I am holding a property in London from oversea. I appointed JLL to manage the property including seeking tenant and mange invoice for years.
JLL is doing good overall which correspond to their service charge.
However, their account is lack responsibility on invoice confirmation. They double paid some invoices, mistook a refund notice as invoice.
It cause me a lot of lost. No matter how many times I ask JLL for correction, there is no proper response. It seems JLL is very confident on their account without looking the record. JLL keeps saying the record is correct but never provide evidence.

Rude and useless.Wont take responsibility for accidents on their Land and as a Landlord they should ultimately be held responsible not pass the buck.
