Do NOT purchase from this site. I won an auction for a 1.06 caret blue diamonds ring and was sent one less than half that size. It is also of very very pore quality. After waiting for 8 weeks for the wrong ring to arrive, they now have mucked me about for the last 2 weeks trying to sort it out. Tina said she would organise a refund and for me, and I was to keep this ring I won't wear, and after I agreed to that she is now asking for me to return the ring to get my refund ( at my cost of over $100 nz) please please please do not get sucked in.
I will remove this fee d back one I have received my refund.

The say you get what you pay for is exactly the slogan this company should have on their webpage. They are cheap but unfortunayey yes the comany is also cheap. This company does not communicate other than their standard scripted answers. There delivery time is not what they state on their webpage. Beware, you are not getting a bargain.

Well I spent just over 900.00 dollars and I got shit I’ve been trying to get a hold of them but there’s no phone number for the company so I’m gonna haft to go future

All the rings I bought from this site as gold are now tarnished. They are garbage. Waste of money.

Its now been 8 weeks & still no refund & no answers. According to my return tracking they received my return on June 29th. Everytime I reach out to their customer service with questions like "is it possible your shipment department made a mistake or lost my return" I get just a standard, the same standard answer which is "If our shipment dept. confirms your return we will let you know" which is no answer. They have my return & my money. The Better Business Bureau tried to get involved by contacting them and they ignored their messages. Any reputable company would take the tracking showing delivery & issue a refund. This company will not even answer questions like how long do refunds usually take etc. Its like they have a book of standard sayings and thats it. I need help getting my refund but I no longer know really where to turn. If any one has suggestions Im open to them. In the meantime think long and hard about buying from this company. Ive heard of fake gold & gems so what seems to good to be true & then theres me. If you have any trouble and you need to return good luck. I did everything right getting company approval to return. Sending with a trackable label & Im out $135. Use me as a BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a fairly expensive emerald ring from Jewlery Room. I waited 5.5 weeks for a delivery. When it came the emerald was a milky lime green so I contacted customer service who said could return no problem. I enclosed a copy of the invoice & the customer sevice email & mailed with USPS & it was delivered to them on June 29th. I waited fot my refund but it didn't come. As of today its been 29 days. They refuse to refund my money saying it has to be confirmed by their shipment dept. When I ask how long that will take or ask for a supervisor I get no response. Ive sent them proof of return & delivery but they are refusing I am at my wits end & I don't know what to do. Ive thought about calling my local news station which helps getting money back & contact the Better Business Bureau & FTC & States Att. Generals Office of Hawaii for unfair business practices. I shouldnt have to do this to grt an approved refund. BE CAREFUL BUYERS IF U GET DOMETHING YOU DON"T LIKE OR IS WRONG GOOD LUCK GETTONG REFUND

Way better than the picture! And fits like a glove! I'm a size 8, and was skeptical if it would fit or not and it fits perfectly. It looks like the REAL thing, lots of shine and sparkle. The size of the center crystal is also perfect not too big and not too small!

The necklace is pretty and the Swarovski crystal is sparkling. However, the chain is not even while the chain is fasten on both sides of the stone, which mean I can't adjust the length of the chain. When I was wearing it, the stone is not centered on my chest. It kept off the center.

I have been wearing this ring as my everyday ring for about a year. I purchased it because I wanted a ring that I didn't wouldn't worry about losing, bending, chipping, getting extremely dirty, etc. This ring fit the bill. I work with heavy tools and this ring only had a few scratches. None of the stones have fallen out, it has not tarnished or is bent. I don't take it off when doing dishes or showering. I haven't had it cleaned or cleaned it with anything other than dish water and soap.

Horrible!!!!! Liars and cheats! Don't buy anything from them!! Rip off alert!!!

Did not send jewelry that paid for and won did not answer bbb so do not waste your money dishonest please use PayPal if you still dont believe me that way you get your money back at least horrible company

Didn't send me what I bought. Sent a cheap piece of costume jewelry instead.
Supposed to get genuine amber stone bracelet. Got cheap yellow glass.
Had a 'fashion jewelry' tag from China!
Supposed to be 18K gold plated over sterling silver.

The pictures on the website look good.
The prices are so cheap...and there is a reason for this - the stock it terrible.
I ordered a ring for $200us I waited 8 weeks,the good I received were shipped from Hong Kong - on opening the parcel the ring was terrible - I wouldn't even wear it - terrible quality & cheap looking - think kids jewellery & the worst thing - there is no returns details & the website doesn't even have a contact us page.
Be warned - this is a rip off!!
I can only conclude that all the positive reviews are fakes!!

Bought a jewelry set for my wedding from Jewelryroom. The necklace and earring set went perfectly with my wedding dress! I love it.

Bad site. They claim they sell estate and liquidation jewelry and gems, but it's just all cheap junk make in Thailand and India.

They use stock photos as well, so the item you're seeing in the photo is not the item you're bidding on.

Very misleading and dishonest!

And they charge you an arm and a leg for shipping and handling.
