3rd Scooter I bought from here. Mpg, envy s6 and now this roots fusion...not impressed with the quality. Put it toblgether and was dialed perfect. Used it for less than 2 minutes and noisy as hell. Took it all apart and tightened everything, still noisy like a scooter that's never been tuned once...not impressed with this at all...

We ordered a fork which did not look anything like the one online. To boot, they are deducting the shipping costs from the refund amount for a return prepaid label. This was falsely advertised where the company should accept responsibility for it. Far superior shops out there with free shipping, better prices and selection. Feel bad for them since they must be a small shop and presume that's how they stay in business!

First time ordering from them . They sent wrong hand grips, compression ring kit. 1 wheel , so my rating for them is poor.
