Friendly service, good deal

Can't fault the sales lady. Did a excellent job am very happy with my car.

Expected to be put under pressure but it seemed to flow along and service was good, Coffee a bit late was the only complaint of a good experience

We looked at 2 cars, one from Stockton and one from South Shields. Service was excellent (we even had home delivery on the car from Stockton to inspect!), vehicles were brilliant and it was difficult to make a decision. Staff were helpful and friendly, and were keen to make a sale, although not pushy and there was no hard sell. would go back to Jennings next time and would recommend them.

Very helpful staff, even allowed us to heat milk for our baby. Only one gripe really, they listed a few things on the car description that were not on the car. For example they said it had front and rear parking sensors when it only had rear, and which initially did not work. Moral of the story is always check things before you drive away, don't be rushed like we were. Although they were busy. All in all a typical ford experience. Not disappointed but not overly happy either.

The salesman was very friendly and helpful. The shine was taken off picking the car up when the valet was poor and it had to go back to get done proprely at a later date.
