Was afraid to contact them after reading comments here... Had the easiest customer service after my Form 6 died. 3 years warranty, wow! They only needed the purchase proof and, they're going to send me a brand new model asap. Got to admit that was five stars customer service for me. Quality product for quality after purchase service. Can't wait to receive my new toy!

The form 2 itself is great, but the charger base is made to last for only a couple of years. Once the resistor in the base burns out you are completely out of luck unless you know how to solder your own charger. They don't sell chargers by themselves, forcing you to buy a whole new set for ~$120. Seems like such a waste. I don't need three vibrators for one vagina. I guess I could have a party then, but we'd be waiting in line for one charger at some point...

I have the Form 2. I am on my third one ( have had replacements sent x 2). It is great when working. Mine makes excessive shaking and unreliable vibrating which makes achieving orgasm difficult by interrupting the sensations.
I’ve had great customer service through email.
I’m done purchasing though, I got a form 3 on a whim, and it’s just not as powerful as the form 2.

I bought the ascend I series for my significant other and it stopped working within 1 month, I then tried to contact [email protected] and they took about a week to finally respond to me. I have sent in the RMA form as well as my receipt to them and haven’t gotten a reply back for 4 days and then all he asked was my name, which was obviously in my email and my RMA form if they bothered to take their time to look, then the reply took 2 days and the response was how they have no paper work at all on my name even though I had sent it to the right place. They say they return within 7-10 business days but had actually lost my defective item. after A few days again they ask for information that I had already given them such as name address and product, which was given weeks in advance. They then told me they were going to send me a new one and give me the the tracking information when they do. It’s been a week from then and I e-mailed them and still have gotten no response on my email. Called several times yesterday and left my phone number and still no one has called me. This treatment is unacceptable and I want my product back under a warranty I was told when I had purchased the product. I am empty-handed and very disappointed.
Just tried calling the sales department to see if anyone would pick up, apparently their mailbox is full so no one else can get help
EDIT: They finally got back to me, after weeks of going back and forth, they finally sent me my replacement they had lost with UPS SuperPost, which is slower than UPS Ground, I see all these responses from JimmyJane getting overnight shipping but I was unlucky to even get a decent response. STAY AWAY

I agree with Derek G. Something has happened with JimmyJane and their products and their customer service is the worst any consumer should have to deal with. Their products once were some of the best in the industry but now appear to be sub par at best. The only thing that hasn't changed is their price. When a company sends you a replacement item under warranty you expect that it will work. I had 2 different products that failed so I naturally wanted them replaced under warranty. I was sent replacements but neither worked. I emailed them and after a very long time they sent me another set of replacements. However one didn't work and had the same issue as the first one and the other item wasn't even close to the item I originally purchased. They said it was discontinued and had no idea why they sent me the one they did. They then said that they had sent me too many replacements for the one item and agreed to send me another model for the other one of my choice. Basically they were blaming me for their products being defective. They told me I had to take a refund for the first one and the item I picked to replace the discontinued model has never arrived. What can I do? They don't appear to be too concerned about bad reviews. Its obvious they respond to some of the reviews here but not all of them. Why is that?

Received a defective item and have not been able to get any sort of response from the customer service team after emailing, calling several times (they never pick up) and leaving messages. Their products don't work and neither does their customer service team.

I had a form 2 for almost 3 years with a LOT of use, and it was the "go to" toy,. Eventually it broke. I bought one at a large retailer and it literally broke that evening. I called and returned it and got a replacement that lasted 2 weeks. I called again and they mailed me a THIRD form 2. Lasted 1 month. And when they fail it is at theWORST possible time!
Whatever they did as far as cost cutting has taken what once was a product worth the premium price and turned it to total junk!
Buy a lilo. At least they last.

Jimmyjane products are expensive so you trust that they will last at least a year, right? Not correct. I bought a jimmyjane product from a major retail store in January and by July it was not working any longer. Jimmyjane has a one year warranty on all of their products so I contacted them. I emailed them all of the necessary paperwork that they required to get a replacement. They were very friendly and responsive in the beginning. Once I sent them my defective product, I couldn't get a response from them. They would promise me a replacement and then nothing. After sending them multiple emails, I get a response that it is out of stock for more than a month. I finally agreed to get a different replacement and once again I hear nothing for weeks. I felt like I had to threaten them to get a response. don't bother buying their products because they don't last long and their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. If you want amazing products and even better customer service, go with evolved. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them.
UPDATE: After submitting a negative review on bbb, someone from jimmyjane contacted me and apologized for my experience. They overnighted me a replacement for my original defective purchase. I am satisfied with their warranty and return service now, I just wish they had been this great right off and had not put me through the experience that I originally had.

I bought the ascent 1. Lasted about 2 months before it shorted. Under warranty so they replaced it. Took 7 months to replace. Ok fine. Had it for about 2 months. Acted funny with the charger then turn it on and it starts to heat up. It's was very hot. Much like a cell phone that is extremely overheated. For the price point of these products i expected better. I have another rabbit type vibrator that has out lasted this 2 jimmy janes. And was well below the price point. I have even used this none jimmy way more. Frankly after this replacement has overheated I really have no desire to put any jimmy near my lady bits.

I bought the form 1 as a surprise for my boyfriend for his birthday. I finally got the charger hooked up right after like 10 minutes and let it sit for 3 hours thinking this should be long enough to just see how it feels. The remote worked but the form 1 itself doesn't do a thing. Nothing. Tried calling local store I bought I from yesterday and they said it's not their problem talk to jimmyjane. Called the customer service number got hung up on twice and then got sent to vmail and still hours later haven't heard back. I spent over 150 dollars on this thing as a present and it doesn't work nor does anyone care to get ahold of me to fix the situation. Safe to say I'm really upset and wouldn't buy another jimmyjane product again. Thanks for nothing. Now I have to go spend More on a gift that works.

I've ordered twice now with jimmyjane. The first product, the form 4, stopped working after about 18 months, but jimmyjane has been very helpful in honoring their 3 year warrantee. I expect to receive the new form 4 via mail any day now. The second product I purchased was the form 5. It arrived in good time without any problems and works perfectly, as expected. Very good customer service, and great products. I would recommend this company to friends.

However it seems my shipping address was incomplete and though I received an email with a tracking number (after many emails and unanswered calls) the address is STILL incomplete! It's been more than a week now and I'm feeling that I'll never get my form2.

I bought this on the recommendation of a friend who loves theirs. I was excited to see a 40% promotion going on so I thought, why not give it a try, I Placed the order. While I was awaiting for it to arrive I went back to the website to show someone else what I purchased and realizing at that point they're having 50% off promotion which was very frustrating to me since I only got 40% Off. when it came I immediately opened it up and put it on the charger. When I returned several hours later I realized it wasn't position exactly correctly on the charger so it's still hadn't charged I had to go to the website to reread the instructions to make sure I was doing it right and eventually Got it settled on the charger correctly. I love that it can be operated cordlessly and charged with USB and that it goes in the water, other than that the actual functions are just average similar to those found and any other vibrator you would pick up.
