Very happy with service at Jennings Kia, from start to finish. Professional without being to pushy I was given the facts and left to make my own mind up.I have no hesitation in recommending them at all, I will definitely go back to the same dealers in future. Plus my new Kia Picanto, is really nippy to drive, even on the dreaded A1!!! Plus I am saving money on fuel and car tax, so all good.

Would recommend Jennings Gateshead very strongly. I have drive Fords for 25 years, and recently took advantage of PCPs to be able renew more regularly. This kind of contract suits my current circumstances. At first renewal I returned to the other dealership that I had bought my old car from. Response was so poor and the deal very unsatisfactory. Had almost decided to switch to VW and tried Jennings as a last chance. Experience could not have been better; clear information, open dialogue, honesty and courtesy from this dealership. I felt welcomed and respected, and was given a much more favourable deal. Unlike the other dealership, the sales team were interested in me and what I wanted. So thanks to Jennings I stayed with Ford after all.

Jennings kia at Washington couldn't be more helpful. Test drove a couple of cars to get a feel of the range . Delivery was prompt and a fair trade was given.All in all, a pleasant buying experience.

I'm also grateful to Dave Nicholson who dealt with the final details and ensured that my Ford Fiesta 1.0 Titanium ecoboost arrived in perfect, 'like new' condition. I couldn't be more delighted with it. I really liked the wide range of choice buying a car this way gave me, together with the peace of mind provided by the warranty, breakdown cover and RAC inspection. Dealt with Mark when purchasing my Ford KA and service was excellent. Originally enquired about a car online, however, Mark found a better vehicle for me, at an excellent price. There was no pressure to buy, like there is with other car salesmen, which I appreciated after a not-so-pleasant experience at another garage. Service was very professional and easy. Drove away in my new car only 4 days after visiting the garage for the first time! Excellent service and experience!

Excellent service and friendly staff

I have always liked the Fiesta, the B-Max is still a Fiesta but with more class, higher wider and more comfortable, would recommend to anyone.
I have only been with Jennings Ford but with excellent service I have received over the years I see no reason to change.

There seems to be an widespread problem with Ford badges getting water behind the plastic and becoming "cloudy". A new TDCi badge was ordered from Jennings as it was the cheapest genuine one online. It is exactly as described and also arrived very quickly...well done

The salesman was friendly, polite and answered all the questions I had. Everything was made very simple and easy. A great experience overall.

Sales staff were great, very relaxed and approachable. Cars were all well maintained and the showroom looked very polished and new. Hospitality was perfect and test drive was no fuss.

I first went to Ford Jennings Stockton 2 months ago and spoke to Alan Platten, a really nice man who had already given both my son and ex-wife a good deal on the new Ford Fiesta.
I was now looking for a cheap car for my beautiful blonde 35 year old daughter Gayle who is really struggling on her own to hold down 2 jobs, bring up her daughter and make ends meet. She never complains, just gets on with it and works all the hours available. She once told me that she even walked 3 miles to work one early morning in heavy rain to cover a shift as she didn't want to let a workmate down. When I found this out both her mam and I decided instantly to take away all the stress from her life. We both agreed to go "halves" on a 3 year deal for her and picked out a lovely stylish brand new black Ford KA and then told her to come through to Jennings to pick it up. All done within a week.
She cried when she saw it and of course that set us off too. You can't buy moments like that for all the money in the world and all it cost her mam and me was £70 each a month. And for that amount the three of us get peace of mind, no worries about her struggling to work, sleeping sound at night knowing that she is driving a car that's reliable and is good on petrol . More importantly, just like Gayle's mam and dad ,it'll never let her down.
It was love at first sight when she saw it. That Ford KA is nearly as pretty as she is!
So now she has the car of her dreams and if that Ford KA could talk it would tell you that it has found the owner of its dreams too.
The only problem we now have is that her mam now wants one as well. But that's another story I'll probably spring on Alan in the next 3 months.......

Purchased a Fiesta Automatic for my wife from Jennings Ford in Stockton on Tees from a guy called Marcus. I'm in retail also so know how sales work and don't like to be pushed. Marcus found what I was looking for and we reached a deal which suited us both with no haggling required. Marcus went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay, he even gave me a loan car to use until my had been made ready as I had just sold my car and my other one was off the road. Great guy, great company very happy all around.

Listened to what I wanted and offered a perfect deal for me. No pressure and relaxed atmosphere.
