I placed an order on line. Picked up at the store. Everything was fine. Once I received my order I was not happy with a set of skateboard bearings . Nothing special, off the rack ordinary. I called and inquired about returning them. The attitude I received was pretty poor. The person I talked too was quite short in his answers to my questions. All I wanted to know is if I can just return the part. He went on about how I should never buy parts from them again. He said could have a store credit but then said "I'm sure you won"t care what I say, so I will just give you a refund" And proceeded to tell me how its a pain that kids just order whatever they want and have no clue. Also added that "good luck", as they are the only supplier for board parts around. I 'd have to say, if this was an employee, he should be spoken to about the attitude towards customers. If it was the owner as I suspect... well that's just sad. All I wanted to do was return a $20 product that was off the rack, no special order. Just to add, I'm no kid. A Dad with 3 kids who won't be sending much future business to JIBBS after this. And that's too bad as we have gone there for years.
