I came in to have a custom 3 stone necklace made based on a picture I showed Emmanuel. He purchased one of the stones and gave me a price. Against my better judgment, I put down a $200 deposit, which left a balance of $500. After thinking it over, because of the high cost of the necklace and how the stone did not remotely resemble what I was looking for, I decided to forgo the purchase. At this point, no physical work was made toward the item. He adamantly refused to return my deposit and wanted me to 'buy-back' the already purchased stone for $40! He was not willing to negotiate on any terms. It ended by me walking out, while he 'apologized', and at the same time, keeping the stone AND my deposit. Claimed he was losing money and yet bragged about all the extra work hours he had to put in to finish all his Christmas orders! Unprofessionalism at it's best! Totally unacceptable way of doing business!
