Staff in general were extremely helpful and patient when were trying to get home to UK during the coronavirus epidemic. Most especially a lady from Kilmarnock who was extremely helpful when we had difficulty getting flight and the online checkin was down. Thanks to all staff on the phone, on the ground in Tenerife and on the flight.

I had not hear of this business before I received an email from them telling me a new account has been opened for me. I did not do this. Fearing some sort of phishing scam, I reached out to them (on their official email, from their site).
No one ever responded. I still get emails from them updating me on what they sell...

In the past, I was able to order from this site and get great deals. Now it hardly ever lowers the prices for ordering in quantity and the shipping has been terrible. I stopped ordering from them and just order from Walmart (their parent company) directly. Feeling a bit swindled.

I liked the site has some products i can't easily find sometimes good prices, good customer service but I constantly forget to not buy paper towels from them. Their default delivery is courier 8-9 AM on a weekend. Rather than leaving it with my doorman they wake me up to want to give some paper towels when I went to bed at 4AM the night before. I complained to customer service they said if I want to choose my time it's 9.99. That feels like extortion to not torture me. Just because they insist on having my doorman call up to hand me paper towels in-person way too early in the morning I will not use this site anymore. Every time they wake me up I feel like I hate them. 8AM ringing my bell on a Sat morning is not reasonable.

Some products are priced well. It depends what you want. They also have some of my natural products I can't find on other sites. The customer service is nice and quick. My side with this site is that they use couriers sometimes and I don't know I'm ordering a courier item. I keep forgetting that they consistently wake me up between 8-9am on a weekend to hand me paper towels. If I want them to come later apparently they is 9.99 extra. Every time they wake me up I hate them. Waking people up at 8sm on a weekend to hand them paper towels is insane. Not using them again for this reason.

I started to order from Jet.com and loved the convenience until I realized that they are just a middleman and my products started coming from stores like Walmart. I used to order my organic laundry detergent through jet then it would be delivered damaged with 1/2 my detergent in a plastic bag and boxed from Walmart. I could just as easily go there myself if I wanted to give my business to Walmart. Will not use Jet anymore.

I placed an order for my daughter for her birthday a week and a half
beforehand. They told me the product would arrive on the 13th. On the
morning of the 13th - the day the order should have arrived they contact
me to tell me it's delayed. They won't tell me how long it's delayed
and they won't let me cancel. Who knows when I get it but it won't
arrive in time for a birthday or before she moves to a new city. In
the dark with no explanation and now I have to have the items shipped to
me and then I have to return them, a complete waste of time, money and
bad for the environment. Super Frustrating! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered perfume from Jet and tbry send mr a counterfeit item. It didnt even smell like the real item, and it smells like alcohol. They them tried to say it is authentic. I wont evet order from this dishonest fraudulent company again.

For the most part, I have been happy with my purchases; however your packers use way too much packing paper. This is totally unnecessary. Use smaller boxes and save the trees. The box that came today is 1/2 paper. This is enough to make me stop shopping at Jet.com..

This has become my Go To for online purchases. I can get anything from groceries to exercise equipment (and have). They used to have fresh/perishable groceries but I don't know if they still do that. The prices are good and the service is even better. I recently ordered two small items that did not ship and they, subsequently, cancelled both items. They credited my account for $5 each item just for the inconvenience. Anytime that I've had an issue with an order the service is immediate and excellent. Yes, there are quirks here and there (clothing selection and prices need a lot of work); but overall, I can't complain and will continue to use them.

I would have given the full 5 stars but I do believe that they need to adjust a few areas.
Their customer service is superb. I have a slight issue (not even an issue, it was more of a concern/question) after I purchased my groceries from them the first time. I had a total amount spent, let's just say $150, which I saw come off my card but then the next few days I was seeing $10, $3, $26, etc. So I contacted them, as nobody wants to be double - triple charged for anything. The customer service representative fully explained the situation to me and then kept in touch with me through email the days following until everything evened out.
When the products came, and it was fast, all the cold items were packaged nicely and kept chilled. I also have no issues with the boxed items/cans because they were packed nicely. My one complaint and the reason why they received a four-star is that I ordered a case of water (which I figured would come in its own box) but unfortunately, it came in a huge box with a case of soda and on top of those two items a bunch of cans and other pantry items that made the box extremely heavy. It was so heavy that the delivery driver left it at the end of the driveway instead of the door this time. My then boyfriend (now fiance) was upset and told me to never order drinks from them again, which I haven't, and I haven't had any other issues with them since.

When I received the box it was untaped, and it was the wrong product and from a different manufacturer. Then Jet said they do not have an exchange program.
I should have shopped at Walmart.com or Amazon. They are dependable.

Without going into a detailed description about the item I purchased, I will just say it is an accessory for a ground hunting blind. There were two similar accessories available from the same manufacturer. One was $11 and the other was $30. The one I wanted was $30. Since the item was under $35, I had to pay shipping.
After waiting for several days, the box was delivered to my home. I opened the box and, low and behold, it contained the $11 item. I went back to check my emails to make sure I had not mistakenly ordered the cheaper item. I had not. When I state, "similar", that is being generous. The two items are actually used for different applications.
This item order was fulfilled by a third-party partner of Jet. This is just sloppy inventory control and demonstrates a lack of oversight by whomever manages the shipping for the seller.
I know a lot of people complain about Amazon. I have had issues with them as well but, overall, they rarely do stuff like this and I have to say, this is inexcusable. On a high note, I found the item I originally wanted to buy on Amazon for $12 less than the Jet price. It included prime shipping. I received it two days after I ordered it and the order was correct. I may give Jet one more try but at this moment, I am not recommending Jet to anyone.

Have shopped at jet.com for several years now. Anytime there is a problem, they fix it the very minute you inform them. Will always find something great to purchase at great savings on Jet! Got a beautiful Asian room-sized rug for $40 less then all the other sites I checked. Fly High with Jet!!!

I was sending a towable tube to my brother for letting us use his condo on the beach different address of course and also my sisters different order I was sending lollipops! So innocent- different address of course! JET CANCELLED MY ORDERS AND ACCUSED ME OF DROP SHIPPING AND SAID THEY DISABLED MY ACCOUNT! Just from buying gifts! They didnt even ask me they just accused!

order was delivered one day later. no phone calls from the carrier.
package of two extremely heavy table (even for a big man) was delivered to the curb.
as a single woman, I had no help and to hire two guys to put the tables inside the house. thus, the price go double for me.
that was my first and most possibly last order with jet.com

This site may not have as much to offer as it's higher power, Walmart, but it does have excellent customer service, fast delivery, and most important, the delivery instructions are CORRECT on the mailing label, which enables FedEx etc. to deliver to the exact location. The site is easy to use, and they have many "different" items. All in all, quick, easy, and efficient. Oh yeah, they also email a shipped and expected delivery timeframe, which is always perfect!
