These people dont even respond to complaints. Went through resolver and it's been almost a year with no response. Will now be taking this to the regulator's.

Jet airways is appalling. I used to think they were good but I will never ever use them again. They changed the time of a flight to India which meant I would miss my connecting flight without telling me. I had to cancel at the very last moment when it came to light on calling them about something else. That was bad enough causing huge upset to me and my family. But it gets worse. Jet are now refusing to pay me the refund they agree is due. Jet make excuse after excuse but don’t pay up. I have lost over a thousand pounds. Their customer service is truly atrocious, the worst I have experienced in buying products and services for over 30 years. Book with them at your own huge risk.

I booked my ticket and received an email saying that the flight cancelled and need change the flight for onward journey. Then I had to change my coach by paying £12 extra. After my onward journey they send another email that my return flight cancelled from Cochin to London and they have no option for me. They said they will pay half of the price and cancelled my ticket. I paid £293 for my return journey with other airline and paid another £15 for change coach. Total I paid £320 extra and today jet Airways send me an email saying they will pay me only £140 . I lost £180 for their faults. I am an Etihad silver card member always use jet Airways but never use it again. They show cheap price and later make you pay more.

booked 2 flights, then 2 weeks before departure I got an Email saying our flights have been cancelled, i have made several attempts to call them waiting up an hour on phone to get answered but no joy. EMAILED THEM NO REPLY,
i had to make a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. still waiting...... for...... refund.

Mother is travelling with Son unfortuantely PNR's were different.
They did not link the tickets they said it will be done at the time of checkin dont worry. At the time of chekin two different seats were allocated and now the fight is in 3 hrs and they are expecting 3 yrs old to sit and manage on his own.
Horrible staff and serivice.
And the worse thing is call center ppl will never answer. God know whom do they provide the service. Everytime you wil hear all operators are busy right now. After thousands of trial finally called KLM Netherlands call center the person on the other line directly told me that JetAiways is in bad phase and in financial crisis so they are facing issue on customer service call center too.
Why the hell are you running the airlines to trouble and toucher your customers when you can't provide bare minimum service.

#JetAirways kept on changing our flights. Within 5 weeks, #JetAirways have made 4 unexpected changes. Our transit time originally was below 2 hours and as a result of the changes, our current transit time is more than 5 hours. They just notify the changes by email and then will not answer any calls for hours.

Unacceptable experience and unprofessional service. I booked the flight with Jet Airways, and the flight was cancelled by the airline. I have called the call centre in Delhi and staff gave us another option to provide another flight. We chose that option and the staff confirmed with us he would send the email confirmation in 24 hours. We have waited and didn't receive the email confirmation. We called again and they cancelled it! The staff has done the cancellation without any consent.

Avoid Jet Airways
As you can see from all of these reviews they'll make flight times look appealing to entice you to book, then they will cancel parts of your flight and leave you ditched in India. I had 2 flights and it happened to both.
I'm still waiting for a refund I was promised 3 weeks ago.

My flights were cancelled without any warning from airline, office in jullander was shut, passengers wanting answers and help to return to their countries. Had to rebook own flights back which cost ,£2000 pounds for my daughter and myself. Had to pay travel to Delhi airport as no flights from Amritsar, had to stay at Instanbul airport for 12 hours until next flight the following day, had to pay for food, let alone the distress and anxiety of cancelled flights

I travelled from uk, birmingham to amsterdam then amstetdam to toronto canada. No one told me i needed a visa although i visited the travel agents to exchange money plus the website KIWI.COM. When i yarrived at Amsterdam airport luckily i had enrolled for roaming data and had to apply for a visa to aboard JET AIRWAYS. there and then at the airport, luckily i got the visa within that time and made it on the flight. On return JET AIRWAYS were stood still at the airport for 2.5 hours not giving no reason as to why they are unable fly off. The flight eventually got to Amsterdam and due to the delay i had to purchase ANOTHER flight tcket because JET AIRWAYS refused to pay for my flight i had to buy! When it was JET AIR AIRWAYS faults!!!

Cancelled my flight and didn't inform me until 3 weeks later. They sent me a link to apply for a full refund but it conveniently doesn't work.
They don't reply to e mails and phoning them is a complete waste of time and money.
I will have to try and reclaim my money through my credit card company.I just hope that they stay out of business so nobody else will get scammed by them.

Jet Airways have scammed passengers just like Kingfisher airlines. They knew about financial difficulties and were on the verge of bankruptcy, yet they continue to accept flight bookings and then cancelled all flights scamming thousands of international and domestic passengers spoiling their holiday and other necessary travel plans. 90 days long wait for refunds. New flights with other airlines are now 3 times more expensive. What a disgraceful airline!

I flew LHR-DEL and BOM-LHR on 26 February and 12 March 2019, Business Class (Premier Class, to use Jet’s designation).
Before we left Britain, Jet cancelled our convenient post lunch return flight from BOM and put us on a morning flight instead thanks to their financial difficulties. We took this as a bad sign.
On the way out, I found the somewhat old fashioned IFE quite clunky and slow. On the way back, an FA had to delve beneath my seat sqab to reconnect wiring so that the lie-flat seat would indeed lie flat. Once fixed, the seat was comfortable enough to allow me some sleep. She then had to make running repairs to a fixture in the cabin which had become loose and was squeaking and squawking after takeoff.
However, both flights were actually quite bearable. OK, enjoyable (I generally don’t like flying).
This is because a Jet flight is a metaphor for India itself. The food is terrific, the people can’t do enough for you and nothing works quite as it should.
TBH I would still choose Jet Premier over BA Club because the staff are pretty good.

Canceled my flight a week before and send me a link for my refund, but never included my E-ticket number, so I can't even log in to apply for a refund! This is done on purpose!
No email provided and there is numbers to call, but one goes invalid number right away once you start calling and the other number starts calling some number in Vienna and then disconnects.. Now my flight home costs me 1600$ extra!
They are bankrupted over a billion dollars.. Please do not book with them and waste your money! I lost 2200$ in total for my previous booked flight and expenses for a new flight, because tickets were so expensive now!
I can't even get my money back. What is happening with these agencies and air lines, nobody gives a damn thing anymore and who do I contact now in this situation?!! So many people suffered from this.

Jet Airways just cancelled my flight 2 weeks before my scheduled flight. Just a email without any explanation whatsover and no information for refund, leaving us clueless on how to seek compensation. Their call centre is perpetually busy, i waited an hour before I give up. I learnt later they are in financial trouble. I will never go with this airline, ever!

I'm posting the complaint I've been trying to send to JetAirways via their website. Anyone who can work out how to write and send feedback on this miserable site must be genius. It sends me round incircles saying 'no special characters allowed'. They look like letters to me.... Here goes:
I was on flight 9W 119 from Mumbai to LHR yesterday: 9 and a half hours with no inflight entertainment at all, as my screen was dead and the remote did not work. No music, no film, no announcements, no flight info. Nothing. Your staff were reasonably helpful in trying to resolve this, but clearly not capable of sorting whatever the technical problem was on their own. So they gave up. I asked to move seats, but apparently the flight was full. Basically, I spent 9 and a half hours looking at a blank screen, and as the remote also controls the overhead lighting, was unable to read either. In addition I was unable, despite trying two or three times, to check in online prior to the flight and was not even sure whether the £20 fee to reserve the seats I wanted had gone out of my account or not. Twice. After 3 attempts, I gave up. Your website also needs some technical assistance to stop it crashing whenever you reach a certain point in the online checkin process. As for the food, I think you should be ashamed. Ryanair or Easy jet and all the other rock bottom economy lines serve better. I would only ever consider flying with you again if there were absolutely no other alternative, and even then, with great reluctance, and I shall never recommend to anyone that they actually choose to fly with you.
One last thing. My outbound flight, 9W 119 on 16 January LHR to Mumbai was delayed seven hours. Supposedly because someone was taken ill on board incoming plane and it had turned back. Your flight LHR to Mumbai later that day was similarly hugely delayed. So clearly a lie. I then missed my onward connection. The new connection to Goa was itself delayed for another hour. I reached my destination,Goa, over eight hours late, after having had to rearrange twice the car that was picking me up, and my onward journey plans.
Abysmal and beyond acceptable. A miserable experience. Never to be repeated I hope.

pathetic, super bad Jet Airways
I booked my flight tickets for 2019 April, in 2018 December through jet airways from Calgary, Canada to Hyderabad, India. KLM and jet airways are partners, where KLM flies me from Calgary to Amsterdam and from there on to Bombay and to Hyderabad by Jet Airways. I only had 3 hours wait time at Bombay first, later it got changed to 24 hours wait time for Hyderabad connecting flight and the connecting flight from Hyderabad to Bangalore was canceled. Later the wait time got changed from 24 hours to 2 hours, connecting flight from Hyderabad to Bangalore while return was rebooked and after 2 weeks it has got changed from 2 hours wait time to 7 hours. Now today morning, 15 days before I fly, I received an email saying both the connecting flights in India from Bombay to Hyderabad while arrival and from Hyderabad to Bangalore while on departure got canceled, we are sorry for the inconvenience we have caused. Seriously if you could have mentioned this in some time in January or February I could have changed my reservation with other airlines and saved time and money. Since I was informed just 15 days before my departure to India, I have to pay huge money to rebook my flight tickets with Cathy Pacific. Jet Airways who is going to pay for the extra money I spend to buy new flight tickets now?? Jet airways really screw you man, this is completely unprofessional. Thank you Jet airways for all the stress and wasting my valuable time and money. Never gain With Jet Airways...

I travelled on Jet Airways, on 1st April 2019, the whole experience was like April Fool’s day.
My partner and I, had our return flight from Mumbai to Heathrow Airport cancelled whilst at our holiday accommodation . This was very disappointing. 30 March 2019 was our initial departure date. We travelled to Mumbai on the 31st to find out that our flight to Heathrow London was not until 1.35am, 1st April, arriving at Heathrow London at 06:45am.
Once on Jet Airways, aI placed my hand-luggage in the overhead locker above 59D, and sat down. A flight steward came along, assisting another passenger with their hand-luggage and forced it, pushing the luggage into the overhead cabinet; I politely said to him would he be careful when forcing other luggage in as my camera was up there. He ingnored me completely and continued pushing and forcing the luggage in the cabinet. I was taken a back by this behaviour.
Later, when it was meal time, he asked my travel companion whether I would like the same as him, my travel partnerreplied yes, when I got the meal, the steward gave me the meal where the foil was torn by what look like finger piercing, opened, exposing the meal.
Anyone in their right mind, when dealing with food, would not give their customer food presented in this manner, but he did. I asked him why the food he gave me was pierced and opened . He did not answer , but just changed it. He done wrong, he simply put his fingers through the foil.
I am a black lady, from London, travelled to India to broaden my experience.
Finally, I would never travel with Jet Airways again and will never reccommend anyone travelling with this company, to experience such rude, ignorant and dangerous behaviour.
Finally, I was informed that there was no coffee, when I woluld have assumed there would be both coffee and tea.

I can totally see why this airline has such bad reviews! From start to finish they were just on a whole new level of bad! The airline staff were miserable! They were barely visible on the flight! The food was a disgrace! Bland! Cold! And embarrassing! During the entire flight to India the flight attendants were no where to be seen! People were helping them selves to drinks as they didn’t come around. Internal fights were just as horrendous as the long haul flights! Staff at Mumbai airport were extremely rude and clearly didn’t understand what is written in plain English on their website. They were trying to charge me and our entire party an additional £50 per person for allegedly being over the baggage allowance (£300 in total)! The baggage allowance was confirmed to myself and my party that as UK citizens we can travel internally with 25kg! When we arrived at the airport they were trying to tell us it’s only 15kg! If it wasn’t for one of the managers who came at the last minute (I forget her name) we would have missed our flight! She should definitely work for a better airline! The planes are old and cramped! Seats were broken and uncomfortable! The screens were either not working or the headphones didn’t work! All in all I would not recommend Jet! I would rather pay more for a better established airline than ever give Jet airways one penny more! Absolutely shocking! I have tweeted my concerns and have not even had any response from them as their customer service is on the same level as the quality of the planes, food and staff! Avoid using Jet! I give them -1 million out of 10 👎

My flight were cancelled on the 17th of April and refund would be processed within 30 days...still I haven't seen anything on my account plus...
Jetairways in Indonesia says to me that refund will do by mytrip.com.
But until now mytrip.com didnt pay my refund also didnt respond my email.
Mytrip.com said that refund still at Jetairways.
How about This.?
Please give my money back..
Or give me another flight ticket with another airlines.
PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

I will never use Jet again. They cancelled my flight without any clear options, and after trying to rig them several times, waiting on hold for over an hour on some cases before hanging up, I finally got through, 45 minutes on hold!
They were useless on the phone, offered a full refund but the cost was not going to cover booking with another airline so the trip has now cost me so much more than it would have done if I booked with another airline in the first place.
They also cancelled my Brothers flight on another date.

Absolutely disgusted at Jet Airway´s lack of respect for their customer´s time and energy. The story goes like this: Sunday, December 3rd, 2017. At 7.35 I have to fly from Kolkata to Dhaka in order to be at work at 10. At 5.50 am I arrive at Kolkata airport and join the queue to do the check in. When I finally get to the counter, I am told that I cannot fly because the flight is already full. Many things happened in the middle but, I was finally put on a flight that left Kolkata at 3.30 pm. Obviously,I was reimbursed the money of my ticket, but that did not compensate at all for not flying when I had originally chosen to. I did not want to fly for free, I wanted to fly at 7.30 am. Overbooking, they call it. Jet Airways´policy, they say. I simply call it unfairness and abuse of power. The ones behind these "policies", will never have to be subjected to them, neither will they have to face their clients´anger (I feel so sorry for the people that had to deal with me!). The irony of this story is that I travelled from Dhaka to Kolkata by bus and it only took me two more hours than what it took me to get back from Kolkata to Dhaka. Two more hours and a much more pleasant experience. Had I known, had I known, had I known...!
