I've always gotten good quality Products whenever I order from Jeffree's Website. I've only ever had 1 order come messed up, and that was only the wrong T-shirt size came to me in the mail. They let me keep it and they sent me the correct size Tee. So I got an extra tee, even if it is too small... The only reason I didn't give him a 5 Star rating is because on his "launching days" he knows his site is going to be jam packed and end up crashing and freezing up on everyone, yet he doesn't make his site any better or more efficient when checking out on said launch days... BUT... Any other time I have EVER ordered from him (just buying stuff not on launches) I get my order super fast! One time i ordered a liquid Lipstick on Sunday night, and got it that Friday! So he does have a good & fast system down for sending out his merch. I just wish his Website would accommodate for when he has HUGE Launches and has Hundreds upon hundreds of people on his site at once! I will keep buying from Jeffree Star Cosmetics and I will continue to support him and his brand. I love Jeffree Star So Maaacccchhhhhhhh!

I ordered a hand held mirror as a gift I paid £15 for shipping i and I thought ok it’s coming from the USA I’m in the uk so I paid it was told in my shipping information that ups would be delivering my item this was the 6th April,2 weeks later my item arrived I have no issue with the mirror at all the packaging was fine aswell,I had a note from Royal Mail telling me I had to pay a customs charge of £13.33 for my parcel before I could get it! So I went down to Royal Mail (thinking maybe it was a scam )and I was told I had to pay it! When orderd I was NOT made aware I would be charged a custom charge it is wrong and it’s not ok that they DONT warn you before you pay about it!! I emailed the website and I complained about not being notified of custom charges I got a reply saying that it it is on their website and they aren’t responsible for charges soo I went back on to Jeffree starrs website and scrolled down the page and under normal lettering shipping it says they aren’t responsible for custom charges! Yes maybe they aren’t but maybe putting it in bold lettering before people from the uk buy stuff !! I won’t be buying from there again

The quality of the products are amazing. I own 2 supreme frost highlighters, 5 liquid lips and 1 liquid frost highlighter. I've also tried two of the eyeshadow palettes. The pigment is insane, the quality is insane, and its definitely worth the money. People who are complaining about shipping charge - it's a US based company so obviously it's going to be expensive. Order his products from BeautyBay to avoid this!!!

my mystery box the highlighter came completely shattered, was everywhere and unuseable. I contacted the team and they said they would reply in 48 hours but they never did.... they should bubble wrap the highlighter really....

J.S products are very expensive, but I've always wanted to try some. This Christmas I got bit of money, so decided to treat myself. When I ordered my items they did say that they are busy right now and it may take some time to arrive. 2 weeks later, and I decide to send an email, because I wasn't even notified if it was shipped or not. Turns out it's being held by customs and I have to pay £20 to receive the package. Expensive items + £10 for shipping + £20.08 for customs tax = far too much money! When I emailed again just explaining the situation, I received no reply. I'm not sure they could have done much, but just ignoring me is rude and bad customer service. I wish I read the reviews on here before I bought this, as it seems many other people have had issues too.
I will not be buying any J.S products again. I was so excited, but now am just disappointed and out of pocket!

Now this online store/brand is good and can also be bad.The eye products themselves are really good, bold choice of colours. Good because they are cruelty free...vegan ingredients etc Very good formulas, the colours and pigments are exactly what you see in their packaging when put on your face. But to be honest not for every day wear, his pallets are not tans, beiges etc I got the 24KT highlighter kit, that is better as eye shadow I think. They last a while, though the lip products did not. We found the lip gloss did not last, my daughter said it did not pass the kissing test and she found it heavy. I got two lipsticks, the packaging is very cool, but the lipsticks feel dry and make your lips look dry too. Pricing is very fair for the quality of the items. The items though were no better than a cheaper brand such as e.l.f. I must say I prefer their products and I think Anastasia & Hudu are better equal priced products than Jeffree Stars. Another problem seems to be that they do not produce enough stock to keep up with demand, so there can be massive waiting times for your order. Jeffree Star does not seem to care about his customers and normally blocks people who complain on his social media accounts. Sometimes he is quite rude to them (not the person he portrays in his videos), his customer service is very bad, any emails sent to his store site seem to be ignored. We have sent two, got no reply.However if you are happy to go through this just to own a Jeffree Star product, do it. We got caught up in his charming hype, but I feel his products are mainly suited to his face etc and he is all about the money and showing it off. Money from customers who get rudely treated or ignored.I did leave a far better review but as I said emails ignored, seen how he replies to people asking where their orders are.

Everything is perfect bar the communication between customer suppore and customer.
I understand Jeffree must have ordered coming out his ears, but i feel customer service could be drastically improoved, it seems they are either understaffed or the staff are some what disorganised. This can be easily rectified though and other than that my order arrived on time, in a BEAUTIFUL box, all cosmetics were in perfect condition (i was seriously worried about the pressed powders coming to the UK from USA)

Took them over a month after I ordered my girlfriends palette just to message me telling me they were getting it ready for shipment. I still don’t have the product and they still have my money. Their customer service was the worst I’ve ever witnessed. Not once did I get a message back from someone. Don’t ever buy from this company again.

Situation:
I placed my order at 24Nov2018, 2 highlighters & 1 lip scrub.
Although I live at Hong Kong, but it was nothing to bother how I love Jeffree Star Cosmetics. It was not the first time I purchase from jeffreestarcosmetics.com, I have purchased some velour liquid lipsticks before.
But this time is a nightmare for me.
Since received the confirm order e-mail. I wait for the makeup to come for a while.
But at 13DEC, I received a e-mail noticed one of the highlighter is currently out of stock in the main shipping facility.
So how come you notice me at this point?!
First, do you supposed to grasp the quantity of your stock?
Second, am I supposed to be notice at more earlier stage?
However, I believe I still can have my highlighter if I wait patiently.
At 18DEC, they finally shipped out my order,I keep my eyes on tracking the delivery status.
The status stopped at 23DEC, shown"In-Transit" at HK. And never updated.
As I live at Hong Kong, it's difficult for me to call with the logistic for help. I can only find the CS team.
Since the JSC team reply is so slow (and with jet lag) so I decided to tried to contact with Hong Kong Post (which is the USPS transiting courier),I give them my tracking no., but they told me that they have no record for such parcel.
Then, I reach for the Hong Kong Customs, they told me if they pick up my parcel to spot check, there will be a notice issued, but they didn't issue any. So they believe the parcel is lost.
I told the whole story to the JSC CS team, and I wait for their reply for a whole day. But they DID NOT reply me anything!
And I am really helpless at this point, I can only wait for JSC reply because I have seek help from APC logistic, HK post & custom.
All I want is just a reasonable explanation, isn't it so difficult?
Overall, I think the JSC CS team performance really bad.
Today I received the parcel.
And I just want to point out that, if the CS team have helped me at the more earlier stage to communicate with the logistics company, I wouldn't have such a bad experience(bad feeling about JSC)
I will still buy JSC products but NOT thought the official website.

At this point I don't know what's going on with the pallet I got my girlfriend. I ordered it a month ago and now I just received today a email saying it's been shipped even though it said it was being shipped a month ago. At this point they just took my money, and I can't get them to respond back. Don't ever buy from this company again .

I ordered items on December 18th and paid for express shipping. I have sent numerous emails asking for a call on when my items would be sent out the week of Christmas and have gotten a generic email stating they would contact me in 72 hours. Here we are 3 days past Christmas and my items are being sent through regular mail. There is no customer service with this company. I will no longer buy anything from them and will advise anyone interested in buying from this company not to.

I ordered a few things from this guy early last week and my girl loves his stuff. I understand a shipping delay, but it still says "Processing" and I have gotten no replies to my customer complaints. That, combined with the lack of a phone number, is plenty enough to absolutely not recommend purchasing from Jeffree Star's website. Terrible experience.

While i am a little stressed about the company taking so long to process my order, i understand that the holidays do get busy(they should hire seasonal staff if needed because obviously a lot of people including myself were tense about the wait) but my order is finally on the way and will get here on christmas eve(thank god it’s before christmas :) ) so while the wait was upsetting (i bought my order on the 9th) i’m just glad it’ll be here before the holiday

I am sad to say I would not recommend buying from jeffree Star cosmetics, why? Because..
1. the shipping takes ages.. I ordered on Black Friday and they have not shipped it yet.
2. costumer service do not respond in 72 hours, as they say (they have not responded to me at all)
it´s really sad because I love Jeffree Star makeup
The liquid lipsticks is bomb!! But I would recommend buying from another retailer like beauty bay, and not directly from jeffreestarcosmetics.com

I love the quality of JSC but I don’t think it’s worth it anymore. I made an order on 11/25 and my items still haven’t shipped. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times to ask if I can PAY MORE to have my
Items expedited to me and I keep getting the same response that they’ll be shipping my items any day now and no modificans can be made. Now I’ve been told that they won’t be shipping my entire order because it’s out of stock! I have waited a month and NOW it’s out of stock. Any email I’ve sent the company takes almost a week for a response. I’ve asked multiple times for a contact number to call but wont be given one. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you need JS products save yourself the trouble and buy through a third party such as Beautylish. At least they’re honest and have proper customer service.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced...I ordered products on November 23rd and it’s December 19th where my order says it’s been out for delivery for 6 days. I contacted customer service with no email or anything back I just Hope I get it by the 24th since it’s a Christmas gift for my sister. Never ordering again straight from the website if I do at all.

I placed an order Dec 7. Today is Dec 19. I just received an email that says my order is processing (the order confirmation Dec 7 said it was processing) and may take longer than usual due to the time of year. I tried calling them about 20 times. NOBODY answers the phone! I have sent a couple of emails also - NOBODY answers the emails. I will NEVER order from them again. NEVER!

I ordered my daughter her Christmas gift and paid extra for 2 day shipping. This was 6 days ago and it is still being "Processed" . I have reached out to customer service and have not been contacted. Ordered for my daughter for Christmas. Ordered still not processed, order date was December 8th. Contacted customer service 4 times, no response, just the automated message everyone else seems to be getting. I understand this may not be Jeffree's fault but, if you want to have a business, you should know that customer service and actually sending the orders out in a timely fashion is highly important. You should also maybe make a statement when people order, especially this time of year, that the order may not be delivered in time for the holidays. Not just take people's money right away, and then leave them hanging. Terrible way to conduct business. I will not be ordering from you again.

Ordered on the 5 th December still now showing processing ive contacted customer services on 4 occasions withe the standard response someone will get bk to you in 48hrs but no response left another 2 days same again process repeated again no response still no item still no contact its been 11 days now and not even an email to say items been shipped can anyone tell me how to get refund plz as from now on i will defo be boycotting Jeffree star customer service is an absolute joke dont bother unless you want stress & frustration

@Angela - enthusiastic high 5. Couldn't have said it better. I put my order in on November 26th and nothing has been done with it. It just stays in "processing" for weeks before it's even shipped out. I love Jeffree's products and i want to support his business but damn... I'm going to Beautylish from now on. Okay, I have nothing against JS himself, his products are flawless and he is the queen on YouTube, but guys: do not buy his products on his official site, buy it else where cuz his customer service team needs a reality check. I checked reviews on here before I bought it from his official site seeing people complain about shipping and customer service, but I gave them a benefit of the doubt and told myself maybe those people are just too entitled or too ignorant. Okay, so first order got to me on time, perfect, no delays no flaws, so I was thinking, huh, see? Those reviewers are self entitled customers. So I went and placed a second order, big mistake. I ordered my stuff 8 business days ago, I waited patiently cuz they say on their web it takes long to process cuz of the holiday season, okay, fair enough, I waited for 4 business days, then I emailed them, I got an automated response after 48 hours saying the same thing on the FAQ, so I told myself wait more days cuz they are a small personal business probably have less staff working on shipping, but 8 business days have passed and no info on shipment, this is way too ridiculous for an official business, even small businesses put out orders within 1 business week during holidays, and I believe, as an official business merchant, you don’t get a free card saying your team is busy and still does not ship an item after 8 business days because your team is small, most business would go bankrupt if they are slacking like this, JS’s customer service team needs a brand new turnover and reality check, cuz what I’m seeing right now, the customers are not being unreasonable, your customer service team is being the entitled unreasonable people, and seeing the people below has the same problem speaks volume of this issue. I get that you are a small personal business, but also because you are a small personal business you need to keep your promise and your value and keep those customers in order to build a better business; and if you disagree and say no, I’m a semi big business cuz I’m successful, then all the more reason for you to listen to your customers complains and address your customer service team. If the customers are being unreasonable then fine, ignore them, but no, the customers like me legitimately experienced this unprofessional business behavior and I just think it is unacceptable. JS you being flawless does not excuse your customer services team, because they are part of your business, you need to address this personally, I will NEVER buy from JS official web anymore, but I will still support his products by buying them else where.
