkout I was served by a female member of staff who tried to scan the food, she tried a couple of times and told me they had installed new scanners and they didn’t work well and they where having lots of problems with them.
She couldn’t scan the bags properly and stood there while I struggled to find the bar codes on them for her to scan. Finally I was able to pay for the food. Thankfully no issues there.
She eventually thanked me and made no offer to help me put the bags of food into my car.
My impression was she did not want to be there and I can say with great certainty I won’t be setting foot in this store again.
I normally buy the food in their Ballymena store where the staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful unlike the Glengormley store.

Kettering store: really excellent experience. The staff are always cheerful, friendly and helpful. One member, Hannah, is an absolute treasure to the story and indeed the company! Always happy (!), she can't do enough to help and make the shopping experience a delight!

Went to the Totton store as I feed my dog on Jolleys own food to find that they have only 2 packets when I usually purchase 24 to last me a while as I do not live in Totton. I was informed it was due to an ordering error or rather the new way that the ordering for the stores is being done. Very annoyed to not be able to get what I wanted. Also they revamped the store and now the checkout counter is far too high for the average customer to pack their goods easily and far too narrow and small for the poor employees to check and pack the goods. It is definitely not an improvement bring back the old style counters please.

I have shopped in your Selby store for many years. Their service has always been continuously friendly, cheerful and quick to help. I love the way they treat my dog, every time we come in they make a fuss of him. The store is well set out and always tidy, and the lovely people there are so good with encouraging charitable donations too. I cannot recommend them enough. Amazing service. Love this place.
