I ordered on the Sunday afternoon and the items were delivered on the Tuesday, and I was told when they would be delivered. Although the carriage is extra the mudflaps were still cheaper than my local Ford Garage, bargain!

Focus Roof bars 2011.Parts were not on the market when I first enquired. Dave kept me informed for 2 months. When they were available, he conatcted me. I bought them. They were delivered in oneday,and are now fitted.

Very helpful staff, even allowed us to heat milk for our baby. Only one gripe really, they listed a few things on the car description that were not on the car. For example they said it had front and rear parking sensors when it only had rear, and which initially did not work. Moral of the story is always check things before you drive away, don't be rushed like we were. Although they were busy. All in all a typical ford experience. Not disappointed but not overly happy either.

The van I bought is good . The sales before purchase was fantastic. After receiving the money on the 2 occasions I rang back and wanted more info and help the first was after second attempt. the second response has still not been answered...

We received second to none service from all the staff we were involved with whilst getting a new car from Jennings Ford in Middlesbrough. From the friendly receptionist to the experienced sales staff we were looked after very well and made to feel welcome. I'd reccomend them to everyone.

Just happened to call into Jennings to compare a deal I was been offered from another Ford garage. The salesman I saw was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous and I ended up purchasing, or should I say ordering a car. I certainly didn't come away thinking I had been pressured in any way. Within a couple of weeks I had the car following a transaction which was smooth and efficient throughout.
First time I have used Jennings so they definitely scored a few brownie points for this experience.

dealing with the staff at Jennings has been a pleasure, graeme the sales assistant was very helpful and more important trustworthy, and his direct manager colin very straigh tforward and honest, which i find quite refreshing these days.

Our visit to Jennings Ford, Sunderland was like a breath of fresh air! The sales people were on the ball and eager to help in every way - even with free coffee. Our request to trade in a ten-year old Ford Focus was courteously accepted and a painstaking search for the right car for us was undertaken with great care. As a rider to this, I always get my ford cars serviced there, because I know I can trust the work and the prices are very competitive - just like their insurance!
